My daughter is a nutella nut. She went with the nutella waffles with nutella whipped cream and a side of strawberries with nutella dipping sauce. I had the yogurt, fruit and pound cake. My son, pancakes. Everyone was happy. We timed the line just right and no waiting. Very few people are allowed inside at a time. 1/2022

The desserts are delicious. You won't miss the signature crepe and the Nutella ice cream. For me, a cold drink is so so. They should have the frappe, it would be perfect. The outdoor table is perfect for sitting around the sunset. Oh. I miss this place so much.

Stopped in quickly to get two personalized jars of Nutella because of the window’s advertisement. I was impressed by what I saw inside! There were breakfast options (See menu photo), merchandise, and more. Very friendly team. They are my personalized labels in a matter of 45 seconds. Nice atmosphere.

Nutella Cafe Chicago 😋 sounds yummy and it is. coming to this place there was a wait a long line (there always is) we waited outside for about 30 minutes a server came out to bring us a menu. coming in to the actual location we brought a stroller you must be aware it is NOT handicap accessible there is no ramp to get in the building. Coming in the wait was minimal less than 2 minutes to order. there are 3 separate locations within the store wear you can find seating i will say it is extremely limited and a tight squeeze. Service is good not polite but not rude they bring your food and leave asking for napkins will be challenging you'll have to get up and get them your self. We ordered 4 cups of Nutella Gelato 😋 and a waffle. The flavor of the Gelato was good but extremely overwhelming 😫 with sugar so much that immediately I was thristy I needed water (it was good ) it was) but overwhelming for me. The waffle was good to wish it would of came with a small spoon full of ice-cream just to wash the taste of the egg batter down it was good to just not what I was expecting. over all we will came back in the winter for hot chocolate. one last thing it is baby friendly they do have high chairs for them which I liked.

I don’t have a sweet tooth for Nutella stuff like most people I know have, but this was a fun experience visiting Chicago. There was a long line when we visited in a Saturday afternoon, but it was very quick. Food was good but nothing extraordinary: we ordered the Grilled Banana Bread, the Crepe and some coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised at how tasty things were. The fruit platter came with warm Nutella. Nice touch. The pancakes were great too, fresh strawberries and Nutella! The staff was all very friendly. You can get a personalized jar of Nutella. Sadly it is relatively expensive. Overall worth visiting at least once for the fun of it.

I didn't like it at all . I ordered a crep with extra nutella and it's seems little and the strawberry is old & soggy and the taste is not good at all , I sat near the window the chair is not comfortable I thought the place is much nicer . Also ordered a latte it's okay not the best . The waiting time is 40 min and it's not worth the waiting . The only thing I liked is the big jar of nutella in the Cafe

🍫Chocolate lovers, you must visit here! It was a lot of fun visiting here and trying out food here. We got greek yogurt one and hot cocoa. It was super yummy!! It is very crowded when we visited, so be prepared to wait in line.

Good place. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. I enjoyed their food very much. Can't say that for their drinks. I had the Nutella coco and it didn't have much of a Nutella flavor but just regular hot chocolate. However the crepes and the French toast are really good. Nice ambience. When I went there they had a wait time and we had to wait outside in the cold. They could keep people waiting inside instead of keeping people out in the cold.

I think it is a nice place and has good service. The hot Nutella cocoa was great, I liked the banana bread and the croissant toasted with Nutella and strawberries. The only not good thing is that you have to wait outside and make a line to get inside and enjoyed your coffee. It is too crowded. So be prepared.

In town for a sorority conference and saw this cute shop on the corner. My daughter and I love Nutella so I stopped quickly to get us personalized jars 13 oz for $8.50. The dine-in experience seemed to be nice and the employees were very courteous and helpful.

The line up is built-up by the owner. They have tons of room inside the store but they dont let people in to make the cafe look super popular and busy.. Just see the pictures. The management should respect their customers better than this. The door guy said they were understaff which was not the case. They do it everyday consistently like they are shortstaff the whole year!?!

