I recently gave birth to my baby daughter here, let me start by Thanking the medical team that took care of me & my baby. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend this hospital to any future mother looking for a great hospital. The nurses and the midwife were with me hand in hand with me while I was in labor, they were very supportive. I think that these team doesn't receive the credit/ recognition that they deserve. Thanks Mercy.

I had a pleasant experience when my grandpa just passed away on Saturday. The lady at the front desk Patricia Cook argued with me back and forth for 10 minutes back and forth about only four ppl can be up at one time. I asked her to call a supervisor to speak with she gave me the number and told me to call. She was very rude and inconsiderate of the fact that my grandpa was there passing and 10 minutes after I was able to get up there he passed away. This is very unacceptable. She seems to have an attitude about working there. I will not refer anyone to go here for care. Some of the nursing staff was great during his transition. But again the way I was talked to by Patricia Cook was very unacceptable.

By far the most unprofessional, unhygienic “hospital” I have been to! On 1/17/22 I took my mother there for a follow up visit and there was only one person besides the third party security who were wearing any type of uniform/scrubs. How Dr. Nasir Sayed graduated from UIC for his title is beyond me. Very arrogant and extremely quick to make assumptions. He chose a profession where is to help people in their time of need and hurt, he is not supposed to shame them and villainies them. The utter disgust we felt when leaving that appointment. The whole place felt like a joke, no one there looked like they took being employed there seriously. I swear whoever bought this place just opened it on a whim in hopes of having doctors flock to them for a job. Truly got the bottom of the barrel employees there. Mercy Hospital had its moments but at least they were professional and kind and understanding! ***PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE AND THE DOCTORS THAT SEE YOU!***

This hospital was good to my son and I. He had a sudden asthma attack , in the middle of the night. The ambulance brought us to the nearest E. R. Everyone was pleasant there, from admission , the Nurse and the Doctor. The only thing that ruined it was the female security officer with the buzz cut, very rude and unprofessional . Other than that, I would gladly come back for his care!

I use to come here when it was Mercy. It was not great then, but now it’s worse. They are short staffed so scheduling an appointment takes a ridiculous amount of time. Their system for scheduling was down for so long they had to outsource the service. The wait time is also ridiculous and some of the customer service sucks. I only gave them 2 stars because I encountered a few people who were kind and helpful. This hospital service primarily people of color. It is a shame that excellence is not practiced when serving black and brown people and the standard is below what should be expected when serving people who are in need of help.

I'm 67 years and trust me when I tell I've had my share of doctors as well as dealing with medical staff. Let me tell yo.. here at Insight Outpatient I'm blown away by their professionalism and care they give me. I had Dr. Sears who is just awesome and also Naheel who took care me from beginning to end. I would recommend this Outpatient to anyone who takes their health seriously.

The care and customer service has went completely down hill since a new organization has taken over. Some employees are very "ghetto" and the nurses are very rude and lack empathy for the position in which they are working. Nurses took oaths and still don't honor them when caring for patients. They put you in a closed box for a hour or more without checking on you or providing any information of your care. Nurse came in for a urine sample and when told it was already given She never returned. Mercy would have been better off being tore down than to hire such horrible people to care for others. I really wish I could give zero stars as this place is not even deserving of one.

My sister and I needed to take my mother to the ER. At first we weren't that intrigued with the ER room yet my mother was given the best consideration while we visited. They offered a mediator for my mother to help with the language hindrance. I trust the new clinic will keep up with a similar nature of care as Mercy. I'm appreciative to have this local area clinic close by.

I could not have asked for better care. Every member of the hospital that we encountered was polite, professional and compassionate. They answered all of our questions. My wife said that in addition to the staff being outstanding, the facility is very peaceful and comforting. In particular, Abdullah was exceptional. He treated my family and I extremely well, answered all our questions thoroughly, and put a smile on our faces. Couldn’t recommend Insight more!

I have been going to Insight since July for a dislocated knee and I have been pleased with not only the high level of service, but also the high level of respect that I receive. No one is too busy to help. From the moment I set foot into the building I am greeted with a smile. The women at the front desk are so nice and courteous. Registration has some of the most awesome people working there. From day one they have made sure I was checked in for my appointments, asked how my day was going and even wheeled me to a few of my appointments to make sure I got there ok. In my opinion I would give them a raise for the high standard of service they provide on a consistent basis. The Orthopedic Surgery Department has awesome top notch staff that cares and are never to busy to answer any questions I may have. My Orthopedic Surgeon is one of the best. Physical Therapy has staff that are devoted to seeing an individual improve and get better. My Physical Therapist takes time to ensure that I am performing my exercises correctly and gives me recommendations on how to better improve my mobility during my surgical recovery process. All in all, I am glad that Insight is my hospital.

