    Before coming, I read many bad comments, I was upset. But it turns out to be good. My appointment is at 10 so I arrive at 9:40 or so. The receptionist she is friendly. And doctor assistant is polite and she kept walking fast, I could see she was trying to be effective and get everyone taken care of. Doctor Schmidt is friendly too. All staffs work nonstop. And they see thousands of patients, that s so stressful, just keep in mind if people sometime make you feel bad, not because they don’t like you or mean to hurt your feelings, but there will a time for all of us get overwhelmed by working stress and life stress and need a good rest to find back internal equilibrium.

    Horrible service! My husband seen Dr. Virginia Schmidt l. She rushed through the whole appointment, kept saying she was running behind, came in the room and informed him of the issues going on with her previous patient. Very unprofessional. Also, wouldn’t listen to his concerns, questions, or complaints. Overall his experience was the worst he’s ever had.

    The receptionist at the front desk are rude and not very helpful. They treat you like you are stupid and get angry when you don't know information that they didn't explain to you in the first place. I don't feel very welcomed when we come here.

    Unbelievable waiting time to get to talk to a representative. I just simply want to make an appointment. They have this strange call center thing which means you have to talk to a person who works in the call center separately operated by the clinic. So the call center people have no clue of the clinic at all. They just answer calls and transfer calls to the clinic and wait for them to call the patient. It’s just too inconvenient for patients.

    DO NOT GO HERE!! The front desk is beyond unprofessional & helpless. THEY called me telling me i was due for a checkup visit and get refill pills for my blood pressure & i made an appointment because i had the flu and they said it was fine, only to get there & be told my appointment that they called me to make was canceled! Why didn’t they call me? than they scheduled me to another clinic a diff day white a diff dr i e never seen (Orozco clinic) & when i get there they don’t wana see me because i have the flu when they knew from the very begining i was sick! & i’ve been out my blood pressure pills for a month now. F This place & their inefficient front desk!! I Transferred & my kids to a different clinic.

    Raina and Joanna were polite and clear on the phone, they had chairs set up outside to wait before it opened, and everyone was pleasant. These other reviews give me pause as we are in a pandemic and everyone needs to keep that in mind when they think the world revolves around them which just isn’t true. Everyone was pleasant and prompt.

    Can’t speak for anyone else, but I had a wonderful experience here 3 years ago. Sometimes the waiting times were a little long but I imagine it was due to it being busy, but that pales in comparison to the actual services. I always felt taken cared of. Any questions/concerns I had were always addressed. Looking forward to coming here again for baby #2, hopefully it will be another great experience.

    I always call to schedule an appointment for my son and Im placed on hold for 15 minutes and then they hang up on me. For the last 5 years I’ve been taking him here but I’m over it. They take too long to schedule appointments. My son could be dying and they’ll be like “okay next appointment is May 2023”. Both Morgan and western clinics are so unprofessional.

    I went to Alivio as an emergency which was the closed to me when I was on the bus. I went in and I told them that I felt dizzy but they told me if its an emergency that I should go to an hospital because they don't do walk in anymore. I understand the reason, but I was alone and had no car. Also, they told me to get a covid test when I already told them I already did and it came out negative. Plus showed my vaccination card. I know you can still get it but I would know if I got covid. And let me wait outside and called trough my phone to make an appointment. It was horrible, instead had to walk back home. Thanks for your work but didn't even try to help. They don't deserve a star.

    Worse place my family be at non professional from the front workers to the doctors, discriminated against my family. For being a place for low income families and immigrants how they treat people even when they pay and how they treat people with disabilities is uncalled for.

    Every time I try calling to make an appoinment they pick up the call then hang up. The front desk has no customer service skills! They never call you back even when you leave a massage. Worst service by far!!

    My experience to date has been absolutely great. The ladies at the reception desk have been absolutely wonderful. They are very resourceful and kind. Medical, dental and pharmacy staff have also been so kind. In my time waiting to be seen I notice everyone is treated kindly and with respect which is great. I hope those seeking assistance here also give all who they engage with the same kindness. Also, the clinic is very clean. The parking lot is well kept.

    Horrible customer service at the front desk. I don’t speak Spanish and they always send me text message in Spanish. They give me appointment card in Spanish. The phone service is Spanish priority. I hated it. Horrible and unprofessional doctor House Mellisa rescheduled my appointment a day before the appoint day which I made a week ago. And she ordered the scheduling department to reschedule me to a month later. Are you going to an vocation Dr. house??? You have a good one. I am switching my medical plan I will try to avoid this place.

    The doctors and assistants were very nice to me. But the service from the office staff is HORRIBLE. The woman behind the desks are rude, and unhelpful. They also never answer the phone so don't expect them too. This place would be a 5 star if the office workers actually worked.

    I have been trying to make an appointment for a while now and have not received any response. I have left voice mails and spoke to a social worker who told me she would put in a request for the receptionist to call me back regarding setting up an appointment. Here I am two months later with no call back nor appointment.

    Called to book an appointment took them 30 minutes to answer. Once the lady answered she asked me for the reason and all my information, once I gave it to her she said one moment please. I waited another 20 minutes just for them to drop the call.

    I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now, leaving messages and waiting on the phone for sooo long and nothing. I need my results and I don’t live close to this clinic at all. Phone service is really bad but when I go to my appointments there’s 3-4 girls there talking.

    This is my first time in this clinic, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. You asked them a question or guidance and they give you an attitude. You are working for the public and to provide great customer service, if the staff can’t do that then this is the wrong job for them. I work in customer service and I will never treat people the way the staff treats people here. I will never be coming back to this location.

    I had an amazing check up with Dr.Fenton. Highly recommend this clinic. Overall staff was friendly. The ladies in the front desk are amazing. I was in and out with no problem.
