This was one of my favorite lunch spots 3 years ago for their awesome soups. The food, especially the soup is not fresh. I don't believe this is the same restaurant. The portion were cut in half. This was an extreme disappointment.

Feeling a bit under the weather on this bitter cold day we had a cup of the golden broth and a Revive fresh juice (carrot, turmeric, pineapple, ginger, lemon) to start as well we had Spicy Lemongrass soup and tortilla soup. Lots of flavor and topped with kale. So much goodness packed in for an absolutely great price especially considering it is "fast" food

I love this location. I stayed at the Palmer Hilton hotel and came to this freshii stay during my stay. The bowls are delicious especially the Mexican one, and the green kale juice was great.

Staying at the Palmer house. Came here for bfast once (ranchero burrito) and for lunch once (teriyaki bowl w chicken and sriracha). Terrific both times. Quick, friendly staff too.

I was just in Chicago for work and ended up eating at Freshii every morning for breakfast. I loved the smoothies and also had the breakfast burrito, which was huge and delicious. The yogurt parfaits are also so good. Prices are amazing too. Very inexpensive for what you get. Now I’m having withdrawals since we don’t have one of these here in Utah. Loved this place!

We went there today to have a good quality lunch. Ordered two salads using there custom made salad sheet. You basically select what you want on paper, same concept as a sushi restaurant. One salad was delivered as wrap instead. Second one missed the protein (salmon) and extra topping (olives) a 6$ value total. Problem is that we only found out once home, too late to get it fixed. Conclusion: double check you order receipt and double check your order once delivered. Not a great experience.

Definitely not the most exciting breakfast I've ever had. Food is uninspired (eggs mushy in both of our dishes), the place is dirty (but not busy, where one could understand it being dirty), and the owner (I assume he was the owner) came in while we were giving our order and interrupted us. He literally cut me off mid-order, asked the cashier to give him 5 $20s, and then left. So, he was either the owner who doesn't care about his customers, or a smooth thief who just casually holds up a fast casual restaurant...

So I decided that a Freshii bowl would be great for dinner. I tried to place my order online but had some technical difficulties with the site. I printed out what I wanted and took the printout to the Freshii. The person who took my order could barely speak understandable english and didn't seem to know how to operate the register. He told me the total of what I ordered but it was higher than what I saw on the site. He stated that online prices were different than what the prices are in-store. I suggested to him that I will just step to the side and place my order online so that I could get my food at the price I saw but was told that the location would NOT honor online pricing. Happy staff, very welcoming. Concept is great and for a breakfast, it's a killer. Hope we could have one in Montreal. Ranchero is packed with flavor and you can taste cilantro as a final note (because they use fresh one).

Today I visit this place by accident and they had horrible service. I only order A frozen yogurt and the result of that was horrible. The people there could barely understand English and throw the ingredients together and serve it to me. I specifically asked for it to be prepared a certain way and they gave it to me very sloppy, but made sure to charge for every topping. The second they made it they forgot ingredients. When I come to fresh I I expect quality ingredients and service. That was not the case today! Get it together please....

The staff was very friendly but the quality of the food was extremely poor and not fresh.

Ate here a couple times last week. The Tex-Mex Burrito was awesome. Their coffee is faster and better than the "other" place in the hotel. The folks who run the store are more than friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

Before my order even came out a roach jumped out of the sugar container. Its an automatic 1 star. What is surprising was that the place looks nice.
