    I had an 8am appointment specifically booked to be able to still take my child to headstart. Now maybe I'm old fashioned but if I have an 8am appointment I should be seen by 815. They get to charge fees for late and missed appointments. Where is the recourse for wasting a patients time! I'm done left didn't see anyone. Professionalism should always be key. Don't double book patients! Everyone's time is valuable.

    I rarely leave ratings but my recent experience needs a rating. Dr. Ha barely understood what I was asking her. She diagnosed me with asthma but ran no test. The nurses were nonchalant with everything. I kept calling and leaving messages early this morning in regards to my FMLA and no one got back to me. I finally had to express frustration to get to the main line just to find out that Dr Ha was not in today and her nurses left for the day. So you mean to tell me that your nurses saw my messages this morning and failed to return my call. I’m so unsatisfied here and will be going some where else, serious matters aren’t taken seriously. You guys need to fix this because this is horrible.

    I had an appt last night at 6:30pm at this location with a new Dr. I normally go to a Dr. in the Batavia Location but I moved to Chicago and really had no other option. Again, my appt was at 6:30pm. I checked in at 6:20pm. The nursing staff popped out a couple time saying they were 45 min to an hr behind schedule. I did not see the Doctor until 8pm. I WAITED AN HR AND A HALF. This is completely unacceptable and I will be calling up to the facility to complain as well as filing a complaint through BCBS (which whom I work for). When the doctor saw me she was just like, "sorry we ran a little behind schedule" in a very nonchalant way. There were so many ways an hr and half wait time could have been avoided. I have been working in the medical years for a few years now and I am from the Kane County area. This type of service would NEVER be accepted there. There needs to be a change of culture in these physicians offices on the southside when it is coming to timeliness and quality of care!!

    Not recommended, I won't even spare a star for them. waited more than two hours to see doctor and after two hours we ended up to see intensive care doctor due to their incapable of handling patients. It passed a week and they did not send prescriptions to the pharmacy! I had to follow up again. Imagine it emergency.

    I had the worst experience today 11/12/2022 in the lab. It was the most painful experience I’ve ever experienced getting blood drawn, a test that I’m quite used to considering I’ve had it done regularly. When I told the woman it hurt exclaimed that I was being a baby, I’m a 45 year old woman. Then she proceeded to tell me that I was lying to which I advised her that I was not. I advised her that it was the most painful experience of blood test I’ve ever had, she then advised me that she was sure that it wasn’t as painful as my tattoo. I’m figuring out the channels to make a formal complaint because that person lacks bedside manner, professionalism, and basic humanity. Also I took off the bandaid today and noticed bruising, I’ve never had bruising before from a blood test. I’ve attached a picture after washing my arm and putting on a new bandaid.

    My doctor is a wonderful person and treat me like I'm one of his family member, really everyone there care about me show me love and respect i love that place!! Been going there over 15years!!

    Made an appointment for 1:30 it’s 3:45 worst ever had to tell doctor 4 times what meds I took to treat my symptoms. I would have done better ANYWHERE else. Never again. Then this facility is $25 even tho they r the same a Walgreens. This is the worst facility tried to ask what was taking so long was brushed off by nurses pitiful

    I have a doctor here David W and it’s been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I’ve been a patient of this doctor since 2016 I’ve never seen the doctor even though I request repeatedly to see the doctor they tell me that I will you have to see a nurse practitioner or all maybe you can go to another doctor so I’ve had this doctor for six years and he’s never been available when I need it at all so there’s this last November I hurt my knee called the doctor for an appointment once again he’s not available they tell me that it’s best I go to urgent care so I go to urgent care I pay the fee for the visit didn’t find out anything because those doctors aren’t equipped to do any in-depth analysis so they even took x-rays because you know they want to get as much money as possible from the insurance company and the x-rays didn’t show her anything so she told me that she thinks it’s arthritis gave me some medicine and some ibuprofen 600s and you know told me to go and get a referral from my doctor to see a orthopedic surgeon so I’m thinking I can call and get a referral because I’ve already pay for his doctor visit but they tell me that David W Siri hadn’t seen me six 2016 and then I had to come here for the referral meaning I have to pay another doctors fee sounds fishy to me so I called back and told him that I do need the appointment and sure enough the doctors not available are you can see another doctor and that’s gonna take you three weeks to meet us is horrible because I’m paying insurance to see this doctor and I could never see this doctor unless I wait five or six months and then on top of that the doctors on Blue Cross Blue Shield website stating that they are taking new patients how are you taking new patients and the new patient can’t get in until six months later these doctors are destroying healthcare they’ve destroyed it is done with all this in personal care no I’m paying you for your 101 visit diagnose me analyze what’s going on but they failed to do that time and time again I’ve been in this place several times and each time they don’t find out what the problem is I end up having a solve it on my own or go to someone else and I’m paying for this service this is horrible and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because if you’re doing this to me they are doing this to the office be careful there’s a lot of snakes in healthcare and they looking to bite!!!!!

    I love this place! The staff is always so nice and professional. Love my kids pediatricians Dr.Rivera is amazing along with her amazing staff. Always get great care when I go see my own provider here as well. Great place for your entire family to get your healthcare ❤️❤️

    Horrible just horrible. I went for my first appointment while pregnant and they said the girl over the phone sent me to the wrong doctor that they don't deal with pregnant patients so they sent me to another doctor in same building for the following week. Next appointment they tell me that their opticianist quit. So they did nothing no blood work nothing. Even though I'm only 3 months it still was a big waste of time and very unprofessional I definitely wouldn't recommend any pregnant patients to come here ever.

    I still haven’t received a prescription for a visit that occurred 11/22. I was told they were sending it over never did. I have reached out to my doctor and called numerous of times and still haven’t received a response. I sent a message over a week ago in the LiveWell app, and they still haven’t sent the prescription.

    This location is the worst provider ever. I waited 4 hours to see the doctor. So the next time, I decided to do a virtual appointment. Well, the joke was on me. I waited for an hour before the nurse "Regina" called and asked a few questions, then hung up the phone on me. I never did get the virtual appointment. The doctor did call me on my cell. This location needs an overhaul on personnel. They do not deserve one star. But, you can't post without one.