The only reason why I’m giving this place 4 stars is because of this amazing nurse, this nurse named Laura took really good care of us and checked up on us consistently, making sure my mom was alright. Most of the other nurses had an attitude or ignored me. Other than that the hospital it’s self is a little dirty but other than that. Great job Laura, you deserve a raise or something

It seems that only maternity patients are happy with Mercy (from reading reviews). I went to Mercy emergency room after an auto accident. They treated me pretty quickly and fairly. My only problem has been the follow up on billing. My emergency room billing was paid by my Medicare insurance but the Dr's bill for some reason was not. She didn't submit to the insurance. Why? Hmmm....I don't know. Still trying to fix this one year later. I now know to just go to my own physician next time I have an emergency.

I came in to see Dr. Ahmad Elakil for a pinched nerve. I had the worst pain 10/10. I went to see Dr. Elakil and he spoke to me and told me he will treat me like family and he really did. I had the surgery Posterior Cervical Fusion done with him and I can tell you today that I feel 100 percent better. He kept his word to me that he would take good care of me and made me feel like part of his family. I will never forget him saying that. His skills, knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. His PA Jessica Vo was there every step of the way answered any questions i had. His staff Naheel Mohammed assured me and stood by me with everything i needed. I would recommend everyone to see Dr. Elakil and his team. Thank you again!

This was the most bizarre visit to an emergency room I’ve ever had. The overall intake process was quick and there wasn’t a long wait, but the staff I encountered were not very good. There was a lack of genuine concern for my visit and it felt very dismissive and lacked the patient education and care that I would expect coming to the doctor. One of my reasons for visiting was due to a pain in my leg and the doctor never even looked at it and just prescribed medication and didn’t even explain why. Hospitals and visits to the doctor can already make someone nervous so to not be provided the consultation and care that you would expect visiting the emergency room just added insult to injury.

I went to the emergency room and when taken to the back, the nurse I got was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! He was extremely disrespectful, when I asked to speak with a charge nurse he refused to get her because he claimed he “had to know the question before retrieving her.” After the charge nurse came in he proceeded to talk over me, and when I asked her if she could have him leave he snatched his pen and took MY discharge papers with him. I wish I had his name to put in this review as well. I will NOT be returning to this hospital.

single-handedly the worst hospital and medical center I've ever been to. I tried going here because it was in the area... but they SUCK! they literally never answer the phone (i've watched the receptionists ignore people's phone calls), my Dr. cancelled my appointment even though it was scheduled out 2 months in advance the morning before, the "check-in" process is long and unnecessary and you will end up spending at least 2+ hours of your day for only 30 mins with the Dr. its a reason why only old people go here because they have more time to waste. save your time and go somewhere else.

Dr. Chan is the best! He was my surgeon for my hernia repair in May of 2023. Prior to this surgery I had gone to UIC hospital for a hernia repair and the doctors there did a horrible job! They left a stitch and mesh inside of my stomach. Thankfully, my Primary Care Provider referred me to Insight and Dr. Chan saved my life! My surgery was a success and my recovery was speedy! I would refer Insight to skeptical patients. Not only is Dr. Chan an amazing surgeon but he actually cares about his patients. -Angela Buchanan

I have several pressing concerns about the care provided to my loved one while at this facility. The ER doctors was rude and refused to provide care to my loved one. He went on to say you should have gone somewhere else and refused to further evaluation my loved one. Until I reminded him of her past medical history, he was going to discharge her home with GI issues. Her labs where not within normal limits nor could she tolerate food or fluids. Needless to say, she was then admitted and stayed in the ED for several days. Then once on the unit about 3-4 days later she was schedule for a procedure by the GI provider for the following day. However, the provider covering for the attending provider. Force my loved to discharge home the day before the procedure. What is more alerting is the procedure was supposedly set for an outpatient procedure. However, when the clinic was call, they had no record of an appointment or procedure being done. I have made several attempts to contact this facility with no respond. This is not what the Bronzeville community needs. The services provided there were horrible there was no compassion. Nor was the care provided there acceptable.

