I
have
had
multiple
negative
experiences
with
the
practice
but
after
today,
I
am
done
and
will
no
longer
use
this
practice.
Today,
we
had
to
wait
an
hour
and
20
minutes
to
see
the
doctor.
No
updates
were
given.
We
had
to
ask
for
updates
about
how
long
the
wait
might
be.
I
will
briefly
describe
my
other
experiences
so
that
it
does
not
seem
an
hour
plus
wait
is
being
taken
out
of
context.
When
my
son
was
first
born,
he
lost
weight
during
the
first
few
days
(which
is
normal).
I
was
exclusively
breastfeeding
and
my
milk
had
not
come
in
yet.
I
also
had
a
semi-traumatic
delivery
where
I
tore
very
badly
and
my
son
had
to
have
vacuum
extraction.
He
was
also
slightly
jaundice
when
we
were
discharged
from
the
hospital.
We
had
to
come
back
to
their
office
everyday
for
the
first
three
days
after
we
were
discharged
for
weight
checks
and
jaundice
checks.
This
was
overkill
and
I
have
asked
other
doctor's
opinions
who
agreed
that
coming
back
that
many
days
in
succession
was
unnecessary.
I
was
also
never
offered
the
option
to
do
the
bilirubin
light
therapy
at
home.
I
was
told
my
son
would
admitted
to
the
hospital
for
the
light
therapy
if
his
levels
didn't
improve.
I
was
3
days
post
partum
and
this
caused
me
a
lot
of
stress
and
anxiety.
On
the
second
day
that
we
were
back
in
their
office
after
being
discharged,
we
had
to
wait
in
their
office
for
an
hour
(again),
I
started
to
feel
lightheaded.
I
had
just
delivered
and
I
hadn't
intended
being
there
for
so
long
and
didn't
bring
snacks
for
myself.
It
was
also
very
hard
for
me
to
walk
after
my
3rd
degree
tear
in
delivery
and
we
had
to
walk
for
a
blood
draw
plus
to
the
appointment.
My
husband
asked
the
nurses
for
a
snack
or
juice
for
me
and
the
physician
then
lectured
me
about
taking
better
care
of
myself.
This
was
extremely
frustrating
to
me
because
the
pain
I
was
in
was
due
to
coming
back
and
forth
to
their
office
each
day.
The
last
point
that
I
will
call
out
is
being
pressured
to
give
my
son
the
Covid
vaccine.
I
respect
the
physician's
perspective
and
I
request
the
same
respect
in
return.
I
am
not
anti-vaccination.
My
son
is
up-to-date
on
all
other
vaccines.
I
said
that
I
am
not
comfortable
at
this
point
in
time
giving
my
son
the
vaccine
and
that
from
my
perspective
the
benefits
didn't
outweigh
the
risks
(he
had
already
had
covid
twice
and
generally
children
do
not
get
ill
from
covid.
We
also
had
a
family
member
who
is
healthy
and
17
years
old
who
had
a
blood
clot
in
their
lung
and
they
suspect
it
is
from
the
vaccine).
The
physician
told
me
that
there
are
virtually
no
risks
with
the
Covid
vaccine.
This
cannot
be
a
true
statement;
there
are
risks
with
anything.
There
are
risks
with
any
vaccine
even
if
they
are
small.
There
are
many
other
issues
I
experienced
such
as
difficulty
scheduling
appointments
(I
would
need
to
schedule
a
3
month
or
6
month
appointment)
and
I
would
be
told
there
wasn't
availability
until
past
the
appropriate
window.
I
would
be
glad
to
speak
with
someone
about
my
experiences
in
more
detail.
I
worked
at
Rush
for
several
years
and
have
had
all
of
my
doctors
here.
I've
generally
had
great
experiences
with
the
exception
of
the
Pediatric
practice.
