I think overall everything is way too overpriced (45$ for a simple take out breakfast) overall for the selection and quality and customer service. If they actually wanted local people to come every morning and not spending $100+ a week they should consider lowering their prices. For a local business I would’ve expected the staff to be nicer and even the owner. They were not the kindest to my partner or me. Honestly not the best way to start my morning. I miss how it actually felt (actually like a local coffee shop) before they made all the walls a weird black. The ambiance feels cold and dark.

If you enjoy paying $10+ for a dairy free iced latte and being treated like an inconvenience by the baristas then by all means this is the place to go. I’ve came here a handful of times since living in the neighborhood hoping that each bad experience was a one off chance, but each time the attitude from the baristas are extremely off putting, as if you’re doing something wrong by being there. There’s not a ton of local coffee shops in the near vicinity amongst a sea of Starbucks, so seeking out local is always my first choice but unfortunately this business misses the mark!

Friendly, Great Service, and Exciting Options! I was visiting my daughter and she took me here. I ordered the Queen of the Night, and OH MY! It was love at first taste and now I want another. Can't wait to visit again and try more of the menu!

A Chicago classic! Snagged some delicious coffee and topped it with a splash of almond milk. The scones all looked amazing! I think it would be nice if they considered access to some alternative coffee blends using a pour-over or aeropress. They have a few different blends I would love to try! Nice outdoor seating. Good service and easy to pay. Will try em' again and hope for a different blend!

Super happy you've opened back up. I'm new to the area but it seems like you are creating a hub for community, and good coffee. :)

Awesome, unique, fun. Every detail about this place shows off its wonderful personality. The heart shaped sandwiches, the uplifting message in the form of a wifi password, and the pick a card to get a discount on your order, it's all awesome. I would say a great place to do work, but don't ruin this place with your work computer, enjoy it!

The vibes are great and I can see myself doing a work day here and food is pretty decent! My biggest gripe is that the coffee tastes burnt even for a dark roast. I really wanted to like this place because its close by and has cute vibes but factoring their price point (high for even a typical “boutique” chicago coffee shop) it is not worth Maybe unless you have unlimited money and like the taste of car tire. But again cute vibes

Honestly, what's not to love about this place? It's cozy, there's lots of seating, and the drinks & goodies are delicious! Stopped in last Sunday with a few friends and we all truly enjoyed ourselves!

Great coffee. Very nice service. Awesome atmosphere. Reminded me of the coffee shops from back in the 90s when they were places to gather and hangout with good people or a good book.

This place is my happy place. It’s such a welcoming, comfortable and cozy café, almost like it’s straight out of a show or movie (thinking of Friends in particular). Coffee is great and the food options as well. Service is phenomenal and I can just highly recommend coming here. This café will always have a special place in my heart.

This is one of the best coffee shops I think I have ever visited. The coffee was delicious of course, but the staff was also incredible and so kind and welcoming. They were so patient with me and took me through the menu when I had questions and they delivered my coffee to me personally. The decor is so warm and inviting too and it really goes feel like a community place. Will be back so many times and would happily make it my regular shop!

Really cute coffee shop in an upscale neighborhood. The baristas were really nice and I have to say that the iced latte was so smooth and rich! We didn’t have of their bakery items but they looked yummy!!

This place has a certain charm that immediately makes you feel at ease. The owner and staff have put so much care and attention into the design, creating a space that feels warm and inviting. While it may be a little pricier than some other options, the atmosphere and comfort are absolutely worth it.

Great coffee and the remodeled space is awesome! Only reason it’s not a 5/5 for me is pricing. I used to order takeout from here during COVID and could get a great breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee for around $15, now it’s more like $25-$30 after tax and tip. I know food costs have hit the restaurant industry hard over the last couple years but it’s too hard to justify getting food here for me now. Still grab a coffee once in awhile because it’s so good, but this would be my go-to place if it was a little more economical.

Scones are always great, highly recommend them. The coffee is strong and the space inside is great for working and reading during the day.

First time at Two Hearted and wasn't disapointed. They were training a new barista when I came in and even then the service was superb. The way they were training showed how much they care about their team and the customer. I tried to order a specialty drink iced and they kindly made other suggestions so I would have the best drink experience. The coffee was amazing. Food was good. Wifi works great. Seating is the comfiest of the surrounding coffee shops. Definitely see this being my new Monday habit.

I've been here twice and both times were a memorable experience. The staff is fun and attentive, the food and coffee is great and it's a go-to when I'm in the area. Also, check out their gluten free donuts! Yyuuummm.

A special coffee shop that rivals the best. A five room house with a comfortable place throughout. You can get lost as if ykur in a private home and get lokst there for hours. Really conducive to working, studying or getting lost in a book. There afe a few places like it and all are worth finding. Good Coffee and bakery

Hidden gem! The cutest little corner shop. You can tell these people really care by how delicious their food is and the small details like the message on the cup. The bagel sandwiches are fresh and packed with flavor and the coffee is so good too! Can’t wait to make this our new weekend spot.

On a whim we tried the cinnamon maple scone along with our coffees. Oh. My. Lawd. It tasted like a fresh old fashioned doughnut, but in scone form. It was nutty, had just a hint of sweetness, and a really nice spice flavor. Do yourself a favor and try one.
