Unfriendly staff, hidden fees, unsafe equipment.

I really have nothing but good things to say about this gym. It’s size is great because even at the busiest times, I feel like I hardly have to wait for any machines. The place is always pretty clean and the staff is friendly. The price per month is pretty reasonable for what you get. I like the warm up area, the punching bag, the amount of higher-use machines, and how the equipment is generally newer and in pretty good condition. I switched away from a smaller gym that was closer to home and this one blows it out of the water. My only suggestions are this. Some of the pull up grips on the racks need to be replaced, and it would be nice to have an extra area to deadlift. A Glute-Hamstring raise machine would be awesome as well!

Was planning on returning and getting a membership, spoke with a girl on phone today. Inquired about new "$19" Annual Fee, email I received said no money down or added fees. Her response was " Yep, it's an added fee just like everything else, it's called inflation ". No thanks, I'll find another gym, you have no pool, no sauna/spa, rude employees and can't bring a guest. I'll find another gym.

Clean, friendly, perfect morning workout atmosphere. Might be over crowded at night, too many young people at night. I think there needs to be a limit of 5 people under 25 at a time

This place is crazy and they will continue charging you months after you’ve cancelled. I called and spent 45 minutes with a rep explaining my situation, she verified the account was cancelled months ago said I’d see a refund and no further charges. That was two months ago and I’m still getting charged. When I have called back to speak with her they said she was separated from the company and they would have to verify blah blah blah…… I am just trying to stop $40 from coming out of my account monthly for something that I canceled months ago and no one can seem to make that work. It’s very frustrating dealing with the customer service team & the gym location never answers their line.

Be careful they don’t cancel subscription via phone . And if you move to another place you will have to come in person to cancel and pay a cancellation fee . They will charge you even if you change you card and call you to pay . Scammers

Great customer service every time all the time. Super friendly staff and extremely helpful with inquiries and concerns. We unfortunately had to cancel to unforeseen circumstances, and even at the time of cancellation the friendliness did not waiver. Machines are clean and well maintained. Staff is always vigilant to guests are the check in counter. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Some of the machines need a bit of an update, but overall a solid gym, small but good variety of machines, not too crowded unlike rachet, nasty Xsport on 75th, clean bathrooms too, again unlike Xsport on 75th 🤮

I liked this gym quite a bit. Great selection of equipment, but no more bring a guest. Everyone needs a membership 😤

One of the Best gyms around! Starting with the staff ....Very friendly and polite, The gym is Always Clean and the equilment is all working (nothing broken) I like the fact they have heavy-bags so I can get my Bag time in after my workouts (huge plus) The 2 Massage chairs they have are AWSOME!!! After a hard workout you can unwind in one of those bad-boys, I have 4 hiriated discs and this helps me feel soooo much Better Thank you so much CFX you guys are the best! I even signed-up my kid so she can workout at cfx as well,She also loves it there. Keep up the great work. Nz.

Love my trainer Taylor. Good equipment, floor needs to be replaced, ladies bathroom needs more cleaning attention. Management (Matt) knowledgeable very professional courteous.

DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB IF YOU EVER MIGHT WANT TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. I joined for a temporary period to recover from an injury and have been trying to cancel my membership for months. No one is ever at the club. The company that runs their billing keeps harassing me and says I have to send a letter via certified mail to cancel the membership. It’s funny because the app gets you 24/7 access to the gym with a phone but you need certified mail to cancel the membership. They make it about as difficult as possible so you keep paying the fees. They are SCAM ARTISTS.

Wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy. This guys are just trying to take as much money as possible from you. Canceling subscription is such a pain. Unprofessional stuff. Complete disaster.

I hate working out. I never like running on a treadmill. I love orange theory! First few months I had to drag myself there, once I got there the workouts felt great and the hour flies by.

This is a great gym. They truly treat everyone like family - they are encouraging, motivating and kind. I love this place and these people.

Overall it’s a great gym, has almost everything you need in order to workout. Wish they added some equipment like a T-Bar Row, Sauna or Steam room would be nice as well. Staff is friendly too

STAY AWAY! I cancelled my membership during the whole covid issues. 2 years later I see on my credit report a collection from CFX for $159. Keep in mind, my dues were $10/month. One, they don't honor cancellations, 2 the keep charging even though you're not allowed to work out if you have a balance, 3 they tack on more charges when they don't process your cancellation. Horrible business practices for a gym that's sub par.

Hidden gem! CFX is clean, organized and well-run. You can enjoy 24-access, if your schedule requires flexibility. I was thrilled to find an awesome personal trainer in Lexi! She got me snatched for my wedding and beyond: super knowledgeable, patient yet firm and supportive. Do yourself a favor and get to CFX. Remember, bikini bodies are built in the winter!!
