    I joined Transformation Fitness 3 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Since joining I have lost 20 pounds and have gotten significantly stronger. The workouts are fun and very team-oriented with coaches and members alike (always pushing us but also knowing our limits!). I was out of shape and nervous to join, but the coaches know how to make us feel comfortable as all fitness levels are welcome. Highly recommend!

    I joined transformation fitness 5 weeks ago and did their 21 day challenge and currently doing their nutritional program. This place has been amazing and have lost 12 pounds since I joined. Their programs and coaches have truly transformed my eating , exercise, and way of thinking towards losing weight. The gym is a great facility and the coaches are super knowledgeable. I love working out and they definitely keep you motivated with their specialized routines.

    This was truly a positive experience in all ways possible. First it exposed my weakness and allowed me to build my strength with eating the right foods and portions. The 6 challenge was challenging BUT very motivating from texts, reminders, and the exercises. If you don't have a starting point transformation fitness is an excellent start and finisher. I promise you will not regret it. Jill and Drew are an amazing team that keeps you wanting to do more. Thank you Transformation Fitness!!!

    One thing that I will never regret is to take the 6 weeks challenge at the transformation fitness. which i reached my goal, from 14% body fat to 8% body fat, the dedication at the gym has been truly inspiring, resulting in an incredible transformation that reflects the hard work and commitment. The positive and supportive atmosphere created by those around me at the gym has undoubtedly played a significant role in my journey. Thank you Jill and drew for everything. the secret is to be consistent and Keep up the fantastic work!😍😇

    If you are looking for a gym that offers you a true program of transformation, then this is the place. Drew and Jill are outstanding coaches and encouragers on the journey. The classes are well-balanced for steady progress on your goals - mainly good health, strength, endurance, good nutrition, and energy throughout your day. I went there to first participate in the 6 week challenge. This program was a big success for me personally for several reasons. Renewed my commitment to working out and they made it fun and positive with the right mix of work on flexibility, strength and endurance. Second, I am meeting some truly great positive people - and Jill (the primary class leader) is a great human being, a wonderful role model, and truly cares for and encourages those in the class. Third, I am steadily getting stronger, adding tone to my muscles again (at 63), able to run longer and ride my bike further, and am lowering my body fat. As I age (as I said 63), I want to stay strong. This program has me hooked and I will be staying at the gym to continue to participate in classes and grow stronger, healthier and happier with my own body. And ... their program works! I see everyone benefitting and commenting on how good it is.

    Just started going to Transformational Fitness about 3 months ago. I use to work out with a personal trainer, so I knew what I was looking for. The gym is lively, fun, and very motivating. So far, my experience has been pretty good, so I'd recommend taking an intro class.

    I LOVE THIS GYM! I haven’t worked out in years. And planning our wedding in have in Tulum in November is a big push to get in shape. I love my wedding dress and want to look my best, and be the best version of myself. I started out with the transformation challenge. It was amazing! I lost almost 9 lbs in 6 weeks. The atmosphere and people are great! I was nervous to go but I wasn’t intimidated going at all. Drew, the owner, and Jill are so knowledgeable helpful! I couldn’t ask for a better team. When we bought a house too far to stay with the gym, I am continuing with nutrition coaching with Drew. I’m down 16 lbs and I still have several more weeks in the program. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and I have no doubt I will exceed my goal with his help! I physically, mentally, and emotionally feel better than I have in years!

    Transformational Fitness is a great place for individuals looking to lose weight and build strength. The coaches and owners are knowledgeable, professional, and amazing at their jobs. The classes are fun and challenging all at the same. The nutritional guidance is phenomenal. I just completed the 21-day challenge and was was able to lose 16lbs and improve my overall health. I plan to continue being a part of the Transformational Fitness family and this health journey!

    I had an incredible experience at Transformation Fitness during their 6-week challenge. Not only did I achieve significant improvements in my upper body strength, but it also pushed me mentally, making it a rewarding and challenging journey. Even at the early hour of 7 am, the gym is filled with a vibrant and motivating energy that makes every workout feel like an adventure. The combination of a dedicated trainer and the camaraderie among participants ensures that every session is not only effective but also a whole lot of fun.

