We decided to come here since I have no works to do. My wife told me that we go to this mall early to spend our whole day here. It’s been a long time since we go to the mall. Since we already eat our breakfast before coming here we decided to go to every stores and looks for some products and things to buy. There are some people in the mall so it’s easy to walk and the flooring was very clean. Some of the stores that we enter has a nice and good service and some are not. The pricing was depending on the brand and the quality of the shirts. The good things are there’s a sale and a discount but in a limited product only. Although the dress and the polo shirt that we bought was little expensive but its worth the price. After the tiring shopping we ate and bought some groceries. So this is our experience in this mall.

Please: Shop local if you want Woodfield mall to stay open. Stop shopping at Amazon! We love the new/updated food court. So clean and modern looking. Tables are spaced far apart with bright window lights. There are many international food options, from standard food like, pizza, Hamburgers, Chineses, Pho, Mexican, even desserts like Stan's donuts and more👍

I visited Woodfield mall after a long time. But this mall has no change in terms of eguipment and decoration. I did not feel good about the mall. Crowded with people and one could say, that they are very outdated. I won’t go there for a few years, maybe never.

Update 2022 👍Super cool to see this mall is really crowded and the people are getting out there and spending money. I really miss the days when we used to go to the mall, but nowadays it seems like everybody buys everything online, so a crowded Mall really brings back great memories. I think it makes you feel really good when you go into a store and they greet you and they're really friendly. so stop by the mall and buy some awesome stuff because there's plenty of great places to choose from and I definitely feel you won't be disappointed and if you're hungry they have a food court so I'm really looking forward to getting a Philly steak👍 also this mall is really big so it will be a nice chance to get some well-needed cardio🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️❤

Large selection of stores and restaurants, however none of the 4 bathrooms I visited today had any feminine products available to purchase. In a mall of this size, if a woman is in urgent need she may need to walk a mile to get to her car and then have to drive off property to find a convenience store. You can do better.

I simply wanted y’all to know my incredible experience at this particular store. I wanted to shop clothes for kids and I went to the perfect store. This store is super clean and everything is perfectly organized. Many people were there who are also busy shopping but the store is not crowded. Staff are accommodating and helpful. I’ve got to choose from their wonderful selection of shoes and clothes. They got pretty designs and good quality selection of clothes. Shoes and clothes are branded and the prices are fair and reasonable. It was a great deal and the kids love what I got for them. I highly suggested this Kids Foot Locker store if you wanted amazing shoes, clothes and other stuffs for kids!

Very interesting mall. No lines on the parking spaces in the lot (at least, not at the Macy's entrance where I parked), very strange layout (sort of a split level design with catwalks, escalators and elevators everywhere) but a good selection of stores. I had never been into an Urban Outfitters before so that was cool! I didn't venture to the Food Court but from what I could tell there was a decent variety of restaurants. Friendly staff in all the stores I entered. Overall decent just a little confusing!

Woodfield Mall is just plain amazing, it is a good spot for xmas shopping. You will find everything here. Before Covid they had this awesome new food court that had opened. I was so sad because I wanted to try a few spots. Anyways I am hoping to re-visit and hopefully they are still open. Update it is open and back up and everything is still amazing.

Definitely the best Mall in Illinois. I have visited many malls nationwide and in Canada ...I can compare. The architecture, layout and the presentation is outstanding. Many, many stores. We were there for 4 hours and couldn't see everything. Be back soon.

I'm knocking off 2 stars you can get them back if you start enforcing mask requirements, I saw way too many people without them, yesterday!! I suggest you put people at each door into the mall to make sure people are actually wearing them! I love this mall but you need to make people take this rule seriously, especially this time of year, this is an extremely busy time for many stores because the holidays are right around the corner, so please do your part and protect all guests!

A great mall with some amazing stores. You will find a variety of diverse stores. You will find your luxury brand stores here. You will find collectables stores here and clothing stores. We really liked the variety of diverse restaurants here. You can find a boba tea place here and a variety of different foods here. Garrets Popcorn has a line and this was our go-to spot for Garrets Popcorn. Totally worth the wait! The layout of the mall is very easy to walk through but there are not many escalators. The elevators were not working (2023) memorial weekend when we were here. Bathrooms were in good condition. Not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest as well. Trash bins are easily accessible and easy to find. There is seating around the main areas but not so much around other areas. Parking is very easy to find. When it's busy, it's busy. You're better off parking away from the front entrances as we saw someone driving around from the moment we got into the parking lot and from the time we found a spot and walked towards the mall. Overall, a great mall and would HIGHLY recommend coming here to find stuff you want.

