We love this place. It’s the only mall near Chicago that accept our fur babies. Overall my 1year dogs loves coming and interacting with other pups. Let me tell you that it doesn’t stink nor would you see poop. All who come are very respectful and pick up after the first babies.

so much!! so little time!! the shopping! the food! Yorktown Center has everything to offer and is so close to home!! Keep your family entertained, enthused and ready for more while you explore all the great locations in this mall! We have seem Stratford diminish, Woodfield become Beverly Hills, and it's so wonderful to see this mall thriving as is without much change needed!! We will be back before the next holiday season!

It was my first time visiting this place. Inside it was very clean and nice variety of shops. Secure place to walk, shop and dine. The parking is perfectly organized and efficient. It’s a good place to spend time and buy perfect clothes. Wasn’t a lot of people there. I will definitely recommend this beautiful shopping center!

This used to be such a very nice mall many years ago. Now it seems to have turned into a pitiful skeleton of its former being. We were looking for certain types of stores and they were listed as being at the small plus it was convenient to where we were headed. I randomly pulled in near an entrance that was between two different places to work out. The entrance was at the second floor level but you walked into an escalator going down immediately. I don't remember that but I probably entered through a different entrance. The mall used to seem so big but now it just seems so small. What seems to make it so much worse was all the stories that were closed when we walked in and kept closing hours before the mall was supposed to close. We passed a couple stores when we got there that I thought I'll stop and then on the way back out and walking back by them an hour before close and the entire end of the mall was closed up. Every store except the anchor store at the end and a second hand shop on the first floor. On the plus side we did get to go to Hot Topic even though it was such a tiny one and found a few things at Spencer's. I had thought to stop in Kay Jewelers but went to grab a bite to eat first and they were closed when I finished eating. Several of the places in the food court were closed with the most disappointing to me being Billy Goat which is what I had really wanted to try. There were only a couple choices if I didn't want to eat junk food and I randomly chose one. The one I didn't choose was in Nashville hot chicken place that just sounded really good. I was trying to avoid deep fried foods though. I ended up at the Cilantro Taco Grill. I had some of the best tacos I have had in a long time there. I'm glad I stopped. The mall might have been disappointing but it did have just a couple of bright spots in the day.

This was a very clean mall with a good selection of stores. It's pet friendly as I saw a number of pet owners walking with their dogs. There's a good assortment of restaurants in the food court and the surrounding area. It wasn't busy on a Sunday Boxing Week morning which made it a pleasant shopping experience.

This is a beautiful mall! Before entering the mall, you can take pictures outside the beautiful flowers, or in front of the magnificent “Yorktown” banner. Inside the mall, there are a variety of businesses, ranging from clothing stores, to toy stores, to restaurants, to jewelers. There were many food options, including a Sbarros, Toll House, Cinnabon, Mrs. Fields, Dunkin, and a Panda Express. Once again, if you have some time, this is a beautiful place to spend a few hours of your day.

Yorktown Mall has always been a pleasure to visit. Not too large, not too small. Nice location. Took a couple of Christmas photos in Von Maur.

The energy at this mall is not great. Not fun to be in. We visited on a date night and promptly left. The people at the stores we went into didn't greet or even acknowledge us, except for in Yankee Candle and Spencer's. Will not be returning.

We go there for Gloria Jeans. The whole bean flavored coffees are always amazing. We also went to walk the two dogs inside. The mall is totally pet friendly with pet stations and even a small little dog room to play, with leashes on. This shouldn't have to be said but no pets on the escalators, only use the elevators. If it's raining or it's too cold this is a great place to socialize the puppies and grown dogs.

Nice indoor mall in Yorktown. Many big and small department stores at the mall like Marshall's, JC Penney and H&M. It had an indoor kids play area which is a big draw for folks with little kids especially in the winter months of Chicago. Large food court with several different options. There are many benches and chairs to sit, but I think then a few more of them.

