We have been coming to this location since it was opened. In the last few months, and you can see from other recent reviews that not only the service has become nonexistent, the portion of the food also shrunk. The last two visits, our bowls were basically happy meal sized, at least 25-30% smaller. Considering all of the recent negative reviews, unless they make some changes, this location won’t last very long. I am walking over to the Burrito Beach or DosBros.

I have eaten here for 3 years two days ago it was closed for plumbing reasons. I went there today it was all new people and it was disorganized and dirty. Anyway I had to go to the ER for stomach cramps and violent throwing up. Please don’t go here until they really clean this place up.

Good transportation and food. The customer service was terrible. I was standing line and I did not get any service. So I stand in the pick up line and the worker finally saw me when two other customers came in. The worker rudely said You have to speak up or you won't get fed. I told him I was standing there for a minute and you did not see me? I am 6'3 how could you not see me? I hope management see this post and talk to all their workers to pay attention at work and be respectful to all customers.

AGAIN the fajita vegetables are so overcooked they are totally mush! Also I get attitude from the servers whenever I ask for them to please drain the beans and vegetables before putting them into my bowl. It's supposed to be a burrito bowl NOT BURRITO BOWL SOUP! I hate having a lake in the bottom of my bowl!!! So sick of this Total lack of quality and total lack of care.

Truly the worst chipotle in existence. They are SO skimpy on literally every ingredient (if they even have all the ingredients there, which they usually don’t). They are incredibly slow, their machines never recognize reward codes, the mobile orders are never ready when they say. I live directly above this chipotle and go out of my way to walk to a different one instead of coming here, that’s how bad it is.

I tried to order within Chipotle’s app twice and both times orders were never delivered! After complaining, Chipotle does nothing to correct the problem nor even try! Qdoba will not be my place to go!

Ordered tacos, half way through found a dead lady bug in one and a dead fly in another. Shows they don’t wash their lettuce properly nor maintain cleanliness. The health inspector needs to pay them a visit

First time trying Chipotle and I see what all the uproar is about! I had the bowl with white pinto bean chicken and steak fajita vegetables fresh tomatoe salsa sour cream and cheese everything blended together perfect freash and the meat wasn't dry at all! I really enjoyed the meal great experience! Wish we had one in Mississippi they will have all my money!

Never had the greatest experiences with thus location. I frequent Chipotle often and this might be the worst location on average I've visited. Burritos sloppily made regardless of time of day, chips are never crunchy like they're supposed to be, almost always need a fork and the guac is rarely ever mixed well. Update, tried again...got a whole bag of overdone chips, I'm currently dipping my burrito in my guac....never again Grand/State

I've been coming to this chipotle for a while and for some reason my burritos get smaller and smaller for every purchase, it's a $10+ purchase you'd think they would measure how much a scoop of meat is appropriate, nonetheless, it was basically a rice and bean burrito. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Hope it gets fixed asap.

I was probably the first customer of the day and the service was great (calm, professional, and patient) and the food tastes delicious. As a person who has been a server, I know how hard it is to be 100% setup when you unlock the door-- very impressive!

Went into order a bowl and chips the woman that was preparing the food did absolutely opposite of everything that I asked her. When I asked for a little bit she put a lot when I asked for a lot she put a little bit and I even told her that I was paying extra for extra rice then I got charged for the bowl and chips which I ordered although never got the chips I get all the way home in the rain and the chips are not there and nobody picks up the phone I'm so tired of this company this is like the fifth time this has happened you need to hire people that take pride in their job instead of robbing us for our money because then when I come back you guys say oh well you should have checked your bag I'm so tired of this I shouldn't have to check my bag if you're taking my order and filling it geniuses by the way this was around 2:45 p.m. on Friday the 13th so you know which employees are working there not that you're going to do anything about it because your company doesn't care

This might be the worst chipotle to exist. I’ve never experienced a friendly worker when going inside. Delivery? Forget about it. Your order will be entirely wrong. It’s apparently too difficult to simply read a receipt and give someone what they ordered. Most recently, I ordered a quesadilla. Image attached. It was delivered in the burrito bowl container. I’m assuming they were out of the quesadilla trays. Or they were too lazy to get one. Regardless, they didn’t include any of the sides. Go elsewhere. Cooperate needs to do something at this location. It’s just down right awful.

