The STI CLINIC IS GREAT for testing (free) but the doctor I went in to see regarding a pink eye infection, she basically didn’t properly examine my eye, she ignored my symptoms, I explained to her the Severity of my issues and yet she Prescribed me over the counter red reducing eye drops which makes my situation worst. I demanded to see another doctor and I was sent home with nothing to help get rid of this horrible pink eye, which also spread to my throat… I wasted so much time today….don’t visit this place!!!!!!

one of the doctors was extremely rude and unprofessional, she seemed very offended that she had to be there and do her job. i told some of the other nurses and they seemed a lot nicer but i haven’t been back since.

Incredible visit to the specialist!!! The ENTIRE staff were amazingly expert and very mindful the whole time I was there. Likewise on account of the COVID-19 there is sure things that are being done to secure us and them. This being said, I was stunned and extremely satisfied with how ready and on-point the entire office was. I was exceptionally cheerful going there and I'm anticipating going one month from now!!! Haha

I come here every year to get tested. The nurses are so nice, the doctors make sure you get the best treatment and the people who are their to support you and help out ask questions and help you out a lot, everyone here makes sure that your are aware of the transmitted diseases and the treatments for some, because it's better to know.

They are super slow, no one answers the phone, it feels like no one knows what they are doing. They make you wait forever for something super simple.

We visited here for the first time today and, having received healthcare both domestically and internationally, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! After checking other places that were either unavailable or wanted to charge $500+ per person (which we can't afford by a long shot), I was directed here and I'm so grateful! We were able to get the care and testing we needed at no cost to us. Aside from affordability, every staff member we made contact with— security, administration, nurses, PAs, phlebotomist, maintenance, everyone— was so friendly and helpful to us. They made the process completely painless and I'm just blown away. The facility was very clean and well maintained, and they had their processes down. It was like boom, boom, boom with the flow of patients. We were walk-ins so there was some waiting involved (kinda like DMV style with numbers and everything) but for the care we received I was happy to wait. For two of us start to finish the process took about 2.5 hours. The parking lot is affordable as well. I know I already said it but I'm truly blown away by this facility and so grateful and relieved to have had this as an option. Thank you so much!

The reception desk 4 really needs to improve her communication skills. Without greeting, Her first word to a patient was a curt one: “yes!?” I said “I’m here for an appointment….” Not letting me finish, she jumped in and said “go to have a seat”. I had to tell her “I’m not finished yet”. She really needs some reception language training or/and an attitude change. The nurses and doctors and other staff members are great. Just the reception really needs some improvement. That’s the staff members patients first see. They can really ruin or brighten your day!

The doctor and people there need to get fire they very irresponsible they do not care about you health they just trying to get pay they alway canceling prescriptions, and always trying to put the blame on me, I been coming to this clinic for year and this always had happen, there is some people that needs to get fire they very disrespectful to me and they alway clowning around like if is a place socialize they always disrespectful and and don’t try to accept there mistake alway to to blame the patient

I have been going to Rothstein core center for a long time. Core center have always look out for your interest. They have food on Labor Day and Christmas that alot of people could come eat and enjoy theirself. On Labor Day Core Center gave out school supplies and they had areas where your kids could play. At the Core Center you come first

I went here for my care for years. It was nice having all my services including dental in one facility, but often times staff members such as the receptionist would be rude or insensitive.

The Core has excellent staff who helped me out and still helps me out during the hardest part of my life. If it was not for them I don’t know how I would have gotten through it all.

The nurses talk about the patients and release confidential information , it’s very unprofessional and unethical.

The very first time I went here it was an absolute disaster. A total horrible experience. However, as my visits increased, the experience began to get better and better. I recently visited for my testing, and it was wonderful. I had all the testing in one place and, as long as you ask the current person testing you to please be sure the *next person* about to test you is given your paperwork, your waiting is much, much lesser in time. In fact, each time I asked, "Please be sure the next person knows I'm here, etc..." , the waiting time was five minutes or less. The experience is increasingly getting better and better. Thank you, CORE, for all you do.

I used to come here to get routine STD tests but they reduced the hours! They could at least update the website or something.

My experience is not to bad! Some groups I will not attend! I feel like they need to get someone else to do rev! Stan group the one took over absolutely not good at all! And he definitely not fare!! I feel he is looking out for his own personal gain! Will never attend his group at all! Now on the other hand! I learn how to respect the staff! They are human to! They have bad days too!

Great visit to the doctor!!! The ENTIRE staff were extremely professional and super attentive the entire time I was there. Also because of the COVID-19 there is certain things that are being done to protect us and them. This being said, I was shocked and very pleased with how prepared and on-point the whole facility was. I was very happy going there and I'm looking forward to going next month!!! Lol 😆

Great place to go to for help!

Not really a good hospital when you have to get medical release papers. I left messages two times, and still, not even a respectful call back. The psychiatry department is really bad when it comes to distributing needed medication risking patients two weeks without medicine before they can’t get medication. I encountered rude staff on two different occasions. One rude African (from Africa obliviously) nurse had the worse attitude in regards of asking her information about the Monkeypox Vaccine - she didn’t know any of the information I was asking her. ⭐️⭐️/5!

Ok so I have been coming to this clinic for a couple of years but lately the for some reason the service has been going down, doctors, nurses are great but the extra staff that is supposed to be coordinating are just bodys walking down the aisle as if this is a fashion show. My friend whom I was just there for support and doesn’t speak English was waiting for more than two hours and no one called him in if it wasn’t for me that I asked when was he going to be help. There’s obviously poor communication among the staff. I hope that things get better it’s a great place otherwise.