The cutest mall in the suburbs we've experienced in such a long time! We go to a good amount of malls with 3 kiddos and this one was really neat. Great stores, good variety, very clean, and cute decor. Love all the dogs! Live Funflatables too!

Very neat mall design and well-kept mall. A modern, sleek look that makes you feel like you're walking down a luxurious hotel. Never too busy nor too empty. Another excellent place to windowshop, have a bite, and spend quality time with your loved ones!

Yorktown Center is a good place for kids since there is a play area where they can exhibit their motor skills. The mall is also pet-friendly, you can bring your pet dogs or and play with them. Just be responsible pet owner. You can also try to watch some movies with your loved ones in the movie theaters. Also, there are some food stalls that you can count on when you are hungry. The department store is nice. The parking space is not too crowded. I will be recommending this place to my relatives and friends who likes shopping. Thank you very much for excellent service.

It's been a while since I came here. It was near my house, that's why I couldn't come here. I have my car so I park the car in their parking lot. There are so many cars in there and luckily there are some vacant ones that are available. After I park my car I enter the place. I haven't eaten breakfast so I'm starving already. I went to the food court and started to look at what to eat. It's hard to choose because there are a lot of foods here. At the end I chose to buy a milkshake, slice cake, tacos and fruit shake. All of it tasted good but the milkshake was too tasteless for me. It has a lot of ice that's why it got tasteless. After I ate I went to the department store to buy clothes. And I'm happy that U bought at a sale price. Can't believe that I got a discounted price.

Went to JC Penny's. Store is nicely organized. Many gift ideas on display. Nice lay out. Many nice designers and clothes for all family. Great deals and sales! Improved checkout areas. Shppping carts available and an old elevator to bring you to different floors with your cart.. One missing thing I love when Christmas shopping. I didn't hear any Christmas music throughout the store!! That was a bummer.

This is a truly amazing mall. Let’s talk about why. The MOST kid and pet friendly mall I’ve ever seen. By a long shot. Kid area to eat with lower tables, kid bathroom with lower toilets, kid sitting area and changing tables. One of the coolest play areas I’ve ever seen as well!! Now for everyone, there are so many amazing places to have a treat! Mochi donuts?! Ice cream?! Pretzels! Cookies, the best cupcake I’ve ever had! Cinnabon! So many choices. Great food options all around. Each eatery is high quality and always busy. Public bathrooms are a big deal for me. The stalls have walls all the way down to the floor! Privacy and clean. Thank you!! Only think id prefer is paper towels. Not air dryers. Those things don’t seem very sanitary…. Adults, bar in the eating area!!! Grab a slice of pizza and a bottle of beer. Can’t beat it. All I talked about was food and bathrooms….. There’s a ton of stores too. Obviously. But you’ll find a list and see what you are looking for. I’m sure this place will have 1-4 places selling it. Love it here. We come in every time we are in Lombard even if it’s just to play for a minute.

Great mall - something that can't be said often. They've done a great job keeping out the troublemakers. We love coming here to walk around with our boys and have lunch when the weather is crappy out. Dog friendly, which is another big plus!

A great mall me and my friends take our service dogs and service dogs in training to train around the other dogs. It is a pet friendly mall so you can bring your fur babies with most of the shops are also pet friendly the windows will tel you which ones are or are not. There’s even a dog treat bakery. The reason I give it a four star is because you will often find some pee they provide poop bags in case your dog has an accident but nothing to clean up pee and there’s not a lot of janitors who clean it up.

Food and drinks were excellent! Service not so great. Took about 45 minutes to get our food and our drinks didn't come till after our food. Tables around us were left dirty for quite a while and bathrooms were less than clean. While the food was really good the overall experience would make it hard for me to return.

I just wanted to warn all the parents about a playground that York Town mall has.The slides there is very dangerous for children. My granddaughter was inside this slide and another kid started hitting her and the girl she was playing with and pushing them against the wall.I didn’t know this because the whole slide is invisible, she came to me and told me what happened. Its been 2 weeks and I still can’t calm down after this situation.Slides like this must be made with see through materials so parents can see their kid.