    I just finished the 6 week challenge with Transformation Fitness and am excited about continuing my exercise & health journey with this gym. When I was looking to change my lifestyle and eating habits I truly appreciated Drew's responsiveness when I sent a simple request. This has continued throughout the 6 weeks with both Drew and Jill along with support, encouragement and accountability, which I needed more than I knew. Jill has a way of making the classes fun and pushing us to reach our goals without being too intense. I also have found a new love in lifting weights and Jill teaches you the importance of it in everyday life. After about 4 weeks I surprisingly started looking forward to the classes. Now to the results, as Drew said in the beginning, if you follow the plan it will work...and it DOES!! I've done several exercise plans over the years but I would always plateau, no matter how often I exercised. The missing piece was the nutrition, which made all the difference for me. The meal plan was a game changer for me and it has also helped me think about food differently and have a better understanding of why I was eating so much junk prior to starting the program. I highly recommend Transformation Fitness for all of your fitness needs, be it working out, nutrition or a combination of both. You won't regret it!

    Congratulations to me for finishing the Transformation 6-week Challenge! I lost 13 lbs. & 2% body weight because of their fantastic staff’s hard work and dedication to helping me with my health and fitness goals! I definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re trying to transform your eating and exercise habits! Great experience!

    Hello my name is Jesus , I really recommend Transformation Fitness because it’s a great area, organized, clean and its coaches are great people and very professional in their work. In this place you will meet people that will make you feel welcome and enjoying being there. The work material , the exercise routines, absolutely everything is very good, the way they encourage you to give your best it is Absolutely awesome . I took my first three weeks of training with Coach Nate and they were very good, very productive, the enthusiasm, passion, and motivation that he puts into each day of training shows that he is giving 100% of his work to help you improve your physical state. The last two weeks with Coach Drew were also very productive, learning more every day the way in which he drives us to give that extra is truly extraordinary, it shows us that we can do much more. I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I started this “challenge” journey the beginning of last month with 4 weeks to rid myself of 13 pounds. I have completed the 4 weeks and have lost a resounding 14.4 pounds!!! Drew and Jill are outstanding motivators and coaches. The classes were excellent! Jill, stays on top and checks in to keep you on track. This is an AWESOME program!! I recommend everyone check it out!!! It’s worth the time and money!!

    When I first started I was very nervous. I never been a gym type of guy. Now I can honestly say I’m a more comfortable in the gym then I ever been. Working with a group of individuals that help you do better who cheer you on, it like a Gym Family. I was 180 when I started now I’m 160 they will help you with meal planning and all, I recommen anyone to come join here.

    I joined Transformation Fitness after being in a 2 month slump of not working out. Jill is a great coach! She pushes everyone in the group setting but she also knows everyone’s individual goals and strengths. If something seems easy, Jill will change it up and push you beyond your limits!     Transformation Fitness is a great gym. I have been a member for about 9 weeks and so far have lost 10 + pounds. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I had so many fears prior to joining this gym. Transformational Fitness will help you fight your fears and is full of others who are fighting alongside you. The gym is very Covid-19 safe and has respected all statewide protocols. The bathrooms are always clean and equipment is wiped down by gym-goers after every session. If there are any announcements that affect workout hours, gym-goers are informed through Wodify, our fitness management software, email, and text. I am so happy I joined this gym. I am constantly challenged to try my hardest. Since joining, my arms have become more toned and I am feeling more confident about my physique. I keep raving about this gym to family and friends because of the support I have gotten from the coaches and owners. If you are on the fence about joining, stop hesitating, do it!! Health is wealth. :)

    The name says it all! This is a great gym! It truly is transformation fitness. I highly suggest doing the 6 week challenge to kick start. It’s totally worth it! The classes are great with focus on strength and conditioning and not tons of cardio. Thumbs up all the way around!

