I have been a patient since the begining if time. I've been with my PCP for more than 16 yrs. I trust her and the staff are like family.I don't and I wont put my health care in anyone elses hand.

Great facility. In & out relatively quick, considering how busy they are. My doctor, Dr. Lillian Ng, is very thorough and she doesn't rush me; spends a decent amount of time with me. Phone service could be better. I've left messages and they don't return my calls.

It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment at this doctor's office. The number is not directly to their office, its an answering service. All but one of the people who have answered have been rude and condescending.

Never returning here again. 2-3hour wait times are terrible. Staff was nice but it’s not worth this type of wait. Only gave 2 star because I had too 😒

Very poor service I had prescription wrote for me on Monday. I went to pick-up and it was not there. It's now Thursday evening and no prescription. I talked to a nurse twice now I've return to the clinic Friday morning.

Very Unprofessional Clinic! Ridiculous wait times I arrived at 1:30pm, I was there until 4:45pm before I decided to get up and walk out, I will never return to this clinic again! No communication about the estimated time or anything then you look around and see people talking but not servicing the patients. DON’T WASTE your time or energy!

I've been going for 5 years....shout out to my doctor Matlock. Never had any problems. One things for sure...they will take total care of u.

This place does not honor appointment times!!!! Try to make your appointment first thing in the morning if you want to get in and get out! 11:00 o'clock appointment time and it is 1:25pm and still has not been seen! That is not good customer service!

Appointment at 1230 not seen till well after 2pm never will come here again

My Dr. is fantastic. but, You get served by appointment date, not by appointment time. Customer service is poor.

My husband and I have had wonderful, no excellent service here so far!! They have also helped us to get Care link so we don’t have to pay for anything but our co pay for our medicine! This clinic have been a Godsend!! Thank you so very much!!
