Pediatrics is located in the Seigle Outpatient Center. My appointment was at 2pm. I was called to the registration desk at 2:30pm and was informed the doctor would see me at approx 3pm (one hour after my appointment time). I asked for the appointment to be canceled and left. Beyond the unacceptable wait times, the center was dirty from the smell of the air to the floors and bathrooms. I will never come back. Also, I regularly walk past employees of the hospital on their break in the park. It’s not uncommon to witness individuals openly doing drugs.

Waited 2 hrs to see ob gyn. Whats the point of making an appointment time and asking patients to arrive early. Had to ask for my money back and left. Horrible patient service.

Waited for 45 minutes for papers to go into another room to schedule an appointment!! Still waited!!! This is worst than The County Hospital!!

The first time I went to Mt. Sinai I waited over an hour for my appointment, which only lasted 30 minutes. I was happy with my Doctor, but after two visits with her they called me *one week* before my appointment to tell me she had moved to another facility, and my appointment had been rescheduled to two months from that date. The day before that re-scheduled appointment, I was called and told the doctor would not be in and that I was AGAIN re-scheduled for one month further. All in all I waited 3-4 months for an endocrinology appointment for uncontrolled Type I Diabetes. Although I did like my initial endocrinologist at Mt. Sinai, the administration and scheduling issues were too much for me. I've since moved to another practice. Definitely wouldn't recommend Mt. Sinai to other patients.

I show up. Doctor Ezekiel is not here. They did not bother to call me to cancel. If I were to miss appointment they surely wouldn't forget to still charge me for a missed appointment

These stars are only for the doctor. How many amazing things can you say about someone. Patient, knowledgeable, funny, caring, compassionate, thorough, attentive, precise, empathetic, and my most important quality in a physician is being an amazing listener. Dr. Alexia Kamel you are AWESOME!!!! My children and me are so bless to have such an amazing soul coming through those doors on Ogden. Thank you……..

To help me when I needed it

Terrible experience with extremely unhelpful staff! I've been waiting for over 2 hours for an appointment scheduled at 8 AM, and I was informed that I might need to wait an additional hour. They claimed the doctor was running three hours behind schedule in the morning. Can you believe that the doctor was three hours behind in the morning? Now, I have to call again to reschedule, but no one is answering the phone! Someone apparently thought it was a brilliant idea to repeatedly play a message from their president, Bill Kurtis, which is full of falsehoods and empty praises, while neglecting to answer the phone for hours.

If at all possible find another doctor/ medical group to see

Went in last week to see FNP Brenda Ruiz. This was my first time here and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I understand that medical professionals do not have unlimited time to treat each patient so I value when medical professionals who make me feel like my questions and needs are important. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