Wow. This is the best mall I've ever been to. Huge variety of stores and the labyrinth design makes it so easy to go wherever you want. Great job to the architecture team for designing such a cool user friendly shopping experience. I'm, and they are getting a Primark!!!

Beautiful place, free parking, clean washrooms ( just need an attendant every 2hrs, because no tissue) plenty of stores ( check their website) plenty places to eat , go early if you would like a close park , staff was friendly in many stores. I would have gave a five star rating, the washroom ( I check on all washrooms and every one was the same, no tissue), made it 4 stars, still not bad .

Update 2023 I stopped in for a short time because I needed to grab something to eat and also get a new pair of shoes and I was in and out super quick and it's nice to see the people are getting back to shopping so with plenty of places to eat and plenty of places to shop it seems like this is my go to mall these days and I still like to go to malls because I think we all remember when we were teenagers in high school just hanging out at the mall and also I think it's super important to keep all our local retailers in business so stop by the mall because I definitely saw plenty of sales and saving money is always good❤👍

This mall is far from where I live, but I still come here because of the Coach and MK locations. The mall was crazy busy today because of Christmas. I am also a bit disappointed since I found out that my favorite Turkish ice cream shop has been closed 😢.

Haven't been here in 7 or 8 years and the changes are dramatic from what we remember whether it's the selection of restaurants and the new food court to the vast array of new stores, remodeled/reimagined stores and stores that changed location. There are more stores than we could count that we'd never seen before. We'll definitely return and spend more time investigating all of the changes.

HUGE SHOPPING MALL! It’s a great place for shopping or enjoying a weekend. It offers many food joints, kids recreation facilities and beverage stores. You can’t think of covering the entire mall in a single day. We always have fun visiting this mall.

A typical mall. Nothing special. Big enough for to spend few hrs there & have a meal. But in my honest opinion, the mall design a bit weird. A lot of stairs, ramp & escalators. Kinda confusing

I went in Woodfield Mall and I saw Journeys Kidz. The outside of the store looks fascinating and the displays are wonderful then I remembered my niece and nephews and so I went inside and was welcomed by their accommodating and nice staff. The store has a great and wide selection of items for kids like shoes, clothes bags and other accessories. Everything is literally cute and has a beautiful design. Quality looks good as well. I had fun searching and I did not worry about the sizes because they have them all. I bought a lot than I could expect but it was fine since prices are reasonable and this would be a perfect gift as well. I highly recommend the store if you wanted stuffs for kiddos. Also, I had a good experience in the mall. Many shops are now open and everything was back to normal, there were so many people and it was fun!

Woodfield Mall is a very interesting and amazing place! This Mall is one of the most visited places here in this city. They have so many shops, boutiques, food chains, stores, and others. Their place is so huge, they have a big parking lot, public restrooms, and a cafeteria. You can really enjoy the whole place because of its great atmosphere, their interior is well-designed, organized, and so bright. You can do window shopping and walk around to appreciate the beauty of the place. The outside of the mall is also incredible, it looks so fascinating, and the designs are wonderful. You can really enjoy and relax at this place. They are so easy to find, they are also near to many different places around, and this mall is popular. This Woodfield Mall is really a must-visit place. If you are here in this area right now you must stop in and give this place a try. This place never disappoints. All of the staff here will make your experience much better and more unforgettable. It's been a while since we went shopping. It's Saturday so we prepared ourselves to go to this mall. We enter a restaurant here and eat food for lunch. We like the brownies that we ate. It's sweet and soft. We had a good lunch in the restaurant. After we ate we went to the stores and looked for clothes to buy. I bought clothes with a color of black. It has a cute design. It's a little bit pricey since the fabric was of a high quality. They also bought a lot including accessories, clothes and many more. They enjoy shopping here since they save a lot of money because of discounts and sales. We had a great day here.

The staff in Kiehl’s store was friendly and helpful. She is also knowledgeable. I love Kiehl’s ever since and I was glad that they have an available store here in Woodfield. Just like the other Kiehl’s store I have been to the store is clean and well-organized. What I love about them is their products are really effective and it does not have a side or any bad effects to my skin. Their products are so comfortable to use and the result is just so satisfying. I did not have any problem since I used their products and in fact it makes my skin better. The products in here have reasonable prices and it is worth to use than the other expensive brands. I also love the Christmas set on few products that I’ve seen in this store. This store is just basically great.

