We used to love to come here but it has gotten consistently worse over the past few weeks. Last time they were out of serrano so I had to settle for the turkey sandwich. OK. This time they were out of cheese! Really? It's one of the main ingredients in every sandwich! When you go to McDonald's, do they ever tell you they ran out of buns? Also, the restroom was a mess and there was no soap. Seriously? Is this a gas station in Gary, Indiana? Come on guys, get your act together!

These are the most fresh juices I’ve ever had. The spicy tuna sandwich is to die for! Herb tonic and prince of green are one of my favorite juices!

Got the power shake and it was delicious! This was the first time here and we tried using our app to earn points. It was a bit disappointing that there was no way to accommodate that or add it on our end . The customer service however was amazing. Will definitely come back

Delicious, fresh made smoothies. Flavor combinations were very tasty. Decor was well done and upbeat. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Unfortunately you had no tomatoes anymore. But you didn’t told us when we ordered and paid the avocado sandwiches. Service staff wasn’t willing to refund or change. If you would have told me during the ordering process I would have changed or canceled the order. Sorry for the bad rating here, but I paid for Sandwiches you couldn’t provide without any chance to change or excuse. I had to take it as it is. No solution or offer from you side. It’s not my fault that you ran out of tomatoes. Very disappointing.

We stopped here in the morning for a quick meal after arriving to Chicago and we had a great experience. Our turkey sandwiches were delicious and our juice smoothie was delectable. The interior decor was super cool and gave the place a modern look. I would definitely recommend this location if you’re in the area.

I'm giving 4 stars for two reasons; the staff seemed annoyed I was ordering and disrupting their convo, and the sandwich was basically bare. Everything tasted great, it's cute inside, and I'd go back for juice only. I ordered the VAVO, a vegan avocado panini like sandwich. For it to be a vegan sandwich, there wasn't a lot of spinach or tomatoe on it. Probably 2 slices of tomatoe. Taste was good, but it was mostly bread. Not worth it. For juice, I ordered the Green Tonic and loved it.

Stop by here to have some coffee in this cold weather in Chicago. I like the coffee taste in here, and loved the decoration and their stylish store and cups 😂 but the price of a coffee compare to the portion cup was a bit higher than usual.

The spicy tuna sandwich (gluten free bread) is amazing, and their juices are always good. Four stars tho because I cannot for the life of me figure out why they insist on using Frappuccino lids for their juices. It’s not like you get whipped cream on top. These lids are especially a disaster if you order juice and food and have it delivered - The juice spills all over. Lid rant aside, this place is the bomb.

blueberry muffin paired with cappucino is a great start. love the muffin and the coffee. Just visiting the chicago, this coffeeshop is so far have a best coffee I tried

I like the products here but I’m starting to get very tired by how wildly inconsistent the texture and FLAVOR profile of multiple items are from day to day. I thought I found a new local favorite and have spent roughly $500 here in the past two months. The blue Magic tastes like 3 different smoothies all in the same week. The tunacado is also wildly burnt from day to day. tbh I’ve never dealt with this type of variation in quality with other restaurants. Either you guys don’t train your staff correctly, aren’t using measuring tools or overall just lazy with how you treat loyal customers. This ain’t it. I’ll just start making this at home.

Selling bowls but they don’t have spoons to eat it! Manager is a joke! Blaming covid for not having utensils, not able to refund the money either, chairs and couches dirty ! Expect to eat a bowl with a straw when paying premium price! And the bathrooms are disgusting too.

I was really looking forward to a good Aussie coffee when I saw Joe and the Juice! Sadly it didn’t deliver. Highly disappointing coffee and the place was a mess. No soap in the bathroom either! Sad to see a great brand with high standards in Oz come here and settle.

Awful experience! Not only, staff don't know how to make different coffees, but also was very unclean and dirty all around (don't even want to mention the restroom, you just can imagine it). This is a huge managing failure when you have your business in one of the best locations in downtown Chicago but you can't run it! don't recommend it at all. 👎👎👎

It was a pleasure to meet with a friend for juice and coffee at Joe & the Juice. The branding is clever and easy to follow, and the staff are friendly. Our juices were bright and green and full of flavorful nutrients. The baristas took pride in our lattes. One nit is the entrance, and 3 women open the front door. It's very heavy.

Cute little cafe with a very nice interior to chill or work. The workers were nice too. It’s a bit of a shame that the Matcha vanilla iced latte I ordered didn’t meet my expectations. The matcha didn’t have a high quality taste but the drink itself did look appealing.

I can only comment on the coffee, don't eat there, but their coffee beverages and matcha lattes are really good. Staff is always super nice and accommodating. Could use some updating, lots of stained chairs and they need to fix the door, ridiculously hard to open. Good overall atmosphere and great place to read and relax for a bit as well as meeting friends for a coffee.

The place is amazing but the drinks are not I’m really disappointed with the taste of it doesn’t have any flavor 😖

I got the avacado shake and it was absolutely amazing, the service was good and honestly there are no cons about this place.

Both drinks were good. Nice place to come and relax or catch up with a friend. Definitely will be coming back later to try out other drinks.

I ordered the green shield and it is absolutely amazing. Very fresh. The service was prompt and each staff member I interacted with was super friendly! I didn’t like how flies were hovering around the fruits and around the staff. I definitely think they need to figure out what to do about that. But the juice was delicious and the staff were kind. The store was very clean (which is why I was shocked to see the flies) and the aesthetic is super cool. Definitely check them out for fresh juice or vegan friendly options.

I juice at home, but have been under the weather this week so I decided to order from J&TJ. The first few mornings were great, then the juices texture, flavors, and temperatures became inconsistent, then I started receiving the wrong juices, then I started missing items. Also, the last two orders did not have safety stickers, so the bags are drenched including food items. To spend over $200 and see that much inconsistency in a week is unfortunate. Today is my last order.

Staff were exceedingly positive. Very beautiful layout, vibes were amazing and so was the music. Most importantly, those super-drinks are very tasty. Ended up getting an Energizer and it was most definitely the most refreshing thing I had in Chicago.

Looking for a coffee/espresso beverage open early? This was the perfect place to stop. Iced latte was excellent. I will definitely come back next time I am near by.

This place has a nice modern decor and overall very calming atmosphere. I ordered the go away doc and added pineapple, my juice was really good! I also got the brownie since you can't be all healthy. This place is expensive but it's too be expected. They also have sandwiches and breakfast bowls. I would recommend if you're looking for healthier options.

Great service! 16 Oz oat milk latte was so delicious and the Avocado sandwich was decent.

Only been to this location once and another time on Hubbard. The Green Shield is worth every dollar! The ingredients are super fresh. Tunacado is delicious and it’s hard to make a delicious tuna sandwich. I love the ambiance plus all the juiced fruits and veggies gives this place such a fresh smell.

Ordered the spicy tunacado no jalapenos with tabasco, extra tuna, and avocado. They forgot the tabasco BUT it was SO SO good, and I’m someome who can’t stand the smell of tuna. Also, service was very fast!

Ordered the club sandwich, easy process and fast service. The sandwich has was served with a nice crisp bread...it was AWESOME 👌