The most delicious place I ever been. I wish we also had it in my hometown! A lot of tourists and the wait is a bit longer than expected, but it was definitely worth it

We got the croissant and hot chocolate after we were told that they were out of waffles; guess no one felt like making batter. The croissant had a pitiful streak of nutella in it and some smeared on the bottom. The attached picture will show you just how measly it is. The hot chocolate tasted like hazelnut water; very little flavor. For $14 for the two things, it is absolutely horrible. All of this was after waiting in line outside the establishment before being allowed inside to wait in another line. It's not worth your time in any way, it won't even satisfy a craving for nutella.

This place is awesome for a quick sweet breakfast. The only part I missed out on this was they didn’t have coffees or lattes I went in 2 days and they said they were sold out since morning 9 am..!! The Banana Bread and the Nutella Croissant 🥐 was worth it. A great service and a friendly staff.

Decent one experience thing but don’t see myself as patron multiple times. Food was okay (can find same or better in any nearby cafe in less price), coffee was below average. If you really want to come, I would recommend come in large group, get your drink elsewhere and get one of each speciality item and share.

I really wanted to love this place. There was a line to get inside for no reason other than making it look busy. Then they let you make the line to let you down telling 30 min to closing is only take out. Also the young barista gave my server the drink close incorrectly so I took a minor spill no apologies or a replacement to my half spilled latte. Other than the bad the Nutella is amazing and its a nice place to come for dessert. For more reviews follow me on IG@carlosrob23

This whole cafe smells amazing. We stopped in for a quick hot chocolate to warm us up in the middle of the freezing Chicago cold winter. It was definitely a 10/10. Next time we will try a few treats, too.

Touristy place with good food and ambience. Always has a huge queue so plan ahead. Good bang for a buck. Good for a quick snack albeit calorie heavy. Banana bread was amazing! Best place to take kids

Artificial line up… empty inside with lots of room and yet there is a huge line up outside… there are only 2 orders in front of the guy and he is taking his time to make them. I mean marketing much?! Lol?!

I wanted to try this place for years but when they first opened there were lines down the street and it seemed as if every time I visited it was too crowded. What a pleasant surprise to finally go and have a delicious treat that was reasonably priced with great service.

Saw long lines in front of this cafe during the summer and autumn, which gave the impression that the place must be good. Looks cozy, and the team members are pleasant. Though, I did not expect the order for inside to be in disposable tableware. Unfortunately, cappuccino didn't taste good (I assume they don't use 100% arabica coffee), and the crème brûlée was a tad too sweet (because of Nutella at the bottom). However, it would be unfair to leave a low rating because some things were not to my liking. Nothing was spoiled or low quality, and the service was good.

Heaven for Nutella lovers. You can get your name engraved on the nutella bottle ( don't get it done if ur gonna go by flights though) . Their Nutella Hot coco , with Nutella shavings , Nutella Banana bread and Nutella crepe with Gelato ice cream is the best ! The line may seem long but it moves quickly . The cafe is very warm , server's are very attentive! Great hangout spot !

8.5/10 I would do lower, but the people here were great. For the food though, some of the items are overwhelmingly covered with Nutella. The hot chocolate was made with milk, but it still tasted like it was made with water. Over all, good.

Great experience. Had the recommended Nutella hot cocoa. Although it wasn't as thick in texture, the taste was amazing. I liked how it wasn't overpowering or extremely sweet. They had a lot of options that any Nutella lover would love to try

A fun spot with fun food. We went on the Monday after the Chicago marathon and the line extended outside the store, so it took about 30 min to get our order placed. The big attraction is being able to get a customized jar of Nutella, but the food is great too. We ordered the croissant French toast, banana bread, waffles, and affogato Gelato. Everything was delicious and filled with Nutella goodness. Definitely worth a stop when in town.

I loved everything about visiting this Cafe! The food was delicious. Service was great! It was cleanly! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was not being able to get the Nutella Cocoa with the biscuit as they had run out. If going here I definitely recommend going as early in the day as possible as I hear it gets REALLY busy. We went in right at 9am when they opened and there was only two other groups there at the same time as us.