Great mall, but very pushy salepeople on the first floor that force you to buy their product. If you come to this mall, stay on the second floor will you please, and only go down there if you want to avoid being interrupted and dealing with those salespeople! It was the business that sold anti-aging lotion near the Bath and Body Works

First time eating Ahi Poke in Woodfield Mall. It sure was yummy! I definitely will be eating here again. Especially in between my clients since it is right across the street from My Spa Beauty From Within Spa in the streets of woodfield.

The Primark in here opened up, which is one of my fav stores, which is so nice!! This mall has a great selection and is full of incredible stores. One of the best malls I've been to. Shopping paradise!

There are various stores to choose from, very clean and you definitely feel safe shopping here. The place is very beautiful and the staffs were very polite and friendly. They have very nice quality products, that every person can return back to. The guards and other staffs are friendly. It observes health protocols properly. So, I enjoyed shopping, roaming and eating here. It was amazing. The parking space is not so crowded too. I love strolling and eating here at Woodfield Mall and see what's new to this store. We recently visited this mall and everything seems back to normal. We went to this particular store because my friend is looking for a gown that she would use in a certain formal event. This place is clean and quite organized. At the front we saw their beautiful pieces. The staff in here is also friendly and accommodating. Their gowns are all spectacular and there are a lot of options. They got an amazing piece for different occasions. Prices are fair and reasonable too. My friend chose a very beautiful gown that fits perfectly to her. If ever I also need one, I would not hesitate to go in here. I highly recommend them!

Products are the best and I saw improvements almost immediately. It’s been over 3 weeks now and I get many compliments on how young I look and I’m 50 years old. I’ve worked with Chloe and she is awesome.

Woodfield Mall offers a variety of stores that makes our shopping easier. There is a department store, supermarket and different restaurants inside. There is the movie theater too. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I love strolling, walking and shop here. They have a various option to choose from, very clean and you definitely feel safe shopping here. I enjoyed shopping, roaming and eating here. It was amazing. The parking space is not so crowded too. I will recommend this to my family and friends who are very fond of shopping. I recently went to Woodfield after staying at home for Covid and wow, lots changed! There wasn't that many people and the mall looked somewhat different than I remember last time I visited. Still many stores to visit and clean! I kind of liked quite atmosphere and less people. But...... not sure where they are from, vacation sales reps? They are too... persistence. I understand they have to sell but when I say no, I wish they understand the meaning of word no. Other than that, I had a nice change of scenery.

If you’re looking for scrubs go to the store Scrubs Boutique and More! Honestly it’s such an amazing store! It’s so nice knowing there is a place where you can shop for lots of styles and colors, accessories, shoes, compression socks in the area!

My kids love going here and we always have a good time.

I grew up going to this mall for all my shopping needs. Happy to say it’s still the best mall around. Great stores, easy layout. Don’t miss Woodfield when you have shopping needs!

Exercise facility when they are allowed to be open. All around easy area to get to free parking and everything you need at hand and then walking distance.

I was there on Dec 29th and they didn’t give me my complete order so I called from work and they apologized and asked me to come and get what was forgotten and I said I could not do that because I was at work. So the person tells me that they would refund my bill and I said alright (trusting them) and it’s now January 8th and they still haven’t done anything. Not good customer service and they lied... I did like Panera and now not so much!! If you go there check your order is correct before you leave!

It's very different from the mall I'm used to it's more elegant and big everyone who works there are friendly lots of stores to shop at 🙂

In case you're around the Chicago region and need to stroll around and go through some cash this is the spot. An enormous 3 story shopping center with a wide assortment of stores to browse. It is spotless and all around kept up with. Expenses are to some degree high and the food decisions are thin however there's eateries near the shopping center. In case you're searching for explicit stores and have never been there you will require map.

So far, one of our favorite ✔ shopping centers. It has a large number of stores. A massive three-story shopping mall with a diverse selection of establishments to visit. Kiara, a store staff, assisted me in finding the item I was looking for. There is something for everyone there. Personally, I enjoy the Cheese Cake Factory, PF Changs, and Red Robin, as well as the food court.
