Not gonna lie, the place is pretty old and dingy. They dont answer the phone half the time or will have you on hold for ever and they're always booked out for like 6 weeks. But the staff I've dealt with are pretty nice and try to do their best. I came here when i was very young and pregnant at saw Dr Cox & i delivered at Northwestern downtown. So when i got pregnant again(16 yrs later) I came back to Dr.Cox. Truthfully i only saw Dr Cox once or twice and was mainly seen by the nurse practitioner, Cynthia Tran, for all my prenatal visits and she was AMAZING. Super nice, thorough, caring etc etc. I decided to bring baby to the clinic since they already had all her info from the hospital. Dr Nicole Burton(pediatrician) is great; patient, caring, answers all my questions, even recommended who to work with at their lab to get baby's blood drawn(I believe the tech's name is Boomi; she was really nice) so I'm definitely grateful and appreciative of Dr Burton's care. Pretty much, if you're nice to the staff, they're nice to you.

If you're sick, you can forget seeing a doctor. I have been trying for months to see the same physician I had been seeing and cannot see her. I will be getting my records and going elsewhere, because you will be dead by the time you can get in to see the same physician. It's probably actually a blessing in disguise, since I've been coming here for over a year and the doctor I've been seeing still doesn't know what's wrong. Horrible care for the underinsured, and this city wonders why Covid is on the rise. It's the horrible care at clinics like this. I wish I could rate them zero stars, because they don't deserve even that 1 ⭐

Rude and slow is only the beginning of this iceberg of incompetence. This clinic rarely answers the phone nor do they call back. I have been trying to speak with ANYONE for 4 hours (currently still on call waiting) to no avail. I'm going to start sending complaints to my state licensing board for these substantive violations of ethics. I suggest all those with similar complaints do likewise and frequently.

Horrible attitude. I went through my pregnancy with them and the attitudes are ridiculous. They don’t care about anybody. They were only nice when I was pregnant. The care horrible. My baby has bumps over his eyes that still hasn’t been dealt with. They forget to send prescriptions and all. I can go on but I think that’s enough. I will be getting our medical records and moving elsewhere

WARNING: the lady that examines insurance on the 1st floor, with blond braids and glasses is the MOST obnoxious and unprofessional individual I’ve encountered in my life. Each time we go there, she seems to treat not only us but everyone with disrespect. Had to yell at her and put her back in her right place that she started to seem frightened. Can’t wait to go back next time and see that nasty attitude, so that I get this escalated and see why she’s not fired yet.

There was 2 different occasions where I called & set appointments for me or my child & when we got there, they said they didn't have no appointments set for us & I even showed my call log of when I called to make the appt, so the reception is obviously not doing their job putting info in system. I had a telehealth visit set,, but they never even called or sent a link, so the visit never happened & I tried calling but was on hold for more than 30 min just trying to contact them about it & was never able to get through. I'm a medical professional, so I know the first thing they're supposed to do is to verify identity, but I still remember once I went there & the male Dr mentioned medications saying you're on such & such medications? I said no I'm not, then asked my last name & date of birth then said he pulled up the wrong Jessica. He could've put me on the wrong meds or gave me a wrong diagnosis if I didn't correct him. The women's bathroom is always filthy, rarely has soap so IDK how they expect people to stay healthy without properly cleaning hands. I changed my daughter's PCP and currently looking for a new one for myself. The only good thing about it is Dr Burton, pediatrician, and the pediatric nurses are very helpful & friendly

I’ve been going to Moody for years, and I have never had a bad experience, other than this one lady at the registration, that is a little short on temper/patient, but not rude all. They offer the best care that is possible available in their facility, the Doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and compassionate, the ladies at the office are very helpful as well, if they cannot help, they refer you to get health assistance in some other location or hospital, they try to help people without healthcare / no money / immigrants. And probably more. I don’t know now but for like $20 - $30 you can see a Doctor. Of course the place looks a bit old but saying the place is dirty is a bit of exaggeration it is not. I have insurance and can go to any other Doctor or Clinic around my house but I honestly preferred and trust to get checked at WMC.