Very nice place. We ordered few different type of desserts and they were all very good. Cream brulee was very good with a notella touch. Croissant was really 👍 good. And the banana bread was really good as well. The atmosphere was little loud but really nice. Service was amazing.

  • 3/5 Adriana A. 4 months ago on Google
The place is cute but it's really tiny and cozy. They have a few food options but unfortunately the nutella banana bread we ordered was burnt and had a weird taste so we couldn't really savour it after waiting around 30 mins to receive our order. I think the place is only worth it if you want to get a personalized Nutella container, otherwise go somewhere else.

The Atmosphere and Service of this place is good. Food options are nothing special. Personalizing the name on the Nutella jar is cool. Worth checking this place if the line is not too long.

This is a paradise for nutella lovers. Things you must try: Nutella Gelatino Nutella biscuits Nutella cocoa hot/cold based on ur preference. Only thing I didn’t like about this store is always there will be a huge queue outside. Plan to spend at least 30 minutes standing in queue. I tried to order pickup online but in Uber eats I don’t see whole menu. I think Nutella guys have to find a better way to manage crowd. Either they have to create a new queue just for take out orders so that they can avoid huge queue outside their store. My daughter and wife love ice cream and specially Nutella so i definitely visit this place when ever we visit Chicago.

It was a fun stop but nothing spectacular. I wouldn't worry about doing it again. The food was ok, the croissant would have been better warm. It gets pretty busy and the line takes a while to get through. They do have handy table finders so they can bring your food to you without having to search you out.

  • 5/5 Neira K. 10 months ago on Google
OMG, the Nutella desserts here are just amazing! USA is not known for crepes, so if you crave one- come here. We also had a yogurt parfait and espresso gourmet, and it was all divine. Will be back 100%.

Waiting: we waited like 20 mins than passed by fast. Service: expedite and attentive: Food: worth the price, really good. We ordered, french toast, pancakes and strawberry with Nutella. All good. Location: near Millenium park. Great for before or after the park

Great place, great environment. I liked the atmosphere and the workers there were kind to me. The food was delicious, nothing to complain about. I'm not a big nutella fan, but it was definitely great place to try out.

I’ve never had Nutella before at my big age and was excited to try this cafe. I ordered the panzonella which was a mixture of berries, cake pieces and Nutella. Delicious

Recently, my family and I stopped over to this cafeteria, and we greatly loved the foods and drinks that we ordered. It was all delicious and satisfying. Besides, the waitress that entertained us at that time was very accommodating, nice, and careful. Honestly, we greatly love to spend our precious time in your cafeteria. It was clean, comfortable, and refreshing. Till next time!

In love with this cafe! Amazing experience! All Nutella serving portions are perfectly sized, though it might look small. Whip cream is out of the world! Definitely going again n again!

Sweet sweet sweet! Do order a hazelnut latte it’s my personal fav! Crapes & French toast croissant were good too.

Line moved pretty fast, crepe was delicious. Pricing was alright considering it's a tourist trap. Small complaints was that the line is for BOTH take-out and dine in. There was only one person/station doing the personalized jars.... The group in front of us bought 25 jars and we were stuck behind.

  • 4/5 Take Back R. 2 years ago on Google
The food was all very good. My americano was tasty. The decor is really cool and it’s very clean inside. My only complaint is that they were still having a staff meeting nearly 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open. Instead of opening at 9, it was closer to 9:15 when they finally opened.

  • 5/5 Marcela K. 2 years ago on Google
The café is a little bit more than your regular café, but the portions are large. I ordered two ice cream scoops, and they were so big they could fill two regular containers. The wait time is a little bit longer, and masks are mandatory. The ambiance is good, and the decor is spacious.

  • 5/5 Stephanie V. 2 years ago on Google
Love this place. It's a long line to dine in but worth the wait. You could also order to go if you're in a rush. Very friendly and always keeping the place clean and disinfected. Would love to visit again when I go to Chicago.
