I had my first class today and it was great! Graham welcomed me at the door and helped me wrap my hands and taught me the basic steps. He was very welcoming to the gym! Chelsea the instructor was amazing as well! She was very patient with me and teaching me the correct ways to hit and kick. I can’t wait to come back !

I have never been consistent with any fitness program until I joined Title Boxing 6 months ago. The classes are great and the staff are kind, inclusive, and always willing to help. HUGE shout-out to Chelsea. My bestfriend and I look forward to her classes each week. I love that while she encourages everyone to push themselves to do their best, she also reminds everyone to listen to our bodies and not push ourselves past our limits. She also allows each individual to make modifications and she is not punitive unlike the other instructors. She also ends her classes with a bit of yoga/stretching and leaves us with encouraging reminders. I always feel like a better version of myself after her classes. My only feedback is that some instructors are too intense and I wish they ran their classes similar to Chelsea and Cassie. I hate when other instructors punish everyone to do burpees if an individual decides to rest or take it easy. We're all at different levels so allow individuals to make modifications without punishing the group. A friend of mine injured her hand during one of the other classes because the instructor kept pushing all of us and threatened to punish the group if one person decided to rest. Beyond that, I love the workouts, the location, the community, and the FREE PARKING! :)

Absolutely love working out here. 45 minutes fly by when you're having so much fun! The sessions are very rigorous but will yield results. The facility is clean and well equipped. The trainers are awesome and music is great. Shout out to Chelsea and Kachi! I always look forward to taking their classes!

This place is amazing. The entire team is fantastic and I’m so excited to learn from them. Graham, the owner is incredible and all the trainers are kind and excellent at their jobs. Had a class with Megan today and she’s a boss. My first class with Ryan was what made me love it! And I even got excellent tips from Jason today. If you’re even thinking about it, do it. Graham told me all you have to do is show up. So, show up!

Every experience I’ve had at TITLE BOXING has been nothing short of amazing. It’s one of my favorite cardio exercises and the staff is ALWAYS so welcoming and kind. I would strongly recommend trying them out (south and west loop locations). They are knowledgeable and really care about you achieving your fitness goals. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Meredith is an amazing coach who does a great job of teaching technical skill that is delivered with an intensity which improves fundamentals at an increased rate. Truly one of the best coaches out there…hands down (but don’t let your guard down and get hit…pun intended)!

I went to my first class here on a whim and with no experience and I absolutely loved it. The classes are very fun and they fly by. The trainers are all fantastic, and I learn something new every time!

Searching for a new exercise class I thought I would give boxing a try and have honestly had a great experience at TITLE since day 1! I joined in April without any experience (truly none) but the South loop crew is super welcoming and helped with any questions I had. I've attended Jason, Keyante and Ryan's class and they all have their own personal styles, but I've learned so much from each instructor. The community is pretty nice and I've met some cool people along the way - highly recommend checking this place out!

I’ve been boxing before, but today was my first visit at Title Boxing Club in South Loop. I must say, it was an amazing experience! We used class pass to try it out but I’ll definitely be returning. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and the trainer was energetic and engaging. The workout was also challenging but still suitable for first timers. I highly recommend checking this place out!

TITLE has become my go-to gym since moving to Chicago last year. Love the energy and helpfulness of everyone on staff. The classes are tough but doable and you can go at your own pace if needed and are most importantly fun. Who doesn't love hitting a bag at the end of a work week? Ryan and Meredith's classes on the weekends are great ways to get up and moving on my days off!

enjoyed the class itself, great workout. HOWEVER, they made it VERY difficult for me to cancel my membership. I called, and the guy was atleast trying to be understanding so he put my membership on hold for a month. After that, I was charged again the next month so I called to finalize cancelling my membership again but the guy on the phone said he couldn't cancel memberships and that I would have to email management instead... Then, when I went to email them, I got no response for a week until they put my membership on hold again instead of cancelling. So I had to email them yet again saying I am not coming back, please cancel! This was early in the month, but apparently Title has a policy that you have to cancel 30 days ahead of time to keep from being charged the next time. 30 days.... so even though I cancelled my membership on like the 10th, I was charged the next month. So literally NO MATTER WHAT, you will be charged again after cancelling your membership, and 89$ can be hard to afford when I literally explained to the management that the reason I could not keep coming back wasn't because of the class but because I could not afford it. I understand times are tough, but this seems over the top on trying to keep customers. I will end on saying that the workouts are great if you're into boxing for the exercise. And the trainers are really fun.

Meredith is an amazing asset to the Title South Loop team. While her classes are intense, she will absolutely get you in the best shape, you just have to stick to it!!

Chelsea is a great instructor! She walks you through the moves, makes sure your stance is correct. Her energy is very high and tells you it’s okay to take a break, to go at your own pace. Kickboxing is no joke, but I felt great afterwards! The 45 minutes goes by quickly!

