DO NOT EVEN THINK TO CHOSE THEME Broke my shoulder ,pain is so strong, they needed 72 hr to approve doctors visit. After 5 days they approved surgery then moved approval another 2 days So surgery is scheduled 8 days after injury. I can't function,can even eat, go to bathroom or shower. Pain is still so strong I can't even move my right hand,can't sleep. It is nightmare

When there's coverage, it's great. The problem is that the state has not paid their bills in so long that most places no longer take it. Advocate no longer takes it, most doctors and specialists dropped them. 90% of the dentists have dropped them. If you need a hospital you're pretty much stuck with a county facility. The choice of doctors in the South burbs has dropped from dozens to a couple. Zero specialists for most needs. If you do find a dentist, specialist or doctor, most of the time it's in an area that's on the news daily for shootings.

This is simply HORRIBLE insurance. Somehow I got them for part of my pregnancy but practically I can’t use them at all, because no one takes them, very limited coverage (not my OB, dietitian class, etc so I have to pay out of my pocket. SO USELESS. SHAME ON YOU!!! I CAN’T WAIT until my other insurance kicks in!

Why isnt CMS or the Federal Government investigating this poorly managed sham . Incredible, how they didn't qualify for the cut of providers for Illinois Medicaid and then were suddenly added and as expected, failed to contract with adequate providers or hospitals .Then, somehow, patients were being auto added by the state to this plan with the worst choice of providers. This company reeks of shady Illinois politics . Now their patients must be absorbed by Meridian due to their complete failure as a company. Why is this not being reported by news agencies?

I’m so disgusted with the insurance I don’t have words. My foot is broken and I need surgery. I was informed that with my insurance the first available appointment is 3mos from now

They are the worst insurance I ever had I’m due to have a baby anytime .... they have switched my ob doctors 3 times already due to them not covering any hospitals in my area. I have to go to the about 40 miles from where I live, which was no problem due to the fact that they have free transportation. They call me today and say they can no longer service me because I’m in another county which they never said anything about until not I am 38 weeks pregnant and have no way to get to my doctors appointments now and on top of everything there customer service SUCKS ! If you are pregnant and are thinking about going with this insurance pack another 1 they are terrible and unprofessional !

This insurance is horrible. I called 4 times to find out if they had a Urgent Care Center, first they could not find my daughter policy, finally I found the insurance card and noticed her name was spelled wrong, that's why they couldn't find it. Second the person I spokes with send me all the way into the city of Chicago in a dangerous area and the place looks like it's been closed down for a while, I asked her was she sure that they would see my daughter she said yes. Absolutely Horrible, I have withdrew from this insurance, I didn't even want to give them that 1 star.

Can’t really agree with anyone on their discrepancies but I do know that Next Level Health is for the people. They do so much for me and my family and their insurance is accepted at more than county hospitals for further information. We love Next Level they pick us up and take us to our appointments they have special events that help people with personal problems and the aftercare is the most important part. They call and check up on you after you appointments or if you miss a date. They have mental health partners for your aftercare as well. Don’t knock NLH until you try them

I can't even reach NEXTLEVELHEALTH. Why am I stuck with a HCP I can't communicate with? The doctors even say they suck. I won't be able to get any medical help until I change my plan and they won't let me do that for a year now. I'm stuck with them.
