Every time I bring my kids here we have to wait over an hour to be seen even though we are here on time! The doctor hasn't made an effort to find the right medication for my son, he keeps experimenting and it isn't helping.

Great service professional doctors sometime it's slow even if you made an appointment bit overall great :-)

Fantus psychiatry - bare bones feel with excellent care.

Obese hispanic receptionist was very rude to a customer. People here should go to training on how to speak properly to customers. I will go in again and record them so people can see their horrible attitude. If anyone knows where I can report this receptionist please let me know. No customers needing medical assistance should be treated this way.

I know that they've begun to change the building (or they've finished it) but I am so grateful that they were there for me. A decade ago when I was pregnant with my first child, a molar became disgustingly rotten . (Happens when babies take ur calcium. Never had a cavity in my life. Even as a child. The nerve pain was unbearable. After almost a month bec I had no insurance I finally found fantus. They saw me after it was decided I needed antibiotics. When I finished them it was less than 48hrs. They were kind, professional and quick. Took the tooth out whole. I know not all ppl have this experience bit have to say that mine was such a relief with the pain being number 1

Horrible the African american receptionist are evil as hell as well as the nurses I mean you don't like a job find another one needs some young people at the desk time for them to retire too old and evil.

This particular fantus clinic is closed at 1901 west Harrison. The demolishment started January 2018. The photo you see of the large white hospital in the distance is Storoger hospital...a completely different address. Perhaps something will replace the Fantus clinic soon in 2019.

The women particularly the African American women nurses and receptionist give terrible customer service and are so rude and rushed! During my procedure one women nurse was giving the other nurses in the room, attitude and it was just uncomfortable. Literally every African American women receptionist was rude to me and was giving attitude like they were mad to be at work~ at a hospital.

I have been receiving psychiatry services here for years,my doctor is very in tune with my needs! Works very hard with me on my medication management! If you come early for your appointment,usually you can get seen early! If you are polite to the safe they treat you very well! I always get treated with respect!

As a first time patient there, I experienced overall good treatment, myself. However, I did see other non-english speaking patients having difficulty communicating with personnel while picking up or waiting for prescription. I am taking time to write this review because of the sickening patient service that the personnel were providing these patients. While one of them gave her back to one patient, after I assisted interpreting, the other continued to play a game she was playing on her phone. I strongly believe she was representing this healthcare center in the wrong manner. Not only was she not doing her job properly, but also had an attitude towards this old eldery patient who only wanted to know what time was he getting his prescription after waiting two and a half long hours with an empty stomach.

1/6/2016 They are horrible, never again , told dr thomas it hirt he stoped tgo more Novocain and his assistants was slow asl the pain is worse than when the tooth was there .