This mall was spared from the fate of other Chicagoland malls like Stratford Square NY maintaining a fresh, relevant and modern approach to shopping in the Amazon era. You can catch me here EVERY day after work when it's cold out taking my furry friend on a walk! The fact they're animal-friendly and my pooch can tag along on my shopping adventures makes this my #1 shopping destination in Chicagoland - and I live 45 minutes away and pass about 3 malls on the way here.

1st time here at this restaurant. We had a 20 min wait time to be seated for a party of 5. Not to bad considering the place got packed after we got seated. Friendly staff greeted us upon our arrival & our server was very helpful. Great portions on the food the prices are good as well. Service was a little slow due to the big crowd. We'll probably be back for lunch next time.

Great dining! I would have taken pictures but, the food looked so good... I needed to taste it right away! Shrimp cocktail was very good and fresh. Service was excellent! Javier, our server was attentive and professional. We had the Lamb Chops which were extraordinary and the Bone-in Ribeye, chared medium rare was delicious. We also ordered the wild mushrooms which were the best we've had in a long time. Yes it is expensive... but well worth it!

Very empty. More fast food and jewelry than clothes. I left with one summer top after touring a whole mall. I have a wedding to go to and have nothing to wear to that yet.

They now have a work spot with free wifi, a dog spot for dogs to exercise ( on leash), two kids areas along with the food court and arcade! Lots of things to do on a rainy or too hot day!

What you would expect from an upscale shopping center. Has the usual high end shops like Marshall Fields, Nordstrom, and Abercrombie & Fitch. The best part is that you get to walk outside to get to the other shops at the Mall. The mall has a wide variety of shops for all your shopping needs, from fashion, to home decor, to household needs like tools and stuff. Also, has a decent variety of entertainment offerings (Music, Movies, etc.) It may cost more, but they have seasonal sales and coupons through store specific membership programs. Plus, they have great Restaurants in the mall vicinity. Overall, a great shopping experience for those who enjoy the nicer things that life has to offer. 5 STARS

Good mall with a diversity of stores and has a good food court and plenty of things to do, I personally worked as an Intern for my family business. The only thing that needs change is neatness. The actual mall itself is clean but the employee backdoors into a complex and is very dirty.

It's like a lot of malls. Two levels with numerous escalators, a food court, family bathrooms, child play areas, massage chairs, and plenty of stores of all types. I especially like the "Tea Canal", which has samples, loose tea, cast iron teapots, and tables where one can taste the various offerings.

Well, I always enjoy a good Bargain Hunt. So if you have time to go slow n look for deals. This could be your kind clothing outlet. This store gets crowded fast so come early. Last Chance appear to be practicing in social distance w/cart cleaning and after purchase counter cleaning. As well as announcing that face masks are to be wore at all time doing your visits n covering your nose and mouth. Oh, Friday and Saturday could be your best discount deal days if you find their Color Tag items for the additional 80percent off designer clothing Yesterday I bought some new blk Aquatalia ankle boots regularly $450.00 for $37.00 and a Free People Elongated glazed sweater/dress $40.00.

overall a nice mall! it had all the stores i wanted to visit and was just in general nice to walk around in. the food court area was really pretty with the huge windows and lots of natural lighting. the food in the food court from the japanese place was really good too (i can't remember the exact name). one star off because in the middle of the mall there was a popcorn vendor and the cheesy popcorn there smelled terrible and the smell was in a huge area of the mall. other than that, it was a great mall that i will be returning to

Our visit was pleasant. We had to wear masks. We went to the food court for dinner with friends. We had to eat on the lower level because of the no in dining. What's the difference? In a food court with a large area with tables your not dining in a particular establishment. That being said it did not take away from our experience. We chose Panda Express. Good choices, always fresh. I had Beijing beef, orange chicken and mixed veggies. There are many many restaurants to choose from.
