I have an issue when l do not have any access whatsoever to my doctor through the phone. When l try to reach her, it’s either her assistant who gives very general advice and is not fully aware of my details or l get the “I can take a message and she’ll get back with you.” I understand I’m not her only patient and l also understand she doesn’t always have time to answer the phone. However, me not having access to my doctor besides through a face-to-face appointment does not foster a healthy, trusting doctor-patient relationship. I shouldn’t have to wonder what’s going on in between the time of my appointment because l don’t have access to my doctor. So I will be looking for care elsewhere.

Very unorganized

I recently last year starting coming to St. Bernard’s because my doctor.. Dr.Bradshaw moved here she is Awesome! I did find a issue at first with scheduling but it has been resolved. I hv. No complaints to date!

Unprofessional over scheduling waiting over an hr just to get vitals they need to be reported

I’ve been coming here for a while and Dr. Peppers is amazing, there’s a reason for me only giving them 3 instead of 5 stars. The assistants at the front deck (I’m assuming the medical assistants) are terrible they never answer the phones and when they do you’ll think you called Rasheeds house and not a place of business. The only way you could get in contact with your doctor if you have their personal number or you just pop up there. You can not even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I work so it’s hard taking off just to go all the way down to 63 to ask a simple question that could have been answered over the phone.

Just the worst

I went there for a stomach problem I sat in and office for about an hour and half no came to see what the problem was I just got tired and left I think if you are sick this is not the clinic to go to if it wasn't for my insurance having me to go there I wouldn't even bother
