It's such a nice area. I wish there were a few more restaurants and a really nice electronics store in Roosevelt Collection shops.

The place is very nice specially during the summer since you can relax on the chairs and enjoy the fountains or the fire place. Or if you have kids just to watch them play. The movie theater to relax inside but there are plenty of stores and restaurants to try as well. As for the parking it can be a bit expensive since some stores validate up to 90 minutes for free but if you are there longer it will be a minimum of 10 dollars. I've stopped by also to do yoga at Yoga Six and I've enjoyed it. Plenty of shops.

Roosevelt Collection is a collection of current boutiques and shops. This location provides an Icon Theater as well as restaurants and condos. Very beautiful and comfortable area to shop and hang out with family/friends.

A nice little shopping center with great views of the Sears Tower, Chinatown, and Union Station. This place is very contemporary design, offering many clothing stores, medical and dental clinics, restaurants, cafes, a theater, and a British International school. A great place to hang out while waiting for the Chicago Architectural boat tour with Chicago Lakefront Cruises on 900 S. Wells St.

All you need is available in this shopping center. They also have a lot of dining establishments where you can wait for your friends and have a good time. They have navigation screens to guide you if you don't know where you want to go. A shopping center that comes highly recommended!

This is the prettiest mall in the city. Beautiful flowers, water features, places to sit and relax. It's small but beautiful. It has good stores and entertainment.

Good variety of shops and restaurants plus I love the movie theater. There is nice green space and fun outdoor areas. The only downside is parking is paid but you can validate and it's reasonable given the proximity to downtown.

Pricey movie theater but you pay premium because you are here. Parking is good especially with first 2 hr free parking..

I love coming here to shop, catch a movie, or take the kids to their dentist. There’s parking with validation, a small playground, and there’s a Nando’s for a quick bite.

‼️Sultry Streps Boutique‼️ 1112 S Delano Ct. One of many shops inside Roosevelt Collection Shops I placed an order on 5/11/2021 Order# 821 for top called Jenny Top cost of $45.00 + tax = $49.61 then on 5/18/2021 I sent an additional $10.00 for shipping, I was unable to go pickup the merchandise in the store. I received an email on 5/20/2021 the item was shipped. I received the order on 5/22/2021. The top was too small, I immediately contacted the owner by direct message on her business Instragram page. Please see the pictures of the dates and conversation history. I knew the store did not offer refunds. I went into the store with hopes to exchange the top for a different top in different style color pink. That top appeared extremely small too. I do not remember the exact date I went the store. Especially since it was over 6 months ago, the only time I shopped there was online 5/11/2021! The only time I went into the store was the day I returned the Jenny Top. Now on 11/26/2021 I placed an order for COLORFUL YARN GLOVES SKU: #01017 and BLING SUNGLASSES SKU: #00266 COLOR: BLACK 1 × $15.00 I contacted the store the website did not give an option to use gift card. I gave the lady on the telephone (who I learned later in the conversation was the owner) the gift card information. She then tells me the balance on the gift card is $0. Which is definitely inaccurate information, she stated she would look into this and get back with me. Now this morning 11/29/2021 I received a direct message on Instagram stating these cards and program have been discontinued. Claim she was able to pull a legacy card report. Now I would think 1) I should not have to remember the exact date for an owner to check surveillance camera. 2)Checking her legacy card report in May and June 2021, should definitely show refund of $49.61 and any purchases made with this card. I have contact Clover the company Sultry Steps apparently was during business with at the time of my return. I am still waiting for a call back. Which this is something the owner should have done!!! I filed a report with Better Business Bureau with images of Instagram direct message conversation. All the owner did was repeat what I had already stated, she had no resolution. She only offered dishonesty and expect me to remember the exact date I was in her boutique returning the Jenny Top. I even asked her to check her camera and etc. I highly recommend shop with ❌caution ❌at this boutique.

Not bad, clean and safe area to shop. As other reviews have already mentioned.. parking can be expensive. You get 2 hours free, but your ticket must be validated by a retailer to use the perk

I love it here! Everything here is a walking distance and they have free two hour parking with validation! Workers are very nice and friendly here and there are many spots to take pictures :) amazing place to make fun memories with family or friends! & you get a great view of the city buildings ❤️

Victoria Secrets at Roosevelt Collection are rude and disrespectful. I came in to the store to purchase some items and couldn't get any help and when I told her their customer service was very terrible and I have never been experience this level of customer service from VC like this she basically told me I wasn't a Tier 1 customer and so basically I am meaningless to them despite the fact I spent over $400 in the store. after thinking about it I returned my items minus 1 bra...I can't no longer spend my money in places I am not wanted...but I really needed bras.. LoL

Took my son and a friend to see a movie. We all enjoyed ourselves. My son lost his phone in the theater. I called and talked to a manager who said he would look out for it. Went back the next day and was able to go into that theater and find it. So thankful to all the workers here.

When did the level where all the Shops are on become the new Dearborn Gardens🤔😒. Can’t even enjoy a peaceful weekend at home on my balcony. Yet, RC Lofts raises residents rent by 20%😑🤔.

This area is my go to in Chicago. Great to go here the movies pick up a couple things and even for living. My best friend lives here and I’ve been around it for years. It’s a fun stop spot. Only down side is it gets really busy during the day.

Lots of great stores and validated free parking for two hours in the underground parking lot. Doesn't get much better than that. They have a little play area for kids when they need a break from shopping or before/after eating at any of the great restaurants.

