😠 I called recently in interest of having my children attend a class or possible birthdays. Apparently they aren’t enforcing the Vaccine Card Mandate. I asked why, reasons sounded like some weird loophole. If it’s a gym I would want to try to be safe no matter what. Especially in todays matters, hope... People often mention kids, party, staff, birthday, time, great, Ninja, Great, good, room,

My kids attended a birthday party here. The staff was friendly, the gym was clean, and the party room was fine. The kids had a blast.

Great place for kids to jump around and learn some basic skills of balancing, etc. Great for birthday parties as well. The staff manages the whole thing very well. Adults can watch from the side.

We had our son's 7th birthday party here with about 15 kids. The kids had a fun time playing on all the ninja warrior equipment and it was good to get their energy out and work up an appetite. The staff was friendly and helpful to usher us throughout the party. A big downside is that it was a pretty impersonal experience due to the way they structure parties, which is like an assembly line. Your group arrives and you do not have access to your party room until 40 minutes AFTER your party time starts. You put your decorations, food, cake, and gifts in a holding room until the party before you clears out, then you can get set up in the room while the kids continue playing. You have 40 minutes to set up the space then, once the playing time is over, your group has 30 minutes in the party room for food and cake. This felt quite rushed. Overall, the kids enjoyed it, but the actual party timing and coordination left something to be desired. This negatively impacted my experience. I expected to have access to the party room the whole time where we could set up in advance and come in and out throughout the duration of the party window. Would I book another party here? I won't rule it out definitely, but I would consider other options first.

I recently hosted my child's birthday party at Ninja, and I must say, it was an absolute blast! Heather handled everything. The experience surpassed all expectations and left both the kids and parents in awe. I can confidently say that Ninja is the ultimate destination for an unforgettable and action-packed kids' birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Ninja were welcoming, friendly, and highly attentive. They effortlessly handled all aspects of the party, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that every child was engaged and entertained throughout. Their professionalism and dedication to making the event a success were truly outstanding. The facility itself was simply incredible. The well-designed and vibrant ninja-themed environment captured the imaginations of all the children, creating an exciting atmosphere filled with energy and enthusiasm. The variety of obstacle courses and challenges provided endless entertainment, and the kids were thrilled to put their ninja skills to the test. I cannot recommend Ninja enough for hosting a kid's birthday party. The dedicated staff, thrilling activities, and exceptional attention to detail make Ninja the epitome of a perfect party venue. My child and their friends left with smiles from ear to ear, and I am grateful to the entire team at Ninja for making it an unforgettable day. Thank you, Ninja, for providing an outstanding experience that exceeded our expectations. We will undoubtedly be returning for future celebrations and creating more lasting memories at your fantastic facility!

The facilities at Windy City Ninjas are really fantastic — even in a city as big as Chicago it's hard to find a ninja gym this nice. It's purpose-built and high quality, and new obstacles are added pretty frequently. Currently they're a little more geared to children's classes, birthday parties, etc., but are slowly growing the adult classes and open gyms as well. I can say that I've been here a number of times, and kids as well as adults always seem to have a great time. My experiences with the staff have always been great; the team is small so if you come in regularly you get to know them pretty well. Come try out a class and get a great workout!

Their website allowed me to sign my kids up for family fun pizza night. We got there. Front desk checked us in... 35 min later, worker came up to me asking me to leave. Worker spent 10-15 minutes asking me how I got onto it on website to sign up because there was a private party. I walked her through it. Here’s the part I really have a problem with...when I asked how are you going to compensate us for your screw up she said “sorry, I already had to compensate the woman who paid for the private party so I’m not compensating you” We are both customers. This is terrible customer service!!!!!

Absolutely love everything about this place! It was great when it was Windy City Ninjas and it's quite possibly even better now! The coaches really know their stuff and they motivate kids to reach new goals. If you want your kids (or even yourself!) to get more active, even if they're not into specific sports, this is the place!

A place where adults can play freely like kids! I lucked out having Leo♌ as my trainer, most motivated for a workout I've been, the spider wall definitely revealed that I've been slacking on leg day! 💜 #ConstructiveFeedback #DivineFriendship #777adventures

My son has been attending classes here for a while now and he absolutely loves it. He gets great instruction plus quite a lot of time to explore and challenge himself. I'm so impressed how the obsticles are constantly changing in interesting and creative ways. The best part is his instructor who kind, supportive, and helpful! I just can't say enough good things about this place.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They are SO flexible with rescheduling (both weekly classes and summer camps), the instructors are kind and competent, and they are very on top of COVID protocols. My 12 year old is resistant to most athletic endeavors, but he LOVES going to WCN, and they greet him as a regular whenever he shows up. This place makes the kids feel welcome, teaches resilience and grit, designs age-appropriate activities, and most of all, makes it FUN!

My daughter has been attending Windy City Ninja camp (Chicago location) during the pandemic. The staff has wonderful procedures in place to make it fun while safe. In fact, my daughter came home and said she had “the best day of her life.” As a parent is so nice to hear!

What a great place for kids and their staff is top notch! Whether your kid is a crazy daredevil or a bit timid and afraid, their staff will make them feel welcome and comfortable and all kids leave feeling awesome. Great spot in the city, let's support this family owned business!

Clean, not too crowded. Everyone is more focused on wellness rather than fads. There's nothing intimidating about the facility, guests or staff, everyone is very polite and helpful.

My children have had a great experience in their school pod program. The space for learning is fairly free of distraction, and then they get to play in the gym in their free-time. We do it 2 days a week and it is just what we need. My 2nd grader needs the space to focus without "mom" bugging him to get back online, and my 6th grader needs the play time. Highly recommended to keep everyone sane!

We just had my son's 7th birthday party here and it was amazing! The coaches working the party were great and they were so attentive. They handled everything for us so we just got to watch the kids play and take photos of them. We would highly recommend birthday parties here! (And camps too!)

We sent my 5 year old to WCN camp this summer for a week and I can't say enough good things about the employees. My daughter had a hard time with separation and they were beyond helpful with the transition. She came home every day so excited about camp & what she learned.

The classes tend to be fairly small, so they'd make for a good COVID-safe date. And a good workout. After running up a 14-foot wall, you'll find new appreciation for your couch.

This is a great place for a birthday party. I'd like to specifically call out Coach Eddie - He went above and beyond to help my daughter, who was in a cast and couldn't do a lot of the activities as she'd like too, but he still made sure she had a wonderful time in a safe way.

What an incredible place. I love how they challenge the kids to try all obstacles. We were here for a kids birthday party. They offered pizza and drinks and had a small room with tables and seating were we enjoyed eating and some cake. I do recommend it for kids parties and also think adults will have a good workout as well.

My son just had his 8th birthday party there. The kids loved it. I even had a few 13 year olds along and they liked it too. The staff was super accommodating. I loved the fact that the kids got to challenge themselves physically while having fun.

My 9-year old daughter had her birthday party there, and the kids had a blast. The staff was super organized, friendly, patient, and accommodating. They kept the kids busy, engaged and wanting more. The place is clean, offers a variety of different activities, has a ton of parking, and they even arrange for food. Loved it!
