I am a Starbucks patron. This is a nice, sizable locations with great views for people watching but no nearby parking. Super busy intersection of Damen/North/Milwaukee in Wicker Park! Despite the inconvenience for the city driver, a fav location. Also within steps of the Blue Line

First time I’ve been to a Starbucks reserve. They have an extensive menu other than the normal one. There are many fancy looking coffee machines as well in a bar type setting. I ordered my usual americano and cheese danish however I will order from the other menu when I return.

Beautiful venue for unique coffees, cocktails, teas, and more. It can be quite crowded on weekends, best to visit on a week day on typical work hours. The coffee beans are quite expensive, ranging from $24-72. Cocktails start at 2pm

Hanna's magical communication skills bring smiles to customers, while her gastronomic expertise adds a unique touch to the coffee selection. With her leadership potential, she stands out as a future store manager. Her dedication sets a revered customer service standard at Starbucks, and her generosity in fixing orders with “the American way” is impressively hospitable.

This is one of the closest Starbucks Reserve places to me and its location is definitely superb! The ambience is perfect for reading, getting some work done, and catching up with friends. I like that they have classic & house affogato here along with other reserve drinks ☕️🍨!! (Didn’t know cinnamon goes well with affogato but it does, apparently🤭) Also, the building it’s located in is an absolute beauty, so I do suggest coming to this Starbucks if you are in the Wicker Park neighborhood.

Enjoyed this Starbucks, looks like they have both normal Starbucks and Reserve side (unlike a different Starbucks Reserve I went to which didn't have the normal Starbucks drinks or full mobile app functionality) Just wanted to give props, this was one of the best decaf coffees I've ever had. I can't have coffee anymore and once in a while I settle for decaf or a decaf Americano. Here they informed me they can make a decaf Pike fresh for me with their Reserve Clover machine...I didn't want to be a bother but they said it was no issue, so I gave it a try. They opened the bag fresh for me and I saw them put the beans into the machine. Within a couple minutes later it was ready, and wow, so full of flavor Usually decaf is watery, lacking flavor, and even then still gets me kind of antsy and agitated (depending on where I get it and how they make it since it always has some caffeine) and this one didn't get me antsy at all despite being so flavorful (almost the same or better than regular coffee I've had elsewhere). Thanks to the staff, you make a great cup of joe for someone who can't enjoy regular coffee anymore

I went in the evening and an older, african american gentleman at the counter had a very snarky attitude. I had a long day at the airport and just wanted a matcha. His behavior, whether because i forgot to mention cinnamon on my matcha latte or because he thought I wasn’t saying my order quickly enough, was dismissive and disrespectful. I’m sure at his age he’d rather not be working at Starbucks but the least he could do is be pleasant. Adding this to the long list of why I no longer frequent the franchise.

It has it’s unique charm and ambiance. Beautifully remodeled and cozy spacious sitting area for quick coffee and just relaxing. It gets busy since it’s by an intersection but they get to maintain the place neat and clean. Staff are friendly and ok. It’s your usual Starbucks.

It is very welcome. The building is at the corner of N Damon and N Milwaukee. It is easy to spot. And also open early in the morning which is really great for every early birds. Today Rick is a great helper, he is so nice. If you feel like to have a special cup of coffee you can make a stop here and just order your favorite drink ^^ I am sure you it will make your day. ☕️

It’s a nice Starbucks, usually I just get water with mint because coffee really loosens my lower chakras. That one Ron Glass looking dude is always laughing at me though.

The people that work at this restaurant are beyond friendly, kind, and generous. I had lunch in the area and felt really sick all of a sudden with what seems to have been food poisoning and was not close to my home. So I ran into this Starbucks, bought a drink and went to the bathroom. I was so sick and out of it for 30+ minutes in there and one of the employees kindly knocked on the door to check in if I was okay. I vomited so many times and had to use so much toilet paper to clean it up as best as I could that the toilet clogged unfortunately. When I finally collected myself and could get up and was feeling a bit better, I went to the employees behind the counter to tell them what happened and offer to plunge it myself. They waved it away saying no worries and told me they hoped I felt better. I am so appreciative of their kindness, especially when I was feeling so awful. I wish I would have given an even bigger tip when I bought my drink. I will next time I’m there. Thank you so much to the lovely people that work here…

If you're in the area go for the building itself because it is a Wonka factory for coffee lovers. But with long lines and high prices I found that it's not the best experience. The drinks are good and fun but not a must-stop place for me.

Gets busy, may not find seating during peak hours (10-3). Otherwise, it's just another Starbucks with more flavorful, exclusive additions if you're into that.
