The Fashion Outlets of Chicago Mall is the place to go!!! They have all the stores you can think of. The parking is free. Easy to get to the mall from the parking lot. The food court is open (space wise). The prices are great. I dropped a few pictures of the different stores they have.

Pretty decent outlet mall with mostly high-end stores at affordable prices. Some stores limit the number of clients in their stores at a time which I think is very responsible although this system is creating long lines in the corridors. I don’t mind though. This mall is clean and has lots of free parking. It is also near the airport so it is easy to find.

Very impressive range of outlet stores with some impressive discounts. Be prepared for a long line at the Nike store. I managed a quick visit just before going to the airport. It took only 10 minutes from the outlet mall to my check in desk.

It’s much better to come here after the holidays rush, now there’s parking and you can get in to most shops without waiting in line…. What a stupid idea to have to wait inline to give them my money. No thanks.

We came to Chicago as we were in transit to our final destination. This outlet was close enough to our hotel that we were able to walk. There are many stores here and some decent food options. We came late at night, so I imagine it’s a bit busier during the day. Maybe the next time we pass through Chicago, we will spend more time here.

Pretty nice mall with all the premium brands. Decent size and is pretty clean Inside. They have some nice abstract artwork hanging, which is pretty interesting to look at as well painted art on the ceiling. Parking lot is extremely packed but people are always coming and going so there will always be an available spot.

Indoor outlets mall with indoor parking garage makes shopping more enjoyable, especially during summer and winter seasons. Many named brand stores are available to shop from.

This store is relatively underrated when it comes to this malls selection of designer outlets. I do appreciate how there is never a line to get in and some days the sales are very good. The pictures I've attached were taken for my personal inspiration, but I figured I would share the best pieces in the store (in my opinion).

The Fashion Outlet of Chicago provides a shopping experience that's more akin to a mall than a typical outlet. While the prices were described as okay, it's important to note that outlet stores often offer discounts on brand-name items, making it a worthwhile destination for bargain hunters. If you're looking for a diverse range of stores and brands, the Fashion Outlet of Chicago is a place worth visiting. It offers a mix of traditional and outlet-style shopping, allowing you to explore various options and potentially find great deals. In summary, the Fashion Outlet of Chicago is a shopping destination that combines mall-like convenience with outlet prices. If you enjoy shopping and are looking for discounts on popular brands, it's worth giving this place a visit.

An upscale ritzy fashion outlet. Worth a visit. Helpful staff at most stores. Great deals at Tory Burch when we visited. Plenty of parking. Convenient near the airport

Great selection of stores. We stop by for an hour before our flight out of O’Hare Airport. The mall was clean, the parking was convenient and I absolutely loved the display of the clocks from around the world cities and time zones! My favourite stores were Ralf Lauren, Armani, Ted Baker and Burberry. Some stores were trying to create a line up probably for marketing; but it was funny as there were barely any people around. YSL asked us to line up as there were 3 people on the store… and the store was huge. We needed up shopping at Armani which didn’t have a line up.

Large shopping mall located near the O’Hare Airport. Variety of luxury and high end designers as well as more moderately priced stores. Food court is quite large and Wetzel’s Pretzels as well as other snacks are located around the mall. Parking garage has ample room given that you don’t go during peak hours. Visited July 2022 and practically half the stores have some sort of sale/promotion.

They have several different types of shops & price level, and it's a great place to find clothes you may have forgotten to pack (it's less than a 10 min drive from the O'Hare Airport). This is great alternative if you have an extended layover (I would say 3+ hours to give yourself enough time for transit, shopping, and getting back through security). A couple of ideas to get there and back: 1. To get there in less than 10 min, call a rideshare service (Lyft, Uber) is about $10-$15 each way (pick up/ drop off at the airport are in the same spot on the Upper Level of each terminal). You may also summon an approved city cab in the line-up outside of baggage claim on the Lower Level. 2. A much less expensive option is to purchase a 1-day CTA pass for $5 at the Blue Line "El" station (located in the lower level of terminal 2). Take the El train to the "Rosemont" stop (1 stop away), then after you exit onto the platform, go down the escalator/ elevator and outside you'll see the PACE buses lined up. Take the #330 or #811 to the Balmoral stop (ask the bus driver where you can get picked up to return to the Rosemont El). This option may take 30min (or more) each way with the wait times included. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get back to the airport since you'll need to go back through security on the Upper Level of your terminal. Enjoy!

It's called the Fashion Outlet..... but the prices are far from outlet prices. It's an upscale outlet mall that features upscale brands, catering to an upscale class of people. It was worth a visit, but I have no desire to ever visit again.