The theater sound and chairs were comfortable, except for my son's chair, which was loud when it reclined. I can say that within the past six months, this location has declined significantly in cleanliness. The floors,  bathrooms, concession area, and theater seats were filthy. Trash, popcorn, and garbage were visible as soon as you entered the building.  In addition, this place now has a high school hangout. They were very respectful with no issues at all, but they were theater hopping. I hope they will employ more staff and security.

This is an outdoor mall with a few restaurants, clothing stores and a movie theater. Also, residential above the retail. Most notable business in here aside from the movie theater is the Nando's.

  • 4/5 Shawn L. 1 year ago on Google
The stores and buildings all seem very new and in a cool U-shape, with a parking garage underground. I haven't shopped much there, but my PCP doctor at Northwestern Medicine is located there. We also frequently go to the movie theater there. There is a nice astroturf park in the very back on a rooftop. It is kind of located in an odd location though.. the parking is also expensive if you don't get parking validation. The security is also over-zealous with telling cars to move when waiting outside of stores. There isn't a consumer goods anchor there. The shops are anchored by the movie theater.

  • 5/5 Imaní M. 1 year ago on Google
Honestly, they’ve not done wrong yet. Most establishments I go to here are great. The food is great, the movies, the scene. Parking is a little hard, but everything else is pleasant.

My compensation day is today, and I truly need some new garments and shoes. At the point when I got to the shop, I found that they were of acceptable quality. I set aside a great deal of cash since they offered limits in the event that you purchased a ton of their items. It's all advantageous and sensibly valued.

  • 5/5 Ida M. 2 years ago on Google
My pay day is today, and I really need some new clothes and shoes. When I got to the shop, I discovered that they were of good quality. I saved a lot of money because they offered discounts if you bought a lot of their products. It's all worthwhile and reasonably priced.

Great place to visit. Loved the container store.

  • 4/5 Caroline B. 2 years ago on Google
Decent variety of shops, restaurants and the ICON movie theaters. Parking garage is rather confusing and doesn't have accessible parking spaces close to every set of elevators. Currently allows 2 hours free parking with store validation.

Unfortunately, CDC guidelines NOT enforced. Due to the global CORONAVIRUS outbreak pandemic. Plz wear a face covering. Parking street or underground pull a ticket! Great location just to walk & enjoy the sales! Happy Shopping!

Hate the parking lots, got lost finding my car for 45 mins, movie tickets sold out, but manager accommodated me due to handicap. Thats why I gave 3 stars, but the popcorn was horrible I got burnt and popcorn.

Showplace Ikon is my favorite movie theater. It was the first movie house I went to after the lockdown. Comfortable, clean and great sound. You'll enjoy the film selection. On site parking is available.

I like that there is free parking before two hours. However, every time I go to see a movie at Roosevelt collections, I still end up getting charged. I make sure my movie end before the time period given. And I sometime leave my movie a bit earlier to validate my parking. STILL, I end up paying. I’ve kindly asked the attendant to let me through, witnessing he let the girl in front of me through under the same circumstance as me. So not only are attendant prejudice but you get got for your money. Parking is not free here. ITS A SCAM!!

It's a great little shopping circle with stores, restaurants, a cute playground and a movie theater. Lose 3 stars because you have packed all of this in an area that's unaccommodating. Parking is terrible plus you have offices and residents above everything.Too much hassle to shop there unless you have nothing else to do.

Visiting Ulta Salon. Lamisha is a knowledgeable and efficient stylist. She gets me in, and out but not so quickly that she would skimp on service. I highly recommend. 😊

  • 3/5 DresdenQ Z. 2 years ago on Google
Basic stores. Nothing distinctive except the container store. Ulta, old navy, generic. Fine if that's what you're looking for,but only came here for movie theatre. Lofts above must be outrageously expense.

  • 3/5 Michelle G. 2 years ago on Google
This is a great shopping center, however on the North side of the building by the school there is an elevator that is ALWAYS out of service. This makes it so difficult to enter the building from this side, and would be extremely difficult for anyone with disabilities. The only other way to enter is a massive staircase 🙄 PLEASE fix the elevator.

Nice place to shop around, not too crowded but still very close to downtown

  • 5/5 Jesus j. 1 year ago on Google
Great experience there but only bad thing that is is parking typically movies last over 2 hours, dinner could be the same and if your shopping that could also last you 2 hours plus anything after 2 hours you have to pay. Liked it when it was free parking

Suburban style shopping mall, fairly close to downtown. Nice to have walking access to some of the stores here, but hate the feel of the mall.

This place is the perfect spot for a shopping spree, family fun time, and date night. They have something for everybody! They have outdoor games, firepits, and a playground. There's a movie theatre, clothing stores, and eatery places.

Last weekend, my sister wanted to go shopping. So we went to this shopping mall, which had everything we needed. Clothing, make-up, shoes, and appliances, among other things. We had so much fun shopping, and since there is a newly opened coffee shop nearby, we had the best day ever, and they even gave us some free treats! We are extremely lucky!

  • 4/5 Clory S. 1 year ago on Google
NEW PARKING POLICY! 0-2HRS free...more like 0-1:59HRS My ticket (which now is like a flimsy receipt and can easily be ripped) had me in the lot at 3:22 PM and out at 5:22 PM (2HRS). I was validated but I was told I had to pay $11 because I stayed over 2 hours (but my ticket said 2HRS). A bit irritating.
