Nice park in front of the navy pier. You can walk along the ridge of the fountain without getting wet, even though the fountain is spraying.

in town for the July 4th fireworks.. great spectacle, only thing but more of a comical chapter to the memoirs, the sprinkler system went off and hilarious watching the crowd scatter and crowds laughter to make more fun for everyone ...🎆💦✨💦✨💦

This is an urban park that serves as a Green Front Door to the Navy Pier in Chicago. You will find a large circular fountain, park benches, nicely landscaped flowerbeds as well as a couple monuments, including the Captain at the Helm monument as well as a sculpture of a group of children playing. The park extends north of the Navy Pier linking up with the Adams Memorial Park and Milton Lee Olive Park to create a sizeable green space and leisure area. It is also transected by the Lakeshore Trail that skirts the shore of Lake. Michigan.

Always a random moment!!! Love the Transformer Installation, love when they have fun pop up art in this park. It's right across from the Children's Museum.

Awesome place near Navy Pier! Cool outdoor stage, great views of the city and ok views of the lake. Great for the fireworks. Close enough to the pier to get food or drinks, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Nice for a walk or a break when you're near downtown. Caught a comedy show for Chicago humanities there, which was awesome.

Got to see a new art installation go up by a sunglasses company. And lots of people enjoying the weather and water nearby. Benches available to sit and enjoy.

An open setting accentuating a large fountain—my daughter galloped to it as soon as she realized what it was. This Fun Fountain is surrounded by benches to rest. I name it ’A Happy Place’ considering numerous kids/toddlers running and jumping in the water, basically having a good time. Our visit to Chicago today ended up being at Polk Bros Park. Definitely, a day well spent.

The only way to describe my tiny human's time at this fountain was *enthralled*. He was so excited, so joyful, and had a wonderful Saturday morning getting drenched. I've been here before, and there was even a little festival going on. When we circled back later on this day, there was a cute little market with vendors set up.

A perfect spot for an outdoor movie—Water Flicks, a summer series of movies at Navy Pier’s Polk Bros Park Lake Stage.

Navy Pier is definitely a tourist attraction. Lots of cruise boats to view the city on the water. Restaurants and shopping is available however, pricey since it is a tourist spot.

Navy Pier has some fun attractions, especially for tourists, but even locals can enjoy hidden gems like this little park to the south of the pier with two stages for outdoor performances, people watching, and amazing views.

There is no playground here. There are some statues, christmas decorations during winter time, and big area to walk around. This park is right outside Navy Pier and you can see the water from here.

Wonderful facility near the entrance of Navy Pier. There are two stages and some gardens. One of the stages overlooks the harbor giving a great background for the frequent performances. Good sound and lighting. Bring lawn chairs or sit on the lawn for the stage facing the lake, the stage facing west has seating.

I like to take my dog here. There are a bunch of statues in the park which he is terrified of. I like to walk him by the statues and he will always pull on the leash and try to run away. Particularly the little kids statue because my dog is scared of children. 5/5 come here all the time

This park is AWESOME! Good for the family experience. They had a both of a TOUR BUS called BIG BUS CHICAGO that takes you to different tourist attraction around the city by BUS and also they had BOAT. There is a fee and options for this ride. My family do both BUS AND BOAT ride. I highly recommend to do either one of this ride or both. AMAZING EXPERIENCE for my family! # WINDY CITY CHICAGO

You have to walk along the lake meeting grey goose (not the vodka) along the way. Walk around the pier and enjoy the lake.