I’ve been coming here since 2001, and I’ve seen this place go down to the dumps. It’s to the point the front desk doesn’t even answer the phone anymore. This place has been around for quite some time and it fits well into the neighborhood, HOWEVER, it needs to be shut down temporarily for a complete remodel AND hiring/ firing of their staff team. As they bring on new members and a reminder to current members of the staff; they need to be trained PROPERLY on how to do their job. I’ve seen young ladies in every department (OBGYN, the lab, pediatrics etc.) at the desk/front window, on their phones, SLEEP, or having conversations amongst each other about topics the patients shouldn’t hear let alone be discussing on the floor. Everybody is on a break when they’re not doing the things I mentioned, NOBODY answers the phone at the front desk, and some of them haven’t been properly trained in their field. I had one young lady draw blood from my daughter, and the whole procedure from placing the tourniquet on her arm to the tubing, etc. was done ENTIRELY WRONG.!!!!!! It was cringy to watch seeing as though I have experience in the medical field. I’ve had two children and my appointments were in fact at Winfield Moody. I’d hate to see this place go, but if that’s what needs to happen because they REFUSE to give this place a complete makeover from the building to the staff; then so be it. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

My second appointment was supposed to be a follow up and a physical. It was very bizarre. I wasn't educated or informed about a plan of care or future testing. I waited forever, and left with more questions than answers. I don't even know what the next steps will be to determine the cause of my problems. I've never seen such dirty bathrooms, exam rooms, and triage areas. It's obvious they never clean or sanitize anything. Absolutely disgusting. Wendy's or McDonalds are more sanitary than this place. After my 'physical', I was off to the 'lab'. The exact time was 12:58. At this point I've been there for 2 hours. The lab techs were still both enjoying their post Chick Filet nap right there at the waiting room counter. They even turned off the lights in the waiting room. Eventually, the tech who drew my blood told me she had a migraine, and that's why the lights were off. I guess the screening questions only apply to patients. She didn't wash her hands before she put on her gloves or change masks, and she took great pleasure in rolling my vein toward the end of the blood draw.

Their staff are all very unprofessional and have a terrible attitude. I hope pregnant women don't come here for prenatal check-ups.

The people here were all very friendly and kind when I walked in. They usually are for the most part. I went to Internal Med and my doctor was Mala Hajat. She was super kind and sweet. The nurse was too. I've been coming here for a while now and rarely have any issues. The most I waited was 15 minutes with an appointment. (Which is not too bad). I've also done walk-in and was seen shortly after arriving. One thing, they no longer take walk-ins due to Covid so be sure to call ahead. The lady who does appointments can sound impatient at times. Also, they have you wait forever but I believe it's because there is only 1 or 2 ladies handling all appointments for all moody clinics (so lots of calls!!). I would just be patient on that end and plan ahead to come in. Other than that, no issues at all! And there's parking in the back.

Went here on August 10 for my first appointment, was new to the clinic. My grandson left his tablet in waiting area. When we returned to the waiting area the tablet was gone. I inquired about the tablet upstairs and downstairs. No one knew anything or so they claimed, once I made it home I received a call from a male employee, stating they found the tablet and would keep it until I returned. I thanked him and he ensured me it would be there when I came to pick it up. I had to cancel my next appointment, due to strep throat. I went to my appointment on October 25th. I went to register and asked about the tablet. Every person I asked claimed they didn’t know anything. I asked about the male employee, working registration, they told me he was off and would be returning, the next day. I spoke to another person that was in charge she went in the back and never returned after, telling me she would see what happened. I have been calling for days getting the run around. How and why would you as a professional employee, be so comfortable with stealing from a patient. I have yet to hear back from anyone from the clinic. This can’t be the first time this has happened. I won’t give up until I get to the bottom of this. If I could give Zero stars I would.

They constantly have an attitude whenever I ask something simple over the phone. Just snotty attitudes. Also I go to the office around 12 and the women at the desk claims that everyone is on break. How can EVERY SINGLE person be on break. Yes, you are entitled to a break but there is something called lunch shifts. Some people don't have the time to go all the way over there. I don't have time to "Come back in another 30 minutes". Completely unprofessional and blatantly use this profession for just the money. They don't care about the patients.

I loved this clinic, the facility was clean and the staff members were so nice to myself and my daughters at the time of our visit! I’d recommend anyone with school age children when going for school physicals and things of that nature.

👍👍 I’m actually flabbergasted at how incredible of an experience this was for me. This is the absolute first time I had a covid test of any kind. So I was already apprehensive as I was going in. I didn’t know what to expect. Then, to find that it was self administered. I got slightly more anxious. That...