This has got to be one of the worst Chipotle's our dear nation and in some ways, reflects the state of the world we live in. The ingredients in this store are frequently out, so workers resort to skimping when they serve you. If there are ingredients, they are often times stale and have been sitting for hours. On top of that workers don't care about their job because why would they? Please hire a quality control manager, ASAP!

Not sure if it was this exact location, but the burrito looks like a roll of wheat. Not appetizing

This is the ideal chipotle. They hook it up and aren’t busy and they always have everything, unlike most chipotles. Workers are the best!!

Understand staffs may have been stretched, but compromising how you serve and handle food is unacceptable. We bought 2 burritos and both are so badly done, before we even pick the food it was leaking, things were out and we could hardly eat but to bin it and walk away. Despite tipping 20%, staff attitude when serving was terrible and they didnt even bother when we asked why it was done that way. If you are a tourist and want to get best of Chicago, just avoid this place.

It was 9:30pm. They close at 10pm. Restroom is unavailable already. I’m pregnant and cannot hold it (considering that I live in suburbs). Still no way I could use that restroom. Thanks a lot 👍🏼

It gets a little crowded. But the food is good.

Pretty sad they gave me brown lettuce in my Burrito bowl. Lettuce isnt even exspensive. I'm done with this place. Never again. Too many Complaints from this chain. Close the doors in all the ones in Chicago. Terrible presentation. Who wants brown slimy lettuce through out their Burrito bowl

My family had worst experience at this Chipotle location. Staff is not friendly at all. My toddler want to use rest room on urgent basis & they already closed the rest rooms one hour before the store closing time. They don’t have any courtesy on kid. Although we tried to request the staff, still they denied. If the Staff is unable to maintain rest rooms then it’s better to close this location permanently. I recommend NOT to visit this location at all. Even the inside atmosphere in the location is bad.

I ordered a burrito bowl via delivery and it arrived feeling refrigerated without utensils. I realize this doesn't seem like a big deal, but I was at a hotel without a microwave or a way to eat the food and I have an ED. I had a breakdown as I am trying to have a healthy relationship with food and had no way to eat it. Everything is really expensive here and I couldn't afford to get anything else. Chipotle management, please take better care to make sure food is packaged hot. It took 5 minutes for my food to get here from pick up. There's no way it got to feel refrigerated in 5 minutes.

The employees are very unprofessional & rude. All the Latinos are very rude & unprofessional, I asked for a burrito since it's a cheaper price. & the employee charged me for a BURRITO BOWL, WITH a tortilla on the side, even after I said multiple time that I just wanted THE PLATE because otherwise it's just a aluminum foil, burrito makes me a mess. SO THEY MADE ME PAY FOR A BOWL. Everything was very very bad here last time they put a small mosquito or small fly inside of my bowl & so I saw it fly out when I opened it.

Place was a mess. I almost took a pic of the bathroom but that would've been unnecessary seeing as how almost every recent review of this place is a 1 or 2 star. Firstly, the guy who made my food the first time I went consistently put more ingredients on one taco than the other, but caught an attitude with me for asking him to even it out. I couldn't really find a place to sit and eat because literally EVERY table was disgusting and uncleaned. And then like I said, the restroom. Omg. I gave it another shot, this time, anything being wrong would've made me leave a 1 star. And viola! My food tasted like soap, I'm not sure why. Maybe they didn't rinse the metal pan that the food sits in completely. Either way, my food tasted like soap and neither experience was a pleasant one. Close this place before you ruin your reputation.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to hands down. Management is non-existent here. 5th time in a row without chips and waiting on cooked chicken.

For a company that tries to advertise their "sustainability," they sure do let their employees make mistakes that result in massive amounts of food waste. Our pick-up order had the correct name on the outside bag, and they packed the correct side items, but gave us burrito bowls that VERY clearly belonged to a different order (as evidenced by the stickers). It is so, so simple to double-check the order bag vs. the order contents, and the customer shouldn't have to rip open a tightly sealed bag to make sure employees did their work correctly. This results in food waste, as these incorrect orders had items neither of us could eat; your employees are contributing heavily to a problem that you claim to be resolving. Sustainability would be more achievable if you emphasized attention to detail. Do better. (Would like to add that the restaurant was not remotely busy during this time, and was well-staffed, so there is little to no excuse here)