I checked out the gym and boxing class as a prospective member. Coach Ryan was nice and patient with me as a novice. He also gave me additional recommendations on an intro class I should check out. Additionally much gratitude to Graham. Looking for to my getting back in shape journey.

Very intense 1 hour work out. You can go at you own pace so don't push yourself to hard for all the beginners. The place is very friendly and clean. I purchased the unlimited membership for $129 a month and I plan on going twice a week. That averages to about $16 a class. I'm forward on improving my fitness and learn some cool boxing moves while I'm at it.

Kachi almost killed me, but sooooo worth it! I felt so amazing and empowered after leaving his class. Would definitely recommend and definitely coming back!

Kachi was amazing!!! First time boxing, was a little nervous, but he made it super fun and pushed me further than I thought I could go. Will definitely be coming back!

I love Chelsea and Kachi. Whatever way I feel coming into class, I always come out feeling strong and full of energy. Their motivation (and the music) keeps me going!

Meredith was awesome and brought so much energy to the class. This was our first class and we felt welcome. Didn’t have to think twice to sign up. Great first class! We are pumped!

What a workout! Learned some moves/combos, without getting hit! I noticed both beginners and real boxers taking the same class at their own pace, wasn't intimidating at all. Staff was extremely welcoming, space was super clean, kind of felt like a Vegas hotel. Also, it's my new therapy space!

I’ve been going to this location ever since I started boxing (about 2 years). They’re very accommodating! All the trainers I’ve taken classes with are amazing! If I would be staying in Chicago, I’d totally stay in this location!

I’ve been going to this gym for a while and honestly, I have no complaints at all. Jason is wonderful and perhaps the nicest person in the world, Ryan gets down to business and he is an amazing instructor, And Keyante will definitely push you to your limits on Saturday! I try to to as often as I can because not only do I get a great workout, I feel way better and it’s helped with my depression immensely. I couldn’t be more thankful for the staff and the owner, Graham, is focused on making sure everyone has a great time. Title boxing gym forever!

Boxing has been such a stress reliever recently and TITLE is the best to go to for classes!! I have never had a negative experience and always leave completely exhausted, but in the best way possible! All the instructors have been so great! Special shout out to Jason, Kaley, and Keyante at the South Loop location!

I've been with Title for almost a year now and it's changed my life. The trainers will give you the results you're looking for if you're willing to put in the work. Shoutout to Kachi especially - he's a beast! The energy here is unmatched and the facilities are great. If you're looking for a killer workout, Title is the spot for you.

I was a member of this club because it was in my building. I worked out here for a few months but decided to not continue with my one on one classes after I finished my last pack. For some reason Title decided to start charging me $99 every month six months after I canceled this membership. I called them and got an apology after they attempted to blame me for a random subscription they decided to activate six months after I left the club. I was told the owner would call me. Never happened. I finally had to dispute it with my bank. Watch out for this when signing up.

I love this location because it’s great, I get an amazing workout and it’s a well run business. The owner is wonderful, always around and extremely customer oriented. Instructors are all great so I can workout daily if I want. Jason is the best for easing you into the work as a newbie- super nice. Ryan gives an amazing workout to all levels of experience, really skilled. PJ and Milton are awesome, great PT, been around for a while and know their people/classes so they adjust accordingly. This is my favorite gym I’ve ever gone to. Boxing is the best sport to get balance, strength, be in a better mood and get fit. I appreciate the staff and this location especially- so glad they survived the pandemic!

Do you guys teach the Philly shell? I understand it’s an advanced form of defense and u must learn the basics but I’m just wondering if you guys train that there or have any coaches that train that style there

If you're looking for boxing meets workout, this is it. It's a true boxing style workout, not the fluff you might experience at some other mainstream gyms. My workouts were hard, yet satisfying. The instructors are great! If you arrive a little early to class they'll go over moves with you. That was a major plus for me, and they were always willing to wrap my hands. They sell equipment, gloves and wraps, there for reasonable prices, no need to shop online, just get it there. It's friendly, clean, and good specials! If you're looking for a real boxing gum, join here.

Im 4 classes in, and its one of the best workouts I’ve had in a while packed into 45 minutes. Having both boxing and core, I’m sure il meet my physical goals this summer.

Title boxing South Loop is a great place, Graham it’s one of the nicest people I have ever met and Ryan is amazing. I love training with him. I have never been consistent with working out (never!) but I have been going there since July 2023 and every week I look forward to my Saturday morning class with Ryan.

Best workout ever and so much fun! New to boxing but totally got it. Ryan was a great instructor. Heart rate was pumping and muscles are worked. Can’t wait to hit some heavy bags again!
