👍👍 Fantastic clinic and doctors! I've struggled with knee pain for years and Dr. Pommerehn was the first to suggest a different approach by working on scar tissue that eliminated my knee pain and helped me to increase my agility and sports performance. It's a really well-rounded practice and Dr. Pommer... People often mention pain, Chicago, Pommerehn, Graham, InHealth, injury, Center, feel,

Fantastic clinic and doctors! I've struggled with knee pain for years and Dr. Pommerehn was the first to suggest a different approach by working on scar tissue that eliminated my knee pain and helped me to increase my agility and sports performance. It's a really well-rounded practice and Dr. Pommerehn and Dr. Zhao are a dynamic team that really care about the people within their community. Avoid the chop shops!

In February of 2022 I could not get out of bed and was taken to NMH. MRIs and CR scans revealed spinal stenosis, herniated discs and facet joint deteriorations. In effect, I was diagnosed with failed back syndrome having had two previous lumbar discectomies and laminectomies. 2 epidural steroid injections and 12 facet joint injections provided only mild relief I was using a Walker and sometimes a cane. The daily pain was debilitating and I could not travel or do almost anything. Then, I was referred to Dr. Graham. Slowly but surely with stretching, massage and exercises my back seemed to loosen up and I became more mobile. He worked on rebuilding my leg strength and balance. After several months of therapy, I am walking without the aid of a cane and am able to get through airports and fly with little to no pain. My continuing recovery is nothing short of miraculous especially since I had been told that I would likely need a walker or cane permanently. I highly recommend Dr. Graham and Chicago InHealth without reservation.

Absolutely amazing! I've been a patient for years now. After my back injury Dr Graham had me up and running, quite literally, in a matter of weeks. I was able to train and run a full marathon just months later-- something I thought I would never be able to do after my injury. My second and much scarier injury caused a severe disc herniation. This was the worst pain I've ever experienced and sent me to the emergency room. Again, Dr Graham took the time and care walking me through all the options and helped me avoid surgery. I'm up and running again. I can't recommend this clinic enough!

I've been a longstanding patient for both chiropractic and other services (acupuncture) and would highly recommend Chicago Inhealth Center. The team is always warm and helpful and is clearly focused on effective treatment rather than maintenance of a full appointment book. Absolutely would not consider another provider.

Chicago Inhealth Center is truly awesome. Every single time I’ve been there to be treated for something, I’ve got exceptional and fast results. They are skilled and experienced professionals, able to identify what you need and treat you with the maximum efficiency and effectiveness. On top of that, they are super nice, and put every effort to make you feel comfortable. They both are very nice and accommodating. They only work with one person at a time (as opposed to some other practices that I have tried around), and are well equipped for a wide variety of treatments. I definitely recommend Chicago Inhealth Center!!

I can't speak more highly of this place. Both times I needed help with back pain and both times Dr. Pommerehn and staff have been exceptional. Very professional and excellent techniques for pain management. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I've gone to see Dr. Graham Pommerehn several times over the past three months for a neck injury that wouldn't heal. Graham was able to treat my injury, help me heal quickly, and gave me tips on how to prevent this injury from returning. Very happy and highly recommended!

First and foremost, I'd like to state that Dr. Graham Pommerehn is a life saver! I was in my third trimester of my pregnancy when I suddenly developed shooting pain from lower back all the way down to my legs. It was so severe I could not walk or move around much. My husband found Chicago InHealth on Google, and they were kind enough to see us the day we called. Dr. Pommerehn immediately found the source of the problem and we were able to jump into treatment. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward in setting realistic goals in treatment. Thanks to his work, I was able to get to get through my pregnancy pain free. I also visited Chicago InHealth after delivering my baby for my tense back pains from holding the baby and nursing, and added acupuncture to my treatment with Dr Iris Zhao. It was such serene and relaxing treatment, I soon found relief from my back pains. Dr. Zhao was awesome at finding the exact tense points I desperately needed relief from. Their work is like magic, knowing how much I have gotten better. My husband and I continue to see Dr. Pommerehn and Dr. Zhao whenever we feel like we need a quick fix to feel better. We highly recommend Chicago InHealth for anyone that is seeking treatments for well deserving, overworking bodies of ours!

After experiencing severe lower back pain that traveled down my left leg, I went to my primary care physician who recommended physical therapy, among other things. The first place I went actually made the pain worse but then, thankfully, I ran into a friend who recommended Dr. Graham Pommerehn who was successful in alleviating much of the pain before I even got to the MRI and spine specialist. Turns out I had a herniated disc that was pressing on a nerve. Dr. Pommerehn incorporated both chiropractic technics and physical therapy, depending on my progress and degree of discomfort, and I was practically pain free in just a few visits. I'm still going for check in every few weeks, but by doing the home exercises prescribed, my pain is gone and the strength in my left leg and foot have returned. I'm grateful to have found Chicago InHealth Center.

I have been been in pain since September 2018. Turned out I have a problem with my Sciatica and a couple of discs in my back. I had gone to a doctor and had 2 very painful injections that did not work. The doctor told me just to have surgery, which was not an option for me. I decided to go someplace else....Chicago InHealth Center, the best decision I had made. The doctor was amazing! He explained in much detail what was going on in my back. I received my first injection and a set of exercises to do. I began to feel a little better. I followed up with the second injection..today 07/11/2019 and I am pain free!!! Not only is the doctor a wonderful person, his staff is top notch!!! From the minute I walked in the office I was made to feel welcomed. Someone is also making sure you are comfortable while you wait. I was even asked if I needed a bottle of water. WHAT! I have never been in a doctors office and asked if I needed something to drink. That was extremely nice! Other offices should take note of that. I am going to refer everyone I know who is struggling with pain to Chicago InHealth Center. Thank You to Dr. Albaridi and to your fantastic staff!!! Keep up the great work!!!

From my first visit a year ago, I knew I was in good hands. Very thorough explanations of different techniques, the take home exercises are easy to follow and really do make a difference, and always shares tips on how I can improve/maintain my posture (which is the crux of most of my problems). Personable bunch and always leave there feeling satisfied. Can't say enough good things. If you're in the South Loop or surrounding area and looking for a chiropractor, look no further. You won't be disappointed!!!

😠 Horrible experience. Had an 12 week ultrasound and the technician refused to let my husband into the room. Throughout the process the technician lacked basic empathy.
