The number doesn’t work! They need to fix that ASAP!

Number doesn't even work....and I need to make an appointment asap 😪😪😪😑😑😒

I have called the above facility for appt today because I had a procedure done by St. Anthony's Hospital Friday at 7:30 am by Dr. Chunduri. St Anthony called and asked how I was doing. I explain I was still getting palpitations they asked me to call my PCP which is Dr. Khurana which I did at 10:15 am today 3-22-2014 and explained the situation and was told they were booked and gave me appt for Monday at 4p.m. Receptionist said she would run it by Dr. Khurana when he got in. I feel this is not acceptable in the medical field. I have troubled getting right referrals in the past. I have to mail them to the office because when I fax them they never get them. Then I receive a call at 5pm about my appt for Monday at 4pm which I said I was not going I was going to call my cardiologist. I just didn't want to explain myself again. I have been a patient of Dr. Khurana's and so has my whole family for many years. These are rough times. I don't know if it is because I am a HMO but ever since his original staff has left not only me but a lot of patients are complaining even in the waiting room. I have to pay for my insurance and I believe I treat people as I want to be treated. The referrals are a on going issue. I am the patient and I would always have to repeatedly call. Now this when I was told by your hospital to call my PCP. Which I did.
