    Horrobil place to work and to be a pt. Dr dont care about pt call center is super short staff they are short staff in all departaments And they don't pay you for what you deserve and don't expect to get your personal vacation and sick days approve for the reason that they are all in short staff they put ppl that are hire to clean as securty its just not the best place to grow your career or to become a pt at that clinic because all they care about is making more money and making other hospital think that they are doing a good job to keep getting assistant to grow that clinic so I hope north western finds out how unprofessional this clinic is and could just shut it down because all this clinic have broken the hipaa low plenty of times and now it's your option if you want to work here to get pay minimum wages and to become a pt to never get refil never get calls with results. Also this clinic got worse after Dr. Cox took the position as a director of doctor because ppl said she use to care about her pt a lot now she doesnt if she dont want to see you she well cancel your appointment. 😕😕

    Replace the ppl in charge of the Maintenance Department. They are unfair to their employees. They pay them peanuts and work them like slaves. They give them impossible tasks with an impossible time of completion and no help to complete it. The upper commands at this location don't do ANYTHING but dictate, then get mad when you voice your opinion or push back. They do not respect their employees. I will be reporting them to the Department of Labor. Apply for the position at your own risk. Good luck.

    I have been unable to pick up an important Rx that should be taken DAILY because of INCOMPETENCE AND INDIFFERENCE. I have been without my RX for 9 days!! , Dr. Wazu did not write it (refill) correctly!! I have called and direct messages stating this --no Answer!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL Jana Huey and Vanity, at the main office are INCOMPETENT. Ms Huey refuses to return my calls or speak to me. She directs Vanity to resolve problem but she is INEFFECTIVE. They have blamed the drug store but the pharmacist CAN NOT CHANGE DR RX!! This is Ridiculous!

    Substandard service. Long waits on hold when calling. Refusal and call screening when I called to ask they stop marketing to me. On hold today for more than twenty minutes and I have asked to speak the the patient Manager or Director. Then I was placed into a voicemail box.

    I hope there's enough space to describe this place. I've never seen such substandard care given by supposed Medical Professionals. Unfortunately I chose a position that doesn't offer Insurance so here I am at what has to be some of the worst doctors ever. They aren't even doctors they are APN's, borderline CNA'S. The care at this place is awful and God forbid you need a refill they won't respond to you or the pharmacy even after you hold on waiting for a hour. They are getting paid for rendering care that they definitely not giving. I have a different doctor every time I go there who knows less than the other but I always leave there the same as I was when I went in there!!!!

    Appears to be an alright spot however the lone explanation im giving an awful survey is on the grounds that each opportunity I came for my children arrangements it took us hours to be seen. In a real sense we would be hanging tight 3 hours for 15 minutes with the specialist. Misuse of my daY

    If you want incompetent staff there there the ones. Takes there quack doctors 5 days to authorize a prescription I wouldn't recommend them to anyone it amazes me that the corrupt state of Illinois hasn't shut them down the bribes must be good!!!

    This place is terrible and unprofessional…the ppl who work here is beyond ghetto ..especially the women at the front desk …I’ve been going here since I’ve been born and this place has gone downhill! Time for another clinic because this is unacceptable

    Currently I'm a registered nurse for 32 years recently uninsured because of an injury I sustained while working. I had some swelling in my brain because I received vaccinations and had an adverse reaction to the vaccines. Dr bryer the ophthalmologist I give him 10 as well as his resident because they caught the problem and addressed it immediately. My follow up will with Dr Brier was excellent on point which I am following up at stroger hospital with the neurologist within the next month. After my visit with Dr bryer I had an appointment with internal medicine and the medical students insisted on seeing me for a follow-up appointment. I told the medical students twice that I'm not comfortable following up with the medical student I did my hemoglobin a1c as well as my blood sugar which were normal ,and the resident or physician refused to see me if I did not see the medical students first. As a registered nurse for 32 years and worked at stroger hospital for many many years in the emergency room as well as other units, I am fully aware of patient refusal to see a medical student instead of the primary MD which is totally legal. My rights were violated I ended my visit yesterday in a negative response and I give the doctor an F in internal Medicine and Dr Pryor and A the Ophthalmologist. Dr philander Van Ratliff

    Seems like an ok place but the only reason im giving a bad review is because every time i came for my sons appointments it took us hours to be seen. Literally we would be waiting 3 hours for 15 minutes with the doctor. Waste of my day

    I've been going to Winfield moody health center since I was a baby and always had to wait long hours. As an adult it drives me crazy that the doctor's don't seem to really care about their patients. I been calling for signature for my supplies and haven't heard back from them. I give them a thumbs down 👎