Best to know before you go that the second floor is pretty much super high end shops. Like $3,000 sweaters, high end. Affordable clothing is on the first floor. Parking is a breeze with a large garage and green/ red lights to let you know where spots are available down the various aisles. Food court has delicious options such as ramen, French pastry and crepes, Japanese, Chinese, and others.

The mall offers a wide range of stores and services, making it a one-stop destination for shopping and entertainment. The layout is convenient, with ample parking and well-designed corridors. The food court offers a good variety of restaurants and the cinema provides a great movie-watching experience. Overall, a pleasant place to spend a day with family and friends.

First time ever at the fashion outlets of Chicago. Many many high end luxury stores with amazing prices. Vera Bradley and Kate Spade were my absolute favorites. The mall is very clean. It has parking that is free and is garage style. Easy access to the inside of the mall from the garage parking. If you are looking for that special bag, shoes, or specific clothing piece this is the place to shop. They also have a inside food court at many smaller food stores.

Fashion Outlets of Chicago is a very lovely mall located very close to the convention center and is within walking distance. The food court is great to get some quality meals for not too bad of a price.

One of the best malls if not the best mall in Chicagoland area. A place to bring the whole family, this spacious mall has 2 stories and stretches a long span of stores from luxury designer stores to discount outlets and everything in between. Unlike most malls these days, you wont find a single vacant spot in here. This Mall is flourishing very well and is very busy on the weekends. But not to worry, the 6 floor parking garage is large enough that there will always be parking spots to accomodate. The food court is a great one as well. Very spacious and plenty of options ranging from pizza, burgers and philly cheesesteaks to chinese, hot ramen, tacos, corndogs and more. Theres also plenty of snack shops and places with sweet treats and bubble tea throughout the mall, as well as a Starbucks. The mall is very clean and has high ceilings and a combination of natural and non natural light with colored accents on parts of the ceiling The only thing about this mall that is lacking is places to sit and hangout which there are not many besides the food court and a few seats scattered around. Luxury designer stores in this mall included Yves Saint Laurent, Prada, Gucci, Moncler, Armani, Michael Kors, Brunello Cucinelli, Longchamp, Coach, and a few others. There are also Bloomingdale and Saks Fifth discount outlets on each end of the mall. For activewear and shoes there is the Nike factory outlet, Champion, Lululemon, and a few more places. There are also 2 shops that have nice sneakers like Jordans and Yeezys and plenty of other sneaker stores for average sneakers. Overall there are plenty of options to shop here and lots of sales and discounts always going on. A must visit mall.

This is an outlet mall for premium, luxury and high end brands and products. Though, some stores were reasonably priced with decent discounts. The mall is very clean, well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This is nice place to walk around, look at and window shopping. Some of the contemporary public artworks are interesting. The ample parking space is available and it’s free (for two hours). The location is close to O’Hare International Airport. Variety of food options available in the food court. Very pleasant ambiance. Top designer and high end stores literally ignore you when you pass by their stores, probably judging you from your appearance. I read there was shooting in the mall sometime back. I wonder, if it is really safe here and enough security measures are being taken. There is always a line to go into the high end store. Not worth waiting there. This is not a mall for average middle class shoppers.

Great place to walk and cool off in the heat! Had 2 lunches in the food court. Both very good and reasonable! Higher end shops, nice to look at, I didn't shop. Artwork around the mall was bright and colorful!!!!

Great place to shop, one of our favorite go to's! We parked at the top of the parking garage, it gets so busy, that's the only place with a good spot left. Great assortment of stores!

The parking garage is always packed and parking is a hassle. But the outlet has many great stores. The ones that I think have consistent nice staff and good products are The Body Shop, Kate Spade, Lindt Chocolate, and Banana Republic. Other stores I’ve been to are a hit-or-miss

Indoor mall with a lot of great stores. It definitely wasn't an "outlet store." Quite a few sales, but not, as a whole, a good bargain. The parking lot was genius. There were green and red lights for every stall, signaling if it was vacant or not from afar. I thought that the lighting system was brilliant.

Not a bad place. I hate shopping but they have the stores I like all in one place, so it’s an easy stop for me. Store employees are nice. However, mall employees lack the ability to enforce the MASK MANDATE. I have seen several people, including kids under 12, with the exception of 2 and under, not wearing masks or the mask sitting under their chins and walk past MALL employees (security, customer service, etc…). Incredibly frustrating!

Really big shopping outlet close to Ohare airport. The mall has almost all the brands you can think of. I visited this mall during Black Friday and it was very well organized. The food court was a mess though, very less space available given the no of people who were visiting during the Black Friday sales event. Also there is a free shuttle from the blue line stop which takes you to the mall and back.