    I joined this gym for the 6-week challenge and I can honestly say I love everything about it. The classes are challenging yet fun and keep you eager to come back again and again. I really loved the community that they have built with everyone there, it’s just a very welcoming place overall. The coaches that I got to have classes with were also amazing at teaching me how to do the workouts safely, properly and had the best energy. Overall this gym has been such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back!

    I recommend the 6-week challenge at Transformation Fitness. It gave me the support and accountability I needed to re-set my health journey (and lose 6.9lbs). The challenge is well-rounded and totally doable. It gets you on track with movement, workouts, diet, and hydration. The classes at the gym are fun and challenging. The atmosphere is diverse, welcoming, and accepting.

    Finding Transformation Fitness has been one of the highlights of my year! I've always struggled with motivation and consistency when it comes to working out, and I've never found a gym that I genuinely enjoyed until TF. For the first time in my life I look forward to working out and have seen such a huge change in my confidence, strength, and personal accountability. The coaches are friendly and great at what they do and the daily workout programs are incredibly effective. Would highly recommend TF and crossfit to anyone at any stage of fitness!

    If you're looking for a sign to change your life for the better then this is it! I completed the 21 day challenge with the help of Drew and Rosa. I lost 19.4 lbs! The support from the coaches was amazing I couldn't have done it without their help. Drew is very knowledgeable, his plan works! I haven't felt this good in years. I'm very happy I decided to join. The way I feel and the compliments from others is priceless. This is only the beginning. If I did it you can do it too! I definitely recommend this place to family and friends. What are you waiting for?

    This gym has been really great in helping me kickstart my journey with strength training and being more active. I loved taking the workout classes cause it kept me accountable and made me feel like I was on a team! Trainers Astin & Rosa have always made the classes fun, helped me challenge myself, and were more than happy to help if I have a question on my form! When you join Transformation fitness you gain a community who is invested in your health as much as you are 😊

    This team is the absolute best! I joined cause I needed some real Guidance on how to keep myself healthy under the most stressful and chaotic situations at work and they really stepped up. Not only they helped me understand my body and how to make sustainable lifestyle changes but also helped me by giving me realistic ideas on how to keep these positive behaviors even at the most challenging situations. Weight loss is not easy, and definitely has never been easy for me. But with all the ups and downs (and many plateaus) In the last 3 months I lost my 10lb and I have learned so many things that are now part of my day to day life. If you’d re committed, they are committed to you and your success. 🤩

    I highly recommend Transformation Fitness! I did the 6 week challenge and lost 7lbs with the help and support of Drew, Rosa and their team. The coaches are super friendly and helpful, and hold you accountable to show up to class and stick to the meal plan. Classes are very accessible even if you haven’t worked out in a while, and it’s very exciting to see the results of the hard work you put in. I feel lucky to have found this gym with such great people!

    After 2 years of not working out in a gym (was only doing at home workouts) I decided to get back into a gym. Transformation Fitness has everything I was looking for in a gym that fits my needs and goals. The coaches are great and really know how to motivate me, push me and make sure to work with anyone that needs modifications or assistance. While I have done weight workouts before, these workouts were new to me, but the coaches took their time to explain everything and assisting me to get started. In a matter of weeks I started to notice a difference with some weight loss but especially with my strength, each week I am using heavier weights and completing more sets/reps. I also did the 1:1 nutrition program with Drew which helped me realize a lot about the way I was eating, sleeping and lack of hydration. Drew provided me with the tools to make smarter and healthier choices. He motivated me to make the necessary adjustments to everyday things to help reach my goals. Transformation Fitness has helped me get back on track to a healthier and active way of living and I look forward to what new fitness/lifestyle goals I will achieve with them! See you at the gym!

    I decided to do the 6 week challenge because of the meal plan, guided training sessions, and accountability. I never grew up with the mentality that exercise was important or a priority in my life so I felt I needed all three areas to help me get started. After 6 weeks, not only did I lose 8 pounds and 3.5% body fat, but I was shocked by how much healthier and stronger my body felt in such a quick amount of time. During the training sessions I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up but none of the coaches or other gym goers made me feel like that. Everyone is positive and you get to go at your own pace. My confidence grew with every day at the gym and the results become evident quickly. I’m very happy with my decision to do the challenge and I’m looking to stick around longer and see what more I can accomplish with my new fitness goals.