I was chaperoning a patient to the surgical outpatient and normally I don’t leave a reviews due to the fact that I’ve been to multiple outpatients in my life due to my work. But let me tell you my experience was something I have never seen before. We had the pleasure of Naheel assisting us today and wow I have never met anyone so charismatic and genuine with a patient. You could tell his only purpose was to get us the best care and nothing short of it. Even while getting discharged he moved swiftly with what we ordered and actually sat down to explain to us what we needed to do and how to do it. If this is the kind of employees Insight is hiring then by means I will be recommending all my friends and family to this hospital and hope they get Naheel taking care of them cause they will be in for a great time!!!!

On three separate occasions Mercy sent a high bill to a collection agency without ever notifying me that I had a bill. I called the billing department, they said that they held the bill for 4 months, then sent it to the agency, who then reports this to a credit bureau. He also apologized because he saw in the system that I was never notified, and that they held the bill for four months. This is the 3rd time this has happened. If Mercy notified me, they would have gotten they're money before even reporting it. They made it seem like they tried to contact me for four months, but never did, no phone calls, no emails, no text, no postal mail. I'm so disappointed with the way they do business. Now I have to find a new pcp that's not affiliated with Mercy.

Went to the ER to get my hand stitched up late on a Sunday. Facilities seemed pretty outdated, but otherwise clean. Staff was mostly polite, patient, and relatively quick. The doctor who sewed my hand back together did a very thorough job. Wasn't blown away, but I was in and out quick enough and the experience was positive overall.

My experience was a positive one! Though it will forever in my heart be Mercy, Insight Hospital & Medical Center provided me with the best of care during my visit. From the ER Staff & Doctors to the Telemetry Unit Staff & Discharge Nurse, every individual at Insight made it known that they care about the patients and I LOVED it!!!

I'm here at insight now. I took my mother there do to EXTREME stomache pains do to her gallbladder needing removal. The staff is very unprofessional, the hospital is filthy, and most of all the staff lacks care for the patient. I even assisted with helping the elderly sitdown because workers were too busy talking amongst each other. This is by far the worst hospital experience EVER. Since the name has changed from Mercy Hospital to Insight this place has been a complete failure and nightmare. Definitely will not be back.

Today I came to the ER at Insight Hospital and the staff on duty was amazing. Jenny the triage nurse was very kind and funny. Dr. Anita was phenomenal she talked to me as if I was a person and not like a non-human. Dr. Anita treated my symptom and I was out of ER in 20 minutes. Valeria OMG was a superstar she talked to me went over my symptom and reassured me that everything was okay, and that was great. I will highly recommend people to come to Insight Hospital 😊😊😊

I use to go to Mercy and Now it’s Insight. My experience has been great. The only issue is the process in checking in is long but Denise at the front registration is always a pleasure. She is very nice and moves fast to get patients registered. Rose and Loretta on the 12 floor cardio side always sweet and they explain each test procedure in detail.

This ER is just ok- not the cleanest. The triage nurses are attentive when you call them over and fairly friendly. But everything took FOREVER and you don’t get many updates. The doctor wasn’t around much. I wouldn’t go here for severe medical emergencies but for something not life threatening it worked out fine. If you have any questions with billing, you will never get through to anyone.

For the past few months, I’ve been coming to the ER often because of a medical condition that I have. Every time I come to this hospital, I am very well taken care of. Matthew, the Xray tech is very positive. He always tells me that I am going to get better and motivates me with his kind words. All nurses and techs are very attentive and compassionate. My favorite RN are Mr. Edmund (pm nurse), Ms. Daniel (am), Ms. Paula (am) and Mr. Jason (am) and techs Mr. Nico (am) and Mr. John S. (Pm); they are all kind, efficient, caring and friendly. Dr. Allen Hollingsworth is not just my favorite doctor. He is my favorite person! Dr. Hollingsworth is receptive, competent, kind and emphatic. He treats me with respect and listens to me and he is very thorough in addressing my medical issues. I have been battling this illness since 2007 and been to a lot of hospitals both here in Illinois and California where I used to live and I’ve met a lot of ER doctors but hands down, Dr. Hollingsworth is the BEST ER physician out there. I hope all ER doctors are like him.

I generally don't have issues here. The rooms are rather filthy (see photo of dried blood on the floor) and the building is old and decrepit. Typically the staff is rather nice. I've only ever had one nurse in the ER who was rude and accused me of medseeking (I'm a truck driver, I can't take any substances that would affect my job.) Other than this one guy, I've never had an issue. Everyone is normally always friendly and helpful.

