When
I
started
to
train
with
coach
carlos
is
that
“if
you
have
time
to
go
out
with
friends
or
family
you
have
time
for
the
gym
so
there
is
no
excuse
for
missing
or
not
going
to
the
gym”
Just
know
that
life
isn’t
easy
and
you
changing
your
life
style
and
body
in
many
forms
isn’t
easy
ether.
CHALLENGE
YOUR
SELF
EVERYDAY
TO
DO
BETTER
AND
BE
BETTER.
All
I
am
going
to
say
is
that
it’s
worth
it
all
even
when
you
feel
like
crying
when
you
start
to
feel
that
good
pain
because
you
are
here
to
reach
your
goal
and
to
do
better
every
time
and
you
have
people
helping
you
too
when
you
are
going
something
wrong
or
need
help
on
the
machines.
Having
a
coach
that
helps
you
such
as
cares,
checks
up
on
your
meals,
makes
sure
you
are
feeling
good
or
at
least
ok,
believes
in
you,
and
shows
you
that
you
aren’t
alone
in
any
way
or
form
is
very
helpful
for
your
mindsets
and
makes
you
actually
believe
in
yourself
that
slowly
you
see
a
good
progress
in
the
gym.
If
you
ask
him
a
lot
of
questions
about
the
workout
when
he
is
training
you
which
is
a
perfect
time
to
learn
exactly
how
to
keep
going
by
yourself
and
even
when
you
are
feeling
down
because
as
my
experience
I
started
to
go
more
often.
when
I
had
nowhere
to
go
so,
I
can
feel
better
and
make
my
day
better
I
would
go
to
the
gym
and
blast
that
music
and
creative
all
the
native
thought
to
positive
because
I
know
if
my
coach
would
have
been
training
me,
he
wouldn’t
let
me
leave
the
gym
with
the
same
mindsets.
