The staff are all very friendly, but there is no sense of schedule here. I've used this office for about 7 doctor's appointments now and the wait after the scheduled appointment time just keeps climbing. In my most recent visit, I had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM. When I hadn't seen the doctor yet at 10 AM, I simply walked out. I won't be back, which is a shame because the location and attached facilities (such as the physical therapy office) are very convenient. The quality of care is good, but not so amazing that I would continue to deal with the scheduling issues.

Came here to see Dr. Birmingham, who is very nice, patient, and willing to answer all questions. His care team is also quick to answer via the patient portal. However, administratively, they are behind - which is concerning because you would think a center that has done a lot of these surgeries should be well-versed in the protocol. They had sent me a packet of information before my surgery; because I was in the middle of moving, there was some complication with my mailbox causing it to be sent back. They asked me to go pick up the packet at the office; however, when I went to pick it up they could not find it. I then asked them if they could re-mail the packet after my mailbox had been set up. Sheena Lewis proceeded to tell me it would take 10-15 business days despite my address being in the same city as the office. She then proceeded to LECTURE me about how I need to take initiative and responsibility for my own care by going to pick up the packet, which I had CLEARLY DONE the day before. Rather than being apologetic for the Institute's incompetency that has caused me so much difficulty, she talked down to me as if I was a child being ridiculous to ask them to re-mail it. She was extremely rude and condescending. I am very unhappy with this experience. The doctors are good but the supporting staff is ridiculously rude and incompetent.

My experiences here gave me a very poor perception of healthcare. I came here seeking professional medical guidance following a setback in rehab following a surgery earlier this year, for a labrum repair. It took several 5 minute visits to Dr. Jaworski for her to finally prescribe an MRI. Prior to which she basically advised me to ignore the pain I was feeling and continue with the standard physical therapy, program which was yielding no progress. She even told me to do my normal upper body fitness routine at varying % of strengths when I could even do a push up without causing pain. Following the MRI and based on Dr. Jaworskiโ€™s guidance, I saw a surgeon named Dr. Mark Bowen (5 minute visit) who advised that I just stretch (which he advised could take up to 5 months! Iโ€™ve had the surgery 7 months ago at this point) until I got my range of motion back, prior to resuming the strengthening. I followed Dr. Bowenโ€™s advice for a month skeptically before realizing that if Iโ€™m going to feel the same pain, I might as well do a little strengthening. I decide to focus on the rear part of the shoulder where my acupuncturist (not either doctor who saw the MRI) said I had weakness. I almost immediately saw the results I was looking for.

Between my better half and I we have had 9 medical procedures with different specialists in this training. We are excited with the consideration and are cheerful this great gathering of specialists have given us the endowment of effortless portability for the remainder of our lives. We have alluded a few companions and they are similarly pleased with their whole experience. Booking is a breeze and the care staff is very accomodating.

Dr. Mirkovic is wonderful, but Northshore is terrible. Do not use them. They will cancel on you the day before your appointment after being on the calendar for weeks because of poor communication on their end. They then would not reaccomodate and reschedule for weeks. Their Patient Manager was of no help, going radio silent after an email to check in. They are such a disappointment and waste of time.

Very thankful for Dr Birmingham for diagnosing and taking care of a missed fracture from my sons original ER visit at a different hospital. We live out of town and had to get a courier to pick up our images and get them to where they needed to go. I WANT TO GIVE A HUGE THANK YOU to a handful of employees that answered my calls today and helped me get it all set upโ€ฆTHANK YOU Trina, Lawrence & Fritz who were the ones who were willing to give the extra help and to Valerie in X-rayโ€ฆyou all are much appreciated!

This is an exploitative, criminal office that (1) filed my insurance claim under the wrong code, resulting in a $511 bill for an x-ray I did not need whatsoever (and that they didn't tell me would be charged separately), and then refused to change the code. And (2), they used the other x-ray to insist I proceed with a serious back surgery, a diagnosis multiple other doctors strongly disagreed with. I filed many complaints with this office to at least clear the bill and I was not heard. They claimed I signed a waiver allowing it, but I could not book an appointment online without signing the waiver first. They should not be allowed to continue practicing medicine, which was really just an exercise in exploiting me as a patient.

Between my husband and I we have had 9 surgeries with various doctors in this practice. We are thrilled with the care and are happy this superb group of doctors have given us the gift of painless mobility for the rest of our lives. We have referred several friends and they are equally delighted with their entire experience. Scheduling is a breeze and the support staff is very accomodating.

This facility is nearby and in a beautiful building. But I found the entire staff, from lobby security to patient care, to be extremely cold and dismissive. It seems they all hated their jobs. It did not leave one with a good feeling.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Iโ€™m actually flabbergasted at how incredible of an experience this was for me. This is the absolute first time I had a covid test of any kind. So I was already apprehensive as I was going in. I didnโ€™t know what to expect. Then, to find that it was self administered. I got slightly more anxious. That...
