The bagels are great but the cashier should go back to school and get a personality. Nowhere in “Retail101” does it say it’s appropriate to eat something while ringing in a customers order. Handling my food order while she is eating just doesn’t seem right!!! Again, my Nova Lox was very tasty.

Came here for the first time today, very nice and roomy dine in area. They were really busy, so be prepared to wait a bit for your order or to even get your order taken during busy times. The food was okay, chicken tastes like freezer burn, but the bagels are soft and delicious! They serve Caribou coffee as well, nice drink selections. The employees hate their jobs and it's very noticeable by how "moody" they are. We sat by the ordering counter and we could hear them arguing with each other the whole time we were there. Other than that, great place to get bagels! I would probably do delivery or pickup next time to avoid the wait and crabby employees.

It was my 1st time at Einstein's, and I liked it a lot. I had a Texan Brisket with Garlic Beagle, the location has an excellent location (conveniently close to my chooses hotel 😏) and a lot of inside space, it was barely crowded and device was as quick as you could expect. Restorooms were clean and staff was very attentive. In my opinion, the combination I chooses was a bit too dry 😅 but very tasty 🤤.

Rude employees, bad service and no seating! Yet another establishment still using Covid as an excuse not to provide standard accommodations, but doesn’t hesitate to inflate its prices. Less service for more $$$.

I ordered half dozen bagels and shmear. The counter girl did not tell me what was gourmet and what was not. They were not even in a rush and had a bad attitude already. The cashier charged me $20 even though I kept saying that 6 bagels are $11.99. She said it was tax. 50% tax? That's new! Horrible service and that too early morning. Please go back to school to learn manners and counting.

Poor customer service. 5 people working behind the counter and they looking like they just standing around. It wasnt busy but they still managed to get the order wrong? Lol. The cashier was on tik tok while she took our order lmao.

Ordered baked hash browns from here which turned out to be too oily and undercooked. Very disappointed. This is a take away only store.

Wow look at this Greek tragedy. I understand it didn't have to look like the picture but this nightmare should be illegal. Tried there specialty brisket sandwich this morning and when I got home this is what I got. So sad. Now I remember why I never come here.

We have been going to this restaurant for a long time and always enjoyed their tasty food. Unfortunately, our recent visit was upsetting because of the behavior of one of the staff members, her name (Tamara) she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She even raised her voice at my husband when he tried to politely explain the problem we had with our order. My husband could have responded the same way, but he remained calm and ignored her because he’s very respectful. But she continued to be impolite and refused to help us in resolving the problem, she didn't even want to listen!!! To make matters worse, we were given the wrong order and were even charged for it!!! When I politely told her that she should be nicer to people, she rudely told me to shut up. It was truly surprising and unexpected to see this kind of unprofessional behavior from a restaurant we previously thought was good. We won’t be going back there again. It's really disappointing when a place you trust lets you down. It's very important for a restaurant to hire nice staff who have good morals and are respectful to customers to keep its good reputation. Service: unsatisfied 0 out of 10.

Not a bad bagel place. Good for a grab and go if you work near there.

Food was good, however they messed up 3 of 9 orders in my group. They remade their items quickly which was nice. Wish there was seating inside

Staff and food are amazing. Bagels 🥯 are made fresh daily. I had to edit this review because I am so excited to say they finally got tables and seats to eat and get my work done! I feel like the staff here are my friends! A big shout out to both Michelle's ... Michelle the baker makes yummy bagels for myself and all the construction 🏗️ workers to get through the day! Mari and Stephanie always have a warm smile and rock out every order. Thank you ladies you all need a raise!

Lady at the counter this morning was extremely rude. Guy putting my order together was great to work with.

This place is terrible. You wait so long. All the food is fake like subway. The Chorizo on my breakfast burrito was a broken up patty. Looked like cat food. Tasted nothing like Chorizo. Idk what it was.

Bagels in Chicago are abhorrent to begin with. Asked the 'friendly' people for a toasted bagel that is flimsy and floppy like rubber. The cream cheese is an absolute joke on top of it. Then after this I was given a screen to give a tip. Learned my lesson on shaving a few minutes off. Take the extra walk to Corey's down the street like I should have done.

They treat costumers badly and they have really bad service. I don’t recommend this place at all. If y’all want breakfast go to McDonald’s or Dunkin cause it’s a big no here.

Bagels are fresh, and service is quick. Great for a basic, straightforward breakfast. Nice if you want to socialize and not feel crowded or hurried.

Do yourself a favor and walk a couple of blocks to Corey’s. Corey’s: bustling, friendly employees, prompt customer service, good bagel. Einsteins: dead empty, unfriendly (and miserable looking) employees, NO customer service, grocery-store tasting bagel.

I started coming here on my morning commutes every Friday. I wanted to stop by to try, and I usually pick up my breakfast from Starbucks next door- but what sold me is the Taste, Great Service, and affordable price. . The significant stand-out is the two young ladies that work every Friday morning. They are always so friendly, service me quickly, and give a quick chat. Compared to mobile order pick-ups where I forgot to say hello, it's a nice wake-up to my morning whenever starting my day :) Thanks ladies for serving up the best Bagels in Park Ridge!

WOW!! I exist in a bagel coma after this morning's amazing experience at Dearborn and Kinzie! I ordered using the app and arrived a few minutes early. A nice woman confirmed that my order was next to be fulfilled. And a super nice woman carefully packaged my bagels and spread, walking my bagels and super divinely hot coffee to me with zest and kindness. I felt like she appreciated my business. I surely appreciated her, and I hope that she knows it. And the bagels! Oh the bagels were DIVINE. My beautiful puppies also enjoyed licking the cream cheese from my fingers, lol. Love the bagels. The service is exceptional. They remember me and know my name. I've been goind there for years following them from when they were located on Pearson St near Michigan Ave to this new location. The coffee is fantastic but the service is next level.