    Joining the six-week challenge was the perfect opportunity to kick-start my fitness and health goals! I had amazing results, now feeling stronger and leaner. My clothes fit better and I feel amazing! The classes are challenging yet fun. I always looked forward to attending my next class. The coaches are very accommodating and motivating, helping you correct your form to make sure you are properly doing the exercise. I would definitely recommend CrossFit Commitment!

    Shout out to my nutrition coach Drew McMillin who helped with my 30lbs + weight loss goal in 6 months. He was there to Guide me, and assist me in any way possible to help me achieve my goals and beyond. I hit some road bumps in the beginning but he was able to lend an ear and give me advice, motivation and knowledge to push me forward. I couldn't be more grateful for his time and efforts with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is struggling with their weight, nutrition or fitness. He's not a one trick pony 😁 he really knows his stuff! Thank you Drew!

    I started at this gym during the transformation fitness challenge but, I quickly came to realize that this is more of a community; from the coaches who hold you accountable, some of us need this more than others to, the social outings that are scheduled monthly. It's really cool getting to know those you whom you work out with also; you start to look forward to the familiar faces. There's a part towards the end of some of the workouts where you have to roll a die or throw a ball into a colored bucket to dictate how many reps you have to complete, a fun little challenge. I highly recommend this gym no matter what part of the fitness journey you're on!

    The Transformation team is awesome. In 6 weeks, they taught me how to eat well and in a sustainable way. They also showed me the value of strength training. The instructors are very positive, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to live a healthier lifestyle.

    I joined Transformation Fitness 2 months ago, I did the 6-week challenge I lost weight with increased energy I have amazing results. They have a great team drew is very knowledgeable about the meal plans, training sessions drew has helped with a plan meal that I was able to stick with. Also Rosa has been helpful as well. I feel so happy, I have so much fun and enjoy watching my progress over time. Drew and rosa are an amazing team!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

    This was my first gym experience. I recently took on the 6-week challenge. The team took time to help me get acquainted with the exercises and were extremely accommodating when modifications were necessary for me to have the most effective workout. After 6 weeks of dedication and hard work, I lost 14.6 lbs. Thank you Transformation Fitness!!!

    I participated in their 6 week transformation challenge and with the guidance and support from transformation fitness team I was was able to lose 17 lbs (~6% body fat) in 6 weeks! I had been struggling with my weight for years after multiple trial and errors this was the first program where I saw actually results. Everyone at the gym is super friendly and welcoming making you feel like you’re part of the family. I highly recommend this gym for those looking to start their fitness journey.

    The best experience! I just finished a 16 week transformation program working with the owner, Drew, and it was an incredible experience. I am so happy and proud with the results and the tools I was given! I completed the class remotely and personally just wanted to focus on the nutritional side of things while maintaining my normal workout routine (soccer a few times a week and walking.) I loved the weekly check-in calls that added a level of accountability. I could not recommend more.

    Totally Legit! Accepted 6 week challenge and was great experience. Coach Jill & Coach Drew VERY dedicated to help in every way possible from running right by your side when you ready to give up to making themselves available after gym hours. In my short time there was able to loose 5% body fat & 7 lbs giving me confidence to continue my journey. Classes intense but Jill makes working out FuN. Meal plan does take some getting use to but information given on break down of proteins & amounts of carbs & fats to make you feel full is awesome. Thank you 🙏 Drew & Jill

    I accepted the 6 week challenge and it was the best decision I made all year. It has helped me become faster, stronger and more confident. The group workouts are fun and the schedule is flexible. Couch Jill is awesome, great teacher and motivator.

    I feel amazing! And it’s all because I joined Transformation Fitness. It’s hands down the best experience I’ve had in my long endeavor to remain healthy and fit. The 6 Week Challenge works! It’s informative and easy to follow. The staff is motivating and the atmosphere of the facility is electrifying. Worth every penny!!!
