    On my first appointment everything went great. My next appointment .... well didn't have one. It was in a month and it got reschedule for another month of waiting. Then it got reschedule again for another month. Then they called to just cancel my appointment completely. That I have no doctor anymore and WHEN they find one they will call me back. So 3 months waiting for nothing. I could have gone to another clinic. What kind of service is that!

Someone answered and left me on hold. Heard everyone conversation for 20+ minutes till I decided to hang up and call again. Very unprofessional people. If I could transfer my grandma’s care I would. I understand we are in a pandemic and healthcare workers are exhausted. But I myself am a healthcare worker and would NEVER treat any of my patients as this clinic does. I would like a call from the CEO or CMO.

    This place is pretty disorganized and inefficient with really bad administrative staff. I came here for my second covid vaccine since it was within walking distance of my house. I wasn't impressed. The mass vaccination site I went to for my 1st vaccine was far quicker and better organized despite giving vaccines to hundreds and hundreds of people within a very short time frame. This place was seeing 10 or 15 people and it would take an hour to get your vaccine. I had numerous people come in after me get their vaccine before me. Even after I already had my second vaccine administered and was waiting for the 15 minutes to see if I had a reaction, the front desk called me again. I told them I already had just received the vaccine. They weren't even aware I had just received my vaccine. It's very disorganized and poorly run with unfriendly front desk staff. Wouldn't go here for something more complex, that's for sure.

    This place is truly unprofessional. I moved recently and switched my PCP/Gyno to a doctor who works in this clinic. The doctor is very nice and attentive but it took me months to actually get in the room with her. They NEVER answer the phone at this clinic. When I finally saw my doctor, she ordered me to get lab work which is fine because it’s normally free, but they sent my labs to be processed through Stroger Hospital which wasn’t covered by my insurance and this left me with $400 worth of bills. When I asked why they didn’t process my labs through a lab covered by my insurance, they said they would call me back. I never received a callback. This was in June.

    AVOID !!! Got my second COVID shot at this clinic and it was a nightmare. The vaccinator failed to properly inject the vaccine and it ended up dripping down my arm. Unfortunately he was not willing to admit that something went wrong. After an argument with his supervisor I was able to get another shot! No apology from anyone. Very unfortunate.

    The receptionist who receives the calls is very aggressive when answering any questions that patients have and many times she does not even give you information, she needs urgent training. I had a bad experience with the receptionist, she would say, so I decided to post this comment.

    Go somewhere else. They called me at 830am from private number. I didnt answer because those are usually spam. Who does that? They seriously don't have their own phone number to use? People have jobs, they're not going to drop everything to answer every private number that calls. They asked to confirm appointment after I already did the text message confirmation. What's the point? I had already confirmed it.They never called during my appointment window. Called to ask about it, got put on hold then they hung up on me. Worst experience I've ever had with a dr office, it is not hard to communicate better. I will actively avoid this place and tell everyone I know to avoid them too. Unprofessional in every single way.

    It's a bit hard to speak to someone when you call to try and make an appointment. The staff here are extremely friendly, welcoming and compassionate when they greet you coming in. The one Dr. I see there is amazing she is friendly, invested, caring, respectable and so much more. Overall I would recommend this place. πŸ‘Œ

    Came here for my second covid vax shot, and was a bit nervous given the reviews of this location, but all was well, I had a positive experience. My appointment was in the morning, not too busy, it was well organized, and the staff was friendly. They only took one person at a time, but had a few offices going, and I only waited maybe 5 minutes. When I got there, you could only enter as far as the entry way, and a member of staff would meet you there, take your temp and check you in, then you enter. Went well for me.

    I just had to leave a review of the AMAZING service I received here.. When I tell you literally EVERYONE here was so helpful and nice!!! Erika just gave the most PHENOMENAL customer service which can be very rare now a days. My parents and I went for the covid vaccine and have never had such a pleasant experience where literally EVERYONE was super nice. Janet who issued the vaccine was just so pleasant.. THIS is the place you want to go to for great customer service!!

    UPDATE: Called in today and still very rude and offer no help whatsoever. Terrible communication. There is no direct phone number. The phone number they have is an automated system that'll hang up on you a couple of times before you finally get it to work. Then once you do leave a voicemail and they call you back you better be near the phone or be in for the worst game of phone tag ever. Took me one month to get in contact with someone for them to tell me my appointment is for 3 months from now. My lab results indicated something abnormal and you want to wait 3 months to test for it? Trash. Dr. was ok for that first visit though.

    Doctors and staff are all great and professional. The only negative is the difficulty to contact by phone. All extensions are not answered and go straight to voicemail. not just today but every attempt done. Tried selecting cancel/make appointment option and informed him that it's hard to contact LoganSquare, and what did he do? Connected me back to Logan Square, when I just wanted to know if the clinic is operational today given the extreme cold weather / height of polar vortex. Not very helpful at all, he should be put some other department where customer service is not involved .