I went to the ER at Insights earlier tonight. I was really impressed with how kind the staff was. From the minute I arrived and met with the intake specialist at the front desk, to the nurses, doctor and the other supporting staff, they were all kind and thoughtful. While I generally don’t write interviews, I felt the need to write this one to let them know they are appreciated.Thank you!!!

Naheel, runs what I would describe a very professional operation. When you come to the office, you’re in and out. Not rushed but your appointment is very important to Naheel. One day the office was crowded, I understand sometimes things happen, the office was full of patients because there was an emergency, so appointments were backed up. Naheel personally apologized and with each patient he provided an update every 10-15 minutes. I was about an hour behind, but Naheel updated me and I was very impressed. Dr. Elakil and his staff provided ACDF Surgery on me, and again very professional and personal with me. I was pessimistic about the procedure, but Dr. Elakil, showed me (MRI) how serious my neck/spine was, and after showing and explaining to me what was going on, I left optimistic. Naheel, is truly a professional and the way he runs the office is Very Professional!

Going to Mercy was by far the worst hospital experience I have ever had. I arrived at the ER around 12:55AM after passing out and getting a large head wound as well as other abrasions on my leg and I proceeded to wait hours semi-conscious without any care from the nurses or doctor, resulting in my wounds being unattended to entirely. They refused to dismiss me from the hospital despite not accommodating to my injuries at all, which led to my departure from the ER at around 4:00AM. The most the nurses did was give me an IV and ct scans but otherwise I was in immense pain the entire time and could have suffered very serious medical complications if my concussion were worse. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this hospital at all costs, considering that UIC hospital and Rush are within the same vicinity and would definitely do a better job at attentiveness compared to Mercy.

My sister and I had to take my mom to the ER. Initially we weren’t that impressed with the ER room but my mom was given the best care while we visited. They offered an interpreter for my mom to assist with the language barrier. I hope the new hospital will maintain the same quality of care as Mercy. I’m grateful to have this community hospital nearby.

This review is for the wound care team! I had an accident at end of summer that resulted in an ER visit, stitches, two visits with Ortho team and two visits with wound care team. The wound care team here has the best energy! They have such positive energy. Are so helpful. I feel so welcomed and they never made me feel an inkling of shame, annoyance etc. shouts to that team! On 1/25/2023 I went into the E.R. My ONLY complaint is “I was physically assaulted” by the Black male that does the EKG testing and labs related to my reasoning for being in the E.R. Before a doctor, nurse, or anyone else perform a procedure on you they tell you what they are about to do. This man was suppose to be taking labs through a vein in my left hand. He stuck me without success. With hesitation I agreed to letting stick me in my right hand. I was so afraid that I closed my eyes thinking he was about to poke my right hand. Without informing me or I giving him consent this son of a night worker stuck me in a main artery in my wrist!! I felt so violated and disrespected!! I cried like a baby because I felt so violated. This person should not be working with patients in any capacity. After discussing the procedure he was about to perform and where he would be performing the procedure he did THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. Where is this kind of practice acceptable? I PRAY someone in the HR Department review my comment and contact me. The man that physically assaulted me at least needs to be re-trained on patient bedside manner’s and following through with the procedure he informs the patient for which he is about to perform. I felt SO ignored, SO violated, SO disrespected. So much so that I almost defended myself. BUT, had I reacted with aggression I more than likely would have been in a world of trouble. Therefore this man’s actions should not be acceptable. Other than this HORRIBLE experience, my visit to the new Insight Chicago Hospital was personable, professional. The rest of the staff were very professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you to the doctor, nurses, and other staff members for your service.

My visit here today was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Ms Pearl at the front desk, who greeted me with warmth that reminded me of my grandmother of whom I miss dearly, until I walked out. Ms. Pearl directed me to Central Registration where I was registered in by Denise Martinez who was very pleasant and very kind. She, along with Chandra Gibson helped and both went above and beyond to inform me that I had a secondary insurance which I was unaware of(thanks ladies). Ms Denise Martinez directed me to the surgery clinic where my appointment was and I was greeted with a smile. My nurse, Ricky was also kind, warm and very patient. My wait for the doctor after Ricky took my vitals was less than 5 minutes, not long at all. Dr Ahmad Elakil’s bedside manner was the best. He was very attentive and very detailed about the next steps concerning my health and his positive energy engulfed the room. Last but certainly not least, Lori checked me out and she also greeted me with warmth and kindness. She scheduled my next visits for me and made sure everything was correct in the system before I walked out the door. Overall, my experience with this hospital has so far been positive. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Everyone’s opinion is different based on their experience and this is mine.

