For all the bad reviews, it's not that bad. Sure you have some homeless asking for help once in awhile but what city doesn't. Overall, clean, next to El, the Jewel is pretty wells stocked, the Marshall is way better than most of the ones I've visited, several other stores present that are doing fine.

Some people who works at this plaza is extremely petty. I parked my car there for less than 2 hours and got back with my car gone. Later found out my car was towed. The person who called the towing company must be proud of themself for towing an disabled veteran's vehicle. I hope you go brag this to your family and all.

5 stars for the T-Mobile store-These people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to "Mike" who guided me through a new cell phone purchase and set me up. Excellent customer service.

This Jewel is more Kosher than anything, But they do have everything else as well. And their clean so

Went to Citi Trends to see what they had to offer. I did not find anything. The sizes appear to run smaller than the label. Really good deals if you are able to find your size and are on a budget. They carry household items as well. They have a fitting room but you cannot try the clothing on. Not sure if this is related to Covid, however you will have to bring the clothing back to the store if they don't fit. Friendly environment on my visit.

Large parking lot with plenty of shops. Their towing service is aggressive. I parked there to do shopping in the plaza and then went to a store outside of the plaza. Was there for 15 min and my car was already towed and sitting in their lot. Meaning there are spotters sitting in the lot ready to call their tow trucks the moment you step out of the plaza like vultures

Too many people begging for money outside, the same people every day as if it is their job. Not just drug addicts, but families as well. One family in particular sat out there for months and one day I witnessed one of them pull out a bank roll bigger than mine. Made me almost want to switch careers...almost.

It's just a quick place to shop. I don't recommend shopping at the Jewle for all your needs. They're definitely going to be out of something.

What can I say about this place well guys if you're a guy you go to that Marshalls you can forget it the only thing you can pick up in there is a decent price of some socks everything else overpriced and that's if they have a selection forget about shoes they don't have nothing there for guys also they need some security in there watch two guys Rob the place and they had no security to do anything they need some security that's all I got to say about that not a good Marshalls

Its really nice! I like that there is a Jewel Osco, Citi Trends and Gamestop at this Plaza. And next to the Plaza, there is a CTA Howard Station where you can get on and off.

Always a nice selection of products and great value.

Coolness of the shops at this plaza. UPS 8/10 Lee Nalis 10/10 Jewel Osco 1/10 Marshall's 7/10 Game Stop 8/10 Burger King 6/10. It has 3 entrances. 2 from Clark, 1 from Howard. That's cool.

I mean not the greatest mall or anything but the Jewel and the Marshalls are pretty good. Parking is abundant. Few neighborhood homeless asking for a dollar and one guy that talks to himself in the parking lot but they harmless.

It's a plaza / strip mall just like any other - only as good as the stores therein are relevant to you. Nothing remarkably good or bad about it, we've all been to a million places just like it. It's relatively clean and parking is decent. I don't hate going there.

Associated Bank Branch. Marshalls, UPS store, Dry cleaners and fitness gym all in one plaza.

Yesterday I visited the UPS Store. It was extremely HOT. I felt like headed. 1 staff working and a store full of people. I felt sorry for the 1 young working there. Hope the heat didn't overcome him.

Gateway plaza is a hidden gem of Rogers Park with. Jewel anchoring the mall. The good part is that theres a Marshalls and w couple of cell phone stores. Makes errand day very convenient.

Best Pharmacist I've ever had ( Faith ) went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of even though I made the mistake and confused pickup days! They always treat you like ur their only customer!

I think they are currently going under a slight remodel but are open and we were able to buy items from our shopping list.

Nicest employees I've ever imagined a jewel but they've been bought by somebody else hope they treat the people as good as the prior people at least at this store I was impressed don't go there often but we'll be back many times

I stood outside while I waited for my brother to shop but their air conditioning is set so high you had to put on extra clothes to go inside (I saw someone do this) It was a very clean store inside just cold

Jewel is Jewel quality and definitely one the largest stores I've ever been in. This store is immense. However, the size of the store can make certain products hard to find.

I love it but a lot of bums starting to come in and that's the only issue.

I regularly don't go to this store locaton so I can't say too much about the store overall. They had what I was looking for that day and that was good.

Has great selection! However, it's RUDE to charge customers for bags after they've given you their business! How selection are they going to get the stuff home that they just brought from you!? Now I shop at the Skokie Blvd location! The Supervisor is really nice their too! And very helpful, as she personally know's where everything is!

Please, remove the loitering people in front of the store and clean up the trash all over the place. Even during operating hours trash everywhere. I felt very uncomfortable in my own community. Where is the pride?

This isn't what it should have been. AMC was set to build a multiplex which would have been great for people in the area without transportation but the former owner of the 400 Theater allegedly paid off the right people so the permits were never approved. There is a Jewel which was formerly a Dominicks, an LA Fitness that was formerly a Bally's, a UPS Store, A U-Break It phone repair site, and (I think) there's still a Gamestock plus an an ample sized parking lot. But there's no movie theater or places to eat unless you count the Burger King that isn't actually part of the plaza. The lack of a single place to eat is bizarre for a plaza this size. The main draws are the supermarket and health club.
