Super cute place with an awesome coffee shop. We stopped here while waiting for our reservation at Lou Milnati's. It's a wonderful area when the weather is good and is close to many other nice restaurants too!

I absolutely love this part of downtown Chicago. But the problem is vagrants. I know the same could be said a lot of places, I am just hoping the police are there sometimes because it is clear that there are folks around who don't have money to spend and are a little desperate. Thanks!

Fabulous building in the heart of everything right in the heart of a Viagra Triangle great views of lake and neighborhood great restaurants right across the street.

I live here, and I love it! I wouldn't move outta here until I graduate college!

I have been an owner for 12 years! location location location! Absolutely the best Building and HOA Management in the area! Across Gibson’s, Lux Bar, Mariano Park and Morton’s in the basement! The lobby area and pool are newly renovated too!

One of the worst Condominiums I have ever lived in.doorstaff is great but the management is terrible property manager doesn't know anything about being a PM and blames everything on staff and other residents also they take a big cut from the staffs holiday bonus which is horrible to hear .. you can live here it's nice but move out before you get charged for breathing .