I have been in physical therapy at Insight Hospital for the last 7 weeks; recovering from spinal fusion surgery. My PT therapist Mary has made my experience awesome and amazing. When I arrived I was in a wheelchair, unable to stand and in tremendous pain. My goal was to turnaround and go home and give up! It seemed too much for me to conceive that I could meet the demands of PT- it hurt too much and was intimidating. However, Mary was instrumental in changing my entire outlook with patience, understanding and knowledge of her craft. Immediately she became my biggest advocate as she encouraged me to think outside of the pain and circumstance, as well as ways to push through it. Mary designed a plan for me to be successful and helped me to realize I could do the exercises and get better. Also, helping me to realize that truly I am stronger than I think. Today, I am walking with minimal aid and optimistic about my outcome in recovery. The physical therapy department is very clean and organized with the appropriate equipment for sessions. Mary has a very structured program that she specifically designs per individual. I highly recommend Insight Hospital Therapy department for your rehabilitation and well being. My overall experience from entering the building to exiting; was always warm, friendly and safe.

My niece came to this Hospital by Ambulance and taken into a room waiting to be seen for more than four hours without anyone coming in to see her. She was able to walk out without anyone noticing. The nurses were very rude and ignorant. They’re very unprofessional and should not have a position as a health care provider because they have no clue how to care for a patient, where’s the compassion and empathy? I vote to close the Hospital, it serves no purpose!

Ever since this hospital has changed the quality has went down tremendously with the doctors. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid so I try giving the benefit of the doubt after their first mess up from violating my hippa rights by Saying my personal business with the doors wide open while other staff was sitting in front of my room. I pointed that out to the doctor and he was very apologetic but he was very condescending and also very rude and ignorant the entire time. I’m assuming it’s because of my race and the reason why I was there. But I am sure that he gets paid enough to be professional which he was not at all that day. Now yesterday I went into the hospital to seek treatment for a stomach virus that I have had for almost 3 weeks after waiting about 4 to 5 hours and getting a CT scan the doctor comes back in my room and tells me that basically that I am thinking in my way into being sick and that sometimes when people think they are sick it causes other things to happen. This was so rude I am an adult I need to go to work I have a life why would I want to think that I am sick I am there for treatment not to be told what I think that I am doing. He then proceeded to tell me a bunch of stories about what could have been wrong with me and I continue to ask him so after five hours you do not have a diagnosis for me and he told me no and that I should be happy that I am healthy but really I’m not happy with the services that I received . This is the second time that I have been here in less than four months and I have had a bad experience I feel that the doctors that work here are getting paid good enough to be professional and to give better service there is absolutely no excuse. DO BETTER

Thanks to Falcon and Valerie got me in and out the emergency room quickly today. I never have a problem when visiting Insight always a quick process. This have always been my go to hospital and yes I tell EVERYONE to go here. Valerie had excellent bed side service we both laughed when I was asked to take a urine sample to see if I was pregnant. I am still in my child bearing years but not being a grandma of three.

Rude ER staff gaslit me into going to the mental facility against my will. I was the only normal person in there and it was terrifying. Some of the staff were pretty nice in the mental hospital but the food was terrible and the rooms were like jail cells. I only ate graham crackers and peanut butter to survive because it was literally jail food(except for when the staff bought us food). I was with one of the other comments on here (Lopez). Her daughter was insane and they cut the calls because other people were trying to talk to their family. She took 55 minutes and I had only a few minutes to talk to my mom. She also snuck alcohol in and tried to give it to me. She would wake up in the middle of the night and start screaming and hitting the staff so they had a right to give her extra meds. The 30y/o black staff member she was talking about was AWESOME. Him and another young black lady who worked there were the only people who kept me from losing my mind staying there. Orlando was also pretty cool. He bought us food almost every day for dinner just because… The Lopez girl also claimed she was pregnant (the tests were negative) and said she would kill everyone in there. She was weird and scary and I did not feel safe sleeping a room away from her. Anyways… The entire hospital is dirty. I had to go to the ER for another incident a few months later and hoped my experience would be better but it wasn’t. It took hours just to get seen by a doctor. After I saw them they made me take 12 pills at once because it was “more convenient for them and me” and they gave me a shot on top of that. They knew I took other meds because I had been there prior to that visit… it was in their system but they didn’t realize the 3 types of meds couldn’t be mixed that they gave me. I threw up everywhere outside of my house and I couldn’t even walk up the stairs. I would’ve went back but I didn’t want to deal with this dirty hospital any longer. It’s sad that the people of Chicago have to deal with such unsanitary and uneducated healthcare. Please do better!

