Very friendly barista and good quality coffee. Their location is great you just have to pay attention a little bit since their entrance is kind of small and hidden. They do have lots of good and unique flavors like rose and agave. Their prices is also very reasonable for what they offer. Definitely will come back

Great coffee and croissants! Not much space to sit, but the building is beautiful

Great coffee drinks! This little coffee place needs accurate and better signage to help tourists like me figure out where to order without having to ask. Help yourself to water, but pay no attention to the sign offering water with bubbles, cuz there’s only still tap water. Skip the cramp tiny space to drink your coffee and head right up stairs to the warm, darn, cozy lounge if the Chicago athletic club! They have 3 fireplaces up there and a full bar!

Cute, busy cafe with great coffee! We stop in here every now and again when we visit the Art Institute. Even on busier mornings, we can usually get in and out with our coffee and baked goods pretty easily. The decor is well done and we enjoy waiting near the lobby. Coffee and lattes are also always high quality!

If you have not experienced pour-over coffee stop it Fairgrounds. They do the pour-over style which gift such bold flavor to your cup of coffee. The decor on the inside is very nice and the staff are very friendly and efficient in their coffee making processes.

The food was mediocre. Also, I’ve ordered a croissant with eggs and only after a while they said that croissants are no longer available. Coffee was good.

Great local specialty coffee shop. They have a pour over menu ( it's on the left) and espresso drinks. They were fairly busy but the line still moved fairly quick. The staff seemed friendly. I got a local roasters Ethiopian pour over and it was good, exactly what I expected and hoped for. If you looking for specialty coffee this is a great place downtown. I would recommend and would love to come back.

A small coffee place, but it has one the best view on the park across the street. Not a lot of place to sit down and it's always packed with tourists. There's a nice terrasse outside where you can sit down, sip your tasty coffee and have one of their many pastries.

Popped in this weekend on a very cold January day in Chicago. The Vosges Chocolate Truffle Mocha was excellent. I especially liked it because it wasn't overly sweet. Service was quick and friendly.

First place I have found in America that cooks pastry properly, I have lived here over 5 years. Absolutely delicious pastry and spot on coffee. Full of flavour, will be visiting again when we go back to Chicago in a few weeks.

Convenient location right on the park. The coffee shop is in the lobby of an office building. Very mediocre oat milk cappuccino. Not terrible, but not great.

Very bad hot (not hot at all) cocoa and the flower milk tea. Just feels very blend. I would give it 4 star rating if we had a seat. It's rainy and no seat at all!!! Only total of 6 person seat with much too many customers. While I understand it's a rainy day and cannot do outdoor seat, still shock at how little seats there are inside the store. I feel like in the end of day, that's just a huge lack in considering customer experience, considering how often it rains in chicago. We had to seat on hotel stairs indoor ended up being chased away. Very very very bad experience. The drink is also not great. So overall a one star unfortunately. Will never come back. And for ppl who want to come. I suggest any Starbucks is much better. At least they have enough seats.

The barista was not friendly. The worst Chai I've ever had - I had to throw it away because it tasted like water and cinnamon. It was a waste of time and money.

Super awesome spot to get some coffee, it tastes nice and rich and flavorful, everything your looking for in a coffee. Inside is super nice and clean too!

Recommend: good coffee and treats. Place can get busy weekend mornings and a bit of wait to get order.

I had been meaning to try this place for so long after seeing all the good reviews and seeing it listed in an article featuring LA's best coffee shops. I went on a Wednesday morning around 9AM, snagging two-hour free street parking next to the store on Green since the meters don't start charging until 11AM. (If you come after 11AM or don't find any spots, there are two parking garages nearby that do 90 min free.)

Great little shop! Service was pretty slow and no place to sleep but that was because they were busy!

Ebony took great care of me, even with my ridiculous order of a lukewarm latte. The ambiance is beautiful, nested in the corner of a gorgeous entryway. It was the perfect finish on a chilly trip to Millennium Park.

5 pm, Sept.10th > walked in to order cappuccino. Man and women behind counter didn't even look and kept their conversation until I finished looking at menu to say "hi"...then they turned around. Cappuccino was expensive, heavy with milk, .. no froth but ton of small bubbles. Already knew milk wasn't prepared properly. After walking to my car to take little sip and it literally burned my tongue!!! Even after 5 hours my tongue feels unnatural. So fake and act like barista, yet ..... the guy just boiled milk and poured ....! So, unprofessional and no way this place can be considered as specialty coffee shop. You have many options at other location with drinks prepared with care. Do NOT visit this place, my money and tip totally wasted.

So I really like this place, but 3 out of my last 4 experiences have not been great. I try to come here everytime I finish my run down Lakeshore and through the parks. My first not great experience was about a month ago. A couple weeks before Chicago had mask mandates again, they were requiring masks. I didn't have mine because running outside with a mask on is terrible if I am not forced to, so I just couldn't go in. Not terrible but a little annoying. I always get their cold brews, and last time I went there, their taps just weren't working. Again, a little annoying. Now today, their card reader was offline so people could only pay with card swipes. I don't carry my wallet on my run, just phone, watch, and keys.. no card to swipe so I couldn't pay. I just ran down the street to another coffee shop that I could tap-to-pay at, so again, not a big deal, just annoying. Normally I love this place, so if you always have a mask even with no mandates, always have you card available to swipe, and only like cold brew sometimes, then this is the place for you.

The cafe has decent drink options. You can grab a coffee and relax in a beautiful lounge upstairs!

My husband, doggo and I stopped in while visiting Millennium Park, given they're dog-friendly. We ordered a couple of coffees and both were delicious and fairly priced ($4+tx each). Friendly service, highly recommended.

Stopped by while at Millennium Park. Great chocolate croissants (all pastries looked good)! Lots of beverage options. Tried an iced Elixir... Mayan something... great spices. Great baristas and service. Also found a hidden architectural view... the beautiful marble staircase inside the Chicago Athletic Association Hilton Hotel (same building).

My neighbor recommended this coffee shop to me. So, before going to work yesterday, I stopped by here for a cup of coffee. Because of the appearance of the venue, it gave me happiness and comfort. It was very sweet when I drank their coffee, which I actually preferred. So, if you're tired or need to take a break, go to this coffee shop!

It's also a good place to get a coffee cup. The environment is really relaxing. You can also meet people who are very kind and accommodating when providing service. To be honest, when they can achieve the desired flavor, every cup of coffee tastes delicious.

I enjoy your coffee store so lot. It was incredibly orderly and neat. There is also lots of seating. The owner and his handpicked personnel provided exceptional service, which prompted me to return. The coffee and tea pots were both delicious. That makes me really pleased! A fantastic coffee shop with a fantastic atmosphere! It is strongly recommended for everyone!

I got a hot turmeric ginger late and I was in love! Also got a hot chai late with almond milk and a shot of espresso, a yogurt parfait and a chia pudding. All delicious! Quick and friendly service!

My friend and I went to this coffee shop after our gym session. The mood is upbeat and youthful. The serving is fine and worth sharing for such a low price. We felt very at home here, it was the perfect place for relaxing. Furthermore, the whole team is friendly and attentive. It is strongly recommended that you visit the coffee shop!

Visited in a Saturday. The cafe was crowded , but the employees moved pretty fast. The coffee is terribly disgusting. I got the iced caramel lattee, and it was terrible. Just go to Starbucks instead.
