This place is awesome. A nice upscale sports bar in a catchy part of town. There is an enormous selection of beers that you can order in a yard. Our appetizers were awesome, I would highly recommend the fried calamari and the firecracker wings. Our server was on point, the moment I finished my soda he was flying by with a full one for me. I will definitely return next time I am in old town.

I LOVE THE YARD HOUSE!!! The food and beer are delicious!! They have the BEST happy hour deals!! Half off appetizers and pizzas plus $2-$4 off the booze Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm. I love that they have my favorite Chicago Beer; “Maplewood Charltan” on tap! I always get a half yard of beer. The service is always good. The food menu is amazing and everything is really tasty. There is something to eat for everyone at the Yard House. It is my favorite restaurant at New City. I have been here at least over 10 times and will be back soon the next time I go to the movies which is next door.

Oh my! The spicy Jambalaya w/Jasmine rice was wonderfully fragrant and delicious. Service was immediate, pleasant and the server Chris attentive. The sweet potato fries were good they really needed salt to bring the sweetness of the maple bacon dip out. The chocolate souffle w/caramel ice cream was yummy. I would definitely go again!

Located in the New City complex in Lincoln park. It is a huge restaurant and is never really packed because of its size. They have a wide variety of beer and a good menu. This place is great for groups and to watch sports as there are several TVs. There is also a outside seating area. You can play bags outside at the entrance. Parking is available.

One of my favorite restaurants to go to because of the array of options on the menu. The food is good, and the service is great. It's a lively place with good drinks and be sure to get a half yard! Half-price apps during happy hour which will give you a great deal.

Food is okay, not bad. Went on a Saturday night, they weren’t very packed but service was lacking. It took forever for our server to check up on us and give us the check. Bathrooms are clean and environment is nice. The area is gorgeous! I got the grilled cheese and soup and my husband got fish tacos. Wasn’t impressed

A good multipurpose place. Great for one or thirty people, watch sports, try beers they have 100 on tap and get foo d. Thwy have an extensive pub menu. Yard house comes from the fact you can get a yard of beer

I stopped here to get some drinks with a friend after work. The staff was super friendly, the drink menu was fantastic. I recommend the pineapple mule. The bathrooms were clean. The bar was stunning. Although i did not order food, every plate that passed me looked and smelled amazing. I would definitely visit here again, and this time ill grab some grub!

Good spot for a pre-movie drink. Not worth the $ for a sit down dinner. 1) Food - ordered burger and fries to test the kitchen and it's just okay. Ticket time was about 15 minutes on Sunday 2:30pm. Burger came out fine; fries however came out warm and a little soggy - apparently have been under the warming lamp for a while. Replacement fries came out tasted like refried fries with darker color and a thick crust. 2) Service - bar staff do try to be helpful but they are not very enthusiastic . 3) Atmosphere - 20-30s crowd at a decent bar with a lot of taps and a smell of sour beer. Overall, will be a good spot for a pre-movie drink.