Good selection of high end (Gucci, Prada, Burberry etc) and lower end (Nike, banana republic, gap etc). There is usually a queue for the high end places. I’m from the UK, I find mostly the prices don’t really feel it’s that cheap for an outlet when you add tax and stuff on top. Good free parking, I’ve. Never used it but it has a decent looking craft beer bar inside. Defo worth a stop on the way to o’hare airport

I went there during the weekday so there were no many people! It was not crowded at all so it was so easy to shop! I'm not the fancy brands fan so I think the stores are pretty nice for me! Maybe for some people it is just a ok mall.

#KIDDIE.CAROUSEL.RIDES Great place, cool stores. However, for that amount of space, I think the only thing missing there is a little play space for kids. Like those kiddie carousel rides or little cars.

The Fashion Outlet of Chicago is a shopper's delight, they offer a wide array of brands and experiences under one roof. The variety of stores is impressive, ranging from high-end designers to more affordable, everyday brands, ensuring there's something for every budget. The layout of the mall is convenient and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the numerous shops. The cleanliness and modern ambiance of the outlet add to a pleasant shopping experience. Additionally, the food court provides a decent selection of dining options, perfect for a quick bite in between shopping. The location near the airport makes it an good spot for both locals and visitors. While the outlet is often crowded, especially during weekends and sales, the atmosphere is lively and vibrant. The customer service is generally good, with helpful and friendly staff in most stores. Parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours, but it's manageable. Overall, the Fashion Outlet of Chicago is a great destination for those looking to score some fantastic deals on a wide range of fashion brands."

Updated Review - 2/24/23: I am happy to say I am raising my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I went back to use the Electrify America charging stations in the parking garage. While I was there I went inside to the restroom…. And it was clean! It smelled clean. What a nice change from the last time I visited. I also walked around and looked at some of the stores while I waited for my car to charge up. I stopped at Pandora and bought a charm for my wife…. and looked at hats in Lids. The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is…. the parking lot was still a mess. Trash was everywhere. Someone needs to walk around and clean it up every so often. Other than that I like the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. ————————————————————————- Original Review - 2/20/23: I went to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago because they had Electrify America EV charging stations in the parking garage. First of all the parking garage is like a maze. Super confusing and dirty. I went in the mall to use the restroom and it was gross! It smelled terrible and was dirty. I was so bad I didn’t even feel like walking around the mall. I went back to my car to wait for it to charge up. Please clean the restrooms more often! Also…. on the I-294 side of the mall…. almost all the lights are out on the sign. It looks bad.

After stopping in Chicago for a quick visit, this was a great place to chill out while waiting for our hotel room. They have many designer stores to choose from and a nice food court. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're from out of town.

Awesome shopping experience. The outlet stores have a good collection and you can find a great discount too! I just think there should be some more escalators or elevators, my poor old achy knee joints would have loved it! 😊

Best place for luxury shopping No space for parking for half an hour - such a big crowd in Mall Beautiful Mall, well decorated. Big crowd, Big brand stores , I bought one Tory Burch travel bag with good deal in good pricing. There was a big deal in polo Ralph Lauren and I grabbed the offer of one bag and one belt . Carter and children place had huge variety for kids at very reasonable prices I went inside many stores like Columbia, Huge variety in clothing was there and many people were there purchasing winter clothes There was special decoration for Christmas.and Santa HQ. people ware enjoying watching Santa and taking pictures with Santa which was very neat to food court. Many stores had a long waiting queue of customers. Even there was long queue for Starbucks coffee. For refreshment We want to Uni Uni and took pineapple juice and bubble Tea. Everything was good but there was no social distancing inside Stores .

Love shopping here on my trips to Chicago. Good selection of stores where if you are in the area and want to kill time you can spend a good hour or two just looking around and buying something. The food court is decent and nothing really good to eat. There is always parking and the lights are accurate when they show red it means there is a car and when its green it means the parking spot is open so you aren't driving around in circles looking for a place to park.

Difficult parking, even with its massive parking deck. Was there on a Saturday afternoon and found it to be much too crowded with lots of people just hanging out and making the crowd more congested and extremely loud. More spacious malls are a much better deal for the somewhat claustrophobic people who have a limited tolerance for loud noise.

😐 It's just ok. I'm glad we still have some businesses here, but it's at least half empty. Almost every time I go to the Rite Aid there's at least one, maybe more sketchy characters asking for money or trying to sell you something. I guess it's like any other place you visit, there's some nice people...
