This place has awesome doctors waiting to help you and inform you with the most knowledge that they can to their best abilities. Would've given 5 stars if I didn't receive horrible service at the front desk! Walked in and could tell that the receptionist was not in the right spirit to be working! She had the nastiest attitude! No 'you're welcome' to my many thank you's, questioned my payment method and scheduled me an appointment... for a walk-in clinic? This lady was absolutely rude with no plausible cause. She should request shorter shifts. Warning: If you choose this location and see a name tag with the name 'Anna'... abort! She will bring your mood down along with hers!

If I could give them a zero I would! I rarely write reviews but I had to be certain to write one about this place. I've been there 4 times because my doctor passed away and I have been unable to find anyone comparable. They are usually nurse practitioners which I have no problem with. The first two times there I had a great experience with Amanda Perot. She was thorough, took the time to show concern, and made sure to answer all of my questions. However the last two visits I had different APN's. Jennifer Thurmond and Patricia Oie have no real interest in being helpful nor do they care about the people who come in the facility. In fact Thurmond referred to me as a "that". Both times I was there and saw these nurses, all they did was ask a few questions, wrote a prescription and sent me on way. Never will I or anyone in my family step foot in this place again.

The service of the front desk was not good I asked for school and sports physical and she says that they won't charge my insurance and will be $60 out of packet because they are not the primary doctor, just to make sure I asked if the $60 dollar charge was for both exams the school and sports, the lady said yes, but they give me only paperwork of the sports physical because I only paid for one. Very unsatisfied with the service and disappointed for the miss lead information of Maria the front desk lady after asking for all the insurance information and not taking my insurance.

I was really impressed with the level of service received here. The receptionist and nurse practitioner were very helpful and compassionate towards my three kids (2 of which were nervous about shots) They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and every question was answered. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctors office in the last 10 years!

I went there because I had cough. Just because I did not have insurance I paid 140$ for visit. They saw me for 3min and only did Covid test . I asked if it’s extra charges for it and they said it’s included. 2 weeks after I received bill for another 217$ I called them and nobody can answer what’s that bill for . 357$ it’s a little bit too much for 3 min visit and Covid test . Customer service is terrible. I would not recommend for people with no insurance.

I called 5 min before heading into this convenient care and asked if I needed an appt and the receptionist said no just come in. I came in just for her tell me that they are no longer taking patients. It was 6pm and they close at 7:30?!!! Very disappointing.

This is the second time we came to this facility and both the time we were seen by Nurse Practitioner Terra, she listened to us very patiently and was very thorough and courteous. 5 stars for her. Way to go Terra!!!

If you feel horrible and want nothing done and want to waste some time, be sure to ask for Tara and all your expectations will be met. Have to fight to get my wife to go then they say ‘you are fine’. SUPER frustrating…and has happened 3 times over the past few years.

Best experience with the staff and the doctor Terra. All were so polite and nice with us and our little one. Recommend!

Been here a few times and the staff has always been quick and friendly. Even during busy hours, they seem to get us in and out without feeling like we were rushed out. Good care!

Arrived at 4:30 p.m with my 4 year old and was turned away because they close at 5:00 p.m. Not very urgent of them. Desk woman was very rude about it also and said it would be an hour wait and they could not accommodate us.

I was told by my primary doctor to go to the er immediately due to high blood pressure when I want for a routine checkup. I was quickly checked in but proceeded to remain unseen by a Dr after 6 hrs in the lobby. People around me have been here since 9 A.m. and it is now almost 6pm.

Front desk lady very rude and seems like shes very irritated when you ask for simple things… Just went back to get a school note and she her looks and facial expressions were just nasty! Everything else is great, the speed of service and docs.

Incompetence. They can’t even get the correct pharmacy after you tell them the pharmacy. Leaves little confidence in their services overall. Very disappointed. Oh and misdiagnosed.

I went there for my cough doctor is so friendly. She immediately predicted I'm suffering with synus and gave medicine and within 1 day my cough gone..I definitely recommend this place...yes the receptionist is bit rude she should change her way of talking
