Wonderful in the day but even more gorgeous at night. You can find almost any kind of food, cuisine or store here. Personal favorite is the potbelly near the front end. You can even still see the old naval Air Base and it has a wonderful statue display in the center of it all. A perfect uptown area for Glenview and it's even near gallery Park so perfect for any day out.

The most Amazing Annual Art Festival here at The Glen. Bringing out the best Local Artists and talent from all across the country.

Love this town and the town center The best mix of city and suburbia. Safe, secure, beautiful, relaxing, historic but modern.

Huge amout of any kind shops, especially excited about footwear choice. Also there are some nice cafes present to take a nap

We had dinner at the Yard House. Parking was very easy. Dinner was delicious.

We spent a lot of time in the Verizon store and he answered questions. But apparently, some things can only be done on line.

There is not enough parking already. Why would this place take up more spaces to put tables only in certain areas. No wonder restaurants come and go in this place like people change their socks. How many are closed again right now? It would be a nicer place is the parking wasn't so ill thought out.

THE GLEN TOWN CENTER's brick ambience is reminiscent of 1950 shopping in Chicago. Lots of small shops and restaurants. Even easy nearby parking. Growing up on Chicago's South Side, I remember running errands for my Mom on 79th Street. I'd stop by the bakery, the meat market, or the grocery store. The only thing missing from this loving re-creation is a Dime Store and the Street Cars. Parking is free. ADA spaces are provided. So, come and enjoy your memories.

for some reason it feels fake, almost overwhelming. other than that it's really nicely designed, walkable, organized with good shops

The seats were comfortable. And for long movies much needed. As short person, who doesn't want to be stuck behind a tall person. I do not like having seating predetermined. What if you're seated next to an obnoxious person, you move and then someone says you're in their seat. And even if you buy in person, you have to choose a seat before you go in. Also while we were watching the movie. We could hear construction work at the peak of the movie. At first I was confused and thought it was part of the movie it was so loud. It was distracting. Besides that....it was good enough that I'll try again.

Small parking garage and on-street spots. Good variety of food options, with classic car centeted suburban feel. Roaming teens, families, with a faux downtown street feel.

We had abreat burger. Friendly staff. Nice eating outdoors.

I love the Glen. It's a great Shopping community. It's an incredible spot to stroll around during pleasant warm spring and late spring days

Beautiful modern shopping area in historic former location of Glenview Naval Air Station with tributes to service members from WW I, WW II, Korea through Vietnam. Be there or be square.

Nice shopping district on a former Navy air station. Some of the Navy Buildings remain adding to character and charm. Nice art festival in late July turning street into a pedestrian walk lined by artist booths.

Beautiful strip with lot's of fun things to do. Dog friendly, and very clean. Had a great time here. 10/10

Love Von Maur miss the area....lots of changes. People need to support local businesses there!!!

COVID hit this place hard. There are a lot of storefronts that are empty but not as bad as it had been! There are new restaurants (I haven't been due to covid so I can't say if they're good or not) & a laundry service shop. Dawg Park is definitely worth a visit for amazing hotdogs and shakes. The movie theater closed and is empty now, as are many storefronts towards the side closest to Willow Rd. Yard House is one of the main features and remains incredibly popular.

Lots of activities for kids to enjoy and exercise at the same time. It's also clean, organized and safe.

Fantastic place just wish it had a few more stores.

Have been coming here ever since it was built. Great selection of restaurants and stores. You can walk up and down street or sit and people watch. A mix of residential and commercial. There is a big park where kids can play, a large walking path and some sports fields. All in all, you can spend the day doing whatever makes you happy.

A cute downtown area that used to be a naval base. There are a lot of places to eat and shop.
