Open Public space that has many events throughout the year. Farmers markets, food trucks, music, Christkindle market and so many more. Take time to check out the year round Pacaso a gift from the artist to the city of Chicago. Below the plaza is the pedway underground walking tunnel system of Chicago. Across the street is Block 37 entertainment complex and access to the Blue and Red lines on the L system

Went here during the Farmers market had fun food tasting. It's a busy open square and a great photo op of the picasso sculpture.

We went for the christkringl market and had a blast! The sights, the sounds, the smells made our first experience great. We (gladly) went on a weekday, so it wasnt crazy busy.

Lots of benches, some of them shaded. Room around both the sculpture and fountain to sit and hang out. I like eating lunch here and people watching! Sorry benches aren’t pictured, I’m sitting on one to take this pic, and there are many more to the right off screen.

Great place to gather on a nice summer day to take a break from it all. Doesn't hurt that they have a number of food trucks available to satisfy any food craving you may have.

One of the first pieces of art I ever saw was this awesome piece at the Daley Plaza in Chicago. One of the most famous pieces downtown! Check it out

Daley Plaza is in the heart of the loop and the main location for many events thru the year. It is on Washington and Next to the Daley Center. There is not much to do when there are no events. This is a main movie location for the Blues Brothers which was at the end. There is a large statue my Picasso.

This was our 10th year of coming into the Christkindle Christmas Market. Always like all the booths and the food options. However this year I was disappointed that the only vendor to have Stollen was inside the candy shop and it was just generic Stollen and not fresh like in years past. Apparently no one feels a fresh treat isn't necessary as I could not find it anywhere on the grounds. Everything else was good.
