I went there having problems with my chest, the first nurse I saw made me feel like I was the dumbest person for coming into the ER at 11 at night. All because my heart was beating irregularly painfully and there was a pain in my left arm with shortness of breath from this happening. How bad is it when you want to up and leave the ER and would rather go home and die than deal with someone there. I've never dealt with such a rude nurse in my life how she manages to help people and not kill them is beyond me you don't talk to people that way you don't rag on their families. Other than her my experience was nice with everybody else my wait time wasn't that long I was in and out within an hour but because of this one nurse I would rather die than have to go there again.

Fantastic place to do outpatient rehab!!! I had hip surgery in November and had such an amazing time with all these ladies! From Nicole and Alicia at the front desk. Always so warm and welcoming. I did have 4 different therapist because of time of year and schedule I needed. Amber, Katie, Marayia and Kimma are awesome at what they do. I really never believed that I would feel this good after only 5 months post surgery or even ever for that matter. Kimma has taught me so much. Even on my last day showed me how to do extra stretching positions to help me with my job and to help strengthen my hip joint even more. I would recommend this place to everyone!! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!! They deserve it!! Thanks so much Ladies!!!

I went here as I was having back problems and therapy was suggested by doctor. Was evaluated by Carlos who recommended traction. 1st visit had female therapist who just had me do exercises for entire visit. Had same therapist for 4 visits and had traction and exercise in visits 2-5. seemed to help some but then was switched to Peter who felt traction was incorrect and went back to simply exercise. Would start me on bike, total gym, or stretching and disappear for 10 minutes. When I suggested that I needed a little more hands on therapy he suggested we stop therapy. Ended up having back surgery and need PT but it will not be here.

I have a son that is special needs..so I end up coming here a few times. I never ever had a bad experience except 1 time with a nasty female nurse. But I filed a complaint and it was a few years ago. Thats the ONLY time I ever had a prob. Rarely do we need to wait.

I had a great experience with them. I found everyone very friendly. Amber was really great and helped me with my back. I must say, arthritis in your back sucks, but some of the exercises she had me do we’re very helpful!

My father Vern, is a recovering stroke victim. He has been provided therapy through this out patient facility at Porter Health for 6 months now and made great strides. The staff and doctors at Porter Health Outpatient Rehab are top notch professionals who go the extra mile to make therapy fun. Their scheduling department works overtime to provide the best possible time slots available to fit each patients’ needs. I commend them for their hard work and professionalism.

My father-in-law started therapy in January of 2022, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy at the Cumberland Crossing location. He had a stroke 2 years ago and is in a wheelchair and we moved him down here to live with us. His improvement has been incredible. We will continue all three of his therapies as long as he still shows improvement. The staff here is friendly, conscientious and very accommodating. My father-in-law is very picky about who he works with and he loves all three of his therapists. Highly, highly recommend these guys they are fantastic.

IF YOU NEED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I had a very painful wrist & hand injury, & from the get go, everything was difficult. Matt was the first healthcare professional I interacted with who actually listened, cared, & went above & beyond to help me out. That man has found his calling in life! As someone who's met multiple OT's, Matt is one of a kind in delivering exceptional care! Also, both of the ladies working the front desk were phenomenal! Alicia was excellent in answering all my questions, & Nicole always greeted me w/ a smile! The atmosphere & environment was so pleasant, & I genuine enjoy every session. Even the therapists not treating me, still say hello, or ask if I need anything. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else for exceptional, quality, one-on-one rehab!

Excellent staff & service. Nicole will schedule patiently & timely. Peter or Amber will Definitely help you strengthen & return you to "normal" or better/best. My Favorite Place.
