This coffee is so cute, French style. It’s a hidden gem inside a big complex, I found it by walking to treasure Island store. The barista was very nice guy. The Decour in the design inside or just impressive. It does remind you with France or something. I will come back to try the cappuccino, espresso and the other drinks. It’s a very nice place to bring your friends to brag about the vibe of Chicago. I think there is a gelato ice cream on the right side but the fridge was empty so I don’t know what’s in there. Coming back for sure.

1:30pm and they are closed. No sign. No nothing. Just closed. Apparently after asking around they do this all the time. Well run business.

Great chai latte. hours are 7 am - 12 pm is what the barista told me (a little different from their typical hour sign)

I used to go to the one on Michigan Ave. and loved it. The service at this location was horrible. The barista was talking with some woman & not paying attention to my party. I ask him a direct question and he says ok. My coffee was wrong & I tell him so. He just looks at me and goes back to talking. My mom had already orders hers & he forgot what she ordered. He makes it and we left. I was surprised considering the old location used to be great! It is a place to grab morning coffee for commuters but not worth it for anyone else.

I have always wanted to stop in when passing by this place. It looked very cozy from the outside. Finally today I am here, and pleased to leave a five star review. First of all the cafe is located inside the large plaza, so you won't see it from the outside. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I personally enjoyed the mathematic theme. They have an exquisite Italian blend of coffee that goes down very smooth. As a coffee roaster myself, I can speak to it's quality. The owner is of the most hospital I've ever encountered. He stopped to chat with me just while I was doing some work here. The wifi password is espresso680. While there are only a few places to charge inside, it's still a great place to sit and work, either from a laptop or phone. I will definitely add them to my weekend coffee bike tour. Try their unique espresso, Americano, or mixed coffee beverage. The blend they use mixes wonderful with cream.

I got the zebra iced coffee but the espresso tasted a little burnt. They had a nice muffin selection so I got the pumpkin and it was pretty good.

The staff was extremely rude and claimed to not know anything. I asked for a cup of water to go with a cup of milk I ordered, they said it would be 4.00 for a cup of water. They acted as if they were annoyed people were coming to order.

The cutest coffee/matcha spot in Burbank. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning/afternoon beverage. There's seating inside and outside. Avriel is wonderful, she went above and beyond to help us choose a drink that fit our taste buds! Thank you, Avriel! Will come again soon :)

Terrible experience! I waited a half an hour to get a double espresso and they gave me a tiny little espresso cup and when I asked for a small coffee cup so I could add a little cream because there was no room to add any cream in the little Dixie cup they gave me they refused to give me one and said that’s the cup it came in and I wasn’t allowed to have a little bigger cup! Ridiculous! It’s not like I didn’t buy anything and they acted like a small cup was gonna break them! Worst customer service and the espresso wasn’t even warm! Don’t waste your time or money!

It was hot out and from lugging my suitcase throughout city of Chicago asi was using public transportation. I was thirsty so I stopped at Cafe Descartes in Midway airport. I asked the 2 women working there if i could have just a small glass of water only to be told it would be $5- AGAIN FOR A GLASS, NOT A BOTTLE OF WATER. THEN.. The elderly lady who was after me simply asked for a plastic spoon(she had a yogurt she wanted to eat before she went thru security) & they told her - of course w/a nasty-a** attitude - they only get a certain amount so they cannot part with ONE(meanwhile they had a tin overflowing with them).. WOW! Loved the older women's response to them once she saw overflowing tin but il refrain from writing it. Great customer service👎

Service in store is great says my daughter but when she called due to a misplaced card he was extremely rude and did not assist us in anyway he fact he asked if we could stop calling. I did not appreciate this type of customer service. That is the purpose of having a phone... to communicate with your customers