This hospital is horrible and not considerate of people’s time. They will provide you with a time to be there for your appointment. You get there, then you are waiting 20-30 minutes to be seen by your physician. They’ve re-scheduled a few of my appointments without telling me and I would show up. I will never come back to this hospital for anything. This hospital is very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Insight Hospital from start to finish, , RN's quality service. The staff is very service oriented and attentive to your needs. I visited the emergency room and was cared for by Valerie, APN, Sherelle & Megan RN's who showed genuine interest in caring for my needs and health care. This visit gave me a greater appreciation for these dedicated much needed essential workers.

I was here in Chicago on business and became ill. I was taken to Insight Hospital & Medical Center because it was the closest location to McCormick Place where I was attending an event. From the moment I entered the ED at Insight, the medical staff was attentive and gave me great care, with multiple tests to evaluate my condition of the course of my 3-day stay in the hospital. The ED staff, and radiology techs were great. The medical records department has also been very helpful as I will now need to do follow-up care in my home town of Boston. Falling ill is bad enough, but when you are traveling out of town, it is very scary. I am grateful to the very thorough testing and care I received at Insight Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. - Kathleen O'Reilly Larmand

The visits were very helpful, Dr Elakil and Jessica are A+. The staff is always ready to help and on point. They have really been key in getting my father back on track. May God bless them and continue to give them the strength to help those that in need. The Turner Family

This is my first time coming here and getting a mammogram. I was nervous for my appointment, but I felt calm instantly. The front desk assistant, registration staff, nurses and doctors make sure that I felt comfortable. I love that they are patient, energetic and can make you smile, laughter is the best medicine. Adriana Sanchez performed my mammogram and she was very kind and attentive; she really made sure to help me understand how the exam was going to be done and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible during the exam. I am really grateful for that. Carina did my breast ultrasound and she also made sure to be as gentle as possible. I really appreciate it. Dr. Maria DeVries, explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was kind and took her time to check my breast ultrasound. I am thankful for that. I never felt rushed, and everyone did their job professionally and kindly. I am glad my insurances accepts this hospital.

A male Hispanic or white nurse weighs about 280 and wears black glasses. Told me that he was taking me to a room where people usually don’t make it out alive. They refused to give me the nurse name. Also, someone lied about being head nurse. She refused to give me her name as well. They work night shift. The staff here is horrible!

Been here for a while, took a while for even triage. Staff is rude and mean! Security is asleep at the door! Bad choice and I’m still waiting in pain. Could’ve stayed home and sat up and waited for urgent care to open! Close it!!!!!!!

Just need an MRI and location is convenient. I show up at the appointment time and date was promptly told they have no record of me. I login, show her the confirmation and she asks who I spoke to. That’s relevant why? Lol, I have no idea her name, but here’s the confirmation in writing. Kicker, she said the MRI machine is down. Thanks for wasting my morning!

The worst hospital ever. I went to ER for reaction to a drug, they just had me in the hospital for few hours did X-Rays, Blood tests, covid tests and let me go. Sent a bill for $1700 without processing through insurance. When I asked to process it through insurance, they said they'll do that and reach back but without contacting me ever, sent the bill to collections. When I called them to ask if the bill was sent to MediCredit collection agency just to make sure I dont fall for a scam, they said someone will need to verify that and callback within 24-48 hrs. No calls after a week still. I call the collection agency now and they say the hospital took the bill back from them. I call the hospital again to check what the heck is going on and all they say is someone will call back within 24-48hrs, AGAIN. No way to escalate/talk to a supervisor/find an answer. No return calls as they promise. It feels helpless and I have no idea when they will report the bill to collections again without ever contacting me. The absolute worst nightmare of a facility calling itself a hospital.

I had such a great experience with my friend from this hospital. Dr. Elakil was such a superb physician, he was able to provide a 10 star experience. The staff also was so welcoming to us. We spoke to Kaleeb, and he ensured that there were no barriers in our care!

Valerie and Jenn were very helpful with my walk-in. They even have me regress for other symptoms I had going on though I wasn’t there for those symptoms, but that was the best part about my visit. They were very caring and very attentive with me. Definitely a recommend if your not feeling too good.

👍👍 I’m actually flabbergasted at how incredible of an experience this was for me. This is the absolute first time I had a covid test of any kind. So I was already apprehensive as I was going in.
