I am only giving the Imaging Department a one star because of the extremely rude and combative front desk receptionist. I walked in wearing a mask as is protocol, but she basically screamed at me for not pulling it up a millimeter to the bridge of my nose. She was extremely rude, loud, and combative. There was absolutely no reason for this horrid treatment, I explained that I have seasonal allergies and occasionally had to put my mask a bit lower than the bridge of my nose to breathe. She was unsympathetic and insistent to the point of almost denying me treatment altogether. I went in there for a mammogram. She deserves disciplinary action as this was extremely uncalled for and unprofessional!! If I had behaved in this fashion at my job I'd be fired! The imaging technician was extremely nice and very professional. It's a shame to immediately be met with hostility and unprofessionalism the minute I walked in the door, she taints the reputation of this facility to the point I don't even want to go back again. Completely unacceptable!

Went here today with my 2 daughters at about 12. At 2 I asked if I can get confirmation that we will be seen and done by 320 so that I can pick my son up on time. They told me there was no guarantee. As much as I understand policy, this was ridiculous. I clearly had 2 sick children with me. I did not complain about the wait. I literally sat there for 2 hours to be told that I could come back but be put back to the end of the line. I found another clinic who is able to get me in right away after I get my son. They really need to move to appointments or should stray away from their strict policies. Everyone waited a really long time. Do not go here. They do not care.

Should of known not to go to this urgent care on a Sunday for my son. Not the normal doctor on staff & this old as dirt woman doctor Paulene. She didn’t listen to anything that was wrong with my son. 10 days sick & said it’s viral. Sure lady, just have to wait for it to turn into bronchitis. Over a hour wait for her to waste my time & money. Awful, never again will I go back to that place. I will never recommend that urgent care to anyone unless they just want to waste there day & still have sick child. Thanks for nothing

Came in with sore throat, sinus pressure, congestion, breathing difficulties, and coughing. Nurse practitioner said my throat was red with patches, and that shes gonna test me for strep. Came back negative, then she said I gave her too many symptoms, told me outright I was making it up, but then said that its all from vaping. Wouldn’t even prescribe me an inhaler. I said “im having difficulty breathing can you at least prescribe me an inhaler.” She said and i QUOTE “no you’re not”.

I’m not one to usually review places but I chose to come here last minute because I was staying in the area and needed a Saturday appointment! Every single one of the staff members who helped me were extremely helpful and friendly. And even better, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough in the information he gave me. I felt comfortable here and that’s something that I can’t say about just any typical urgent care. I’m extremely satisfied with my services and will be coming back if I need future medical treatment. (Dr. Miller was my doctor by the way)

Unfortunately my family has had to come here twice in the last week and everyone’s been great! Anna the nurse practitioner has been the provider we saw both times and she’s great! Very kind and listens.

I rushed in with my 3yr old with a full bladder and UTI symptoms. The front desk checked us in Fast and sent us right back for a sample and then finished the check in process. They were able to see us quickly. Everyone we encountered were friendly.

Dr. Rahman is amazing! But the receptionists are always rude and unhelpful. If I call for a fax or appointment for my child, they always give me a hard time to the point I switched doctors for myself. Kept my son going there though cuz doctors and nurses are amazing.

Every single person I met there today was amazing ! I was not feeling well, and to see smiling faces made me feel a lot better! People don’t understand having a bright and positive Attitude goes a long way!

I am rating this 3 stars for physical therapy but 5 for Belinda, an absolutely outstanding physical therapist. She is so good at recognizing detail and finally figured out what seems to be the cause for most of my leg problems just by watching me walk as I leaving. I was there three times and just rhe simple watch of my walk allowed the her to recognizie that my walk was wrong in that I step with my toes, not my heels. She is absolutely amazing and does such a phenomenal job for her patients .

I don’t see how this hospital has 3 1/2 stars. I’ve been twice what a mistake! A foolish one, I will never ever go to this facility ever they really need to revamp or close down. Their pointless with the service that is offered horrible! Someone needs to look into the customer service that is being given by management! You can’t even trust management to do their job lack of honesty and care!

Everyone has always been very kind and helpful. Our six year old daughter tends to catch every bug possible from her school and this location is always extremely sweet to her and very helpful.

I’ve been to this location multiple times- both for myself and my kids. The staff is so kind, patient, thoughtful and through. Even when they have long wait times, they are extremely hard working and kind.

In and out in two hours. People are nice. Doctor had diagnoses and explained meds and care plan

Dr. Rahman needs to work for a different company!! He is an AMAZING Dr but his receptionists all need fired!! They are extremely rude and unhelpful!! Not to mention you can never get in to see YOUR Dr. (I feel they do it on purpose) I know if I was able to reach out to him personally he would make the time to see my daughter!! I scheduled with someone else last min this morning and let them know it takes about 45 mins (Dr Rahman is such an amazing Dr. That we followed him to this campus when they forced him to come here) to get there and she said it was fine they could squeeze my daughter in with someone else. Now normally it would take 45 mins to get there but it was raining this morning so traffic was slower. We were 5 mins late and they refused to see us!! Told us to go to immediate care. Which if I would have known from the conversation I had with them before I left my house I would have just taken her to a closer immediate care facility!!! As much as we love Dr. Rahman and he has been there since day one for my daughter it’s time to find a different Dr.! Now we have been sitting in immediate care for an HOUR waiting to be seen!! Pretty sure the receptionists are communicating with each other and purposely making us wait because this mama has voiced her issues and asked if there we other peds dr. They could recommend that weren’t in this building. RIDICULOUS!! DO BETTER RIDGE ROAD CAMPUS!!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!

Go in cause I could hardly breathe, they wouldn't give me the time of day and just sent me away. Cause I didn't have the right insurance.
