Can't
say
enough
good
things
about
this
gym
and
it's
trainers!
It's
a
great
model
they've
built.
It's
small
enough
to
feel
like
a
personal
trainer
focusing
on
you,
however
class
sizes,
12ppl,
are
big
enough
to
do
your
own
thing.
The
heat
classes
challenge
ALL
levels
of
fitness.
The
trainers
expose
your
weak
spots,
and
get
you
on
track
to
make
them
your
strongest.
The
size
of
the
gym
seems
offputting,
but
it's
the
best
size
for
trainers
to
watch,
but
not
overcrowd
it's
members.
There
is
no
receptionist,
so
if
you
need
anything
just
ask
for
the
trainer
when
you
first
walk
in.
It's
a
little
intimidating,
but
realize
if
the
trainer
doesn't
come
greet
you
at
the
door,
changes
are
they
are
focusing
on
correcting
clients
working
out.
They
also
offer
seriously
challenging
HIT
bootcamps.
A
lot
of
my
classes
were
with
Marcus(trainer),
and
let
me
say
he
can
get
you
hitting
goals
in
no
time!
I
have
a
personal
love
hate
relationship
with
these
camps!
You
will
be
dripping
in
sweat
post
class,
but
leave
with
the
satisfaction
of
knowing
you
put
in
good
work!
The
yoga
classes
are
set
up
great
as
well
for
all
practice
levels.
You
get
a
good
flow
in,
and
get
to
practice
the
yoga
poses
you
see
on
insta!
Veronica
(trainer),
keep
doing
the
messages
after
class!
Did
I
mention
the
music
played
is
always
on
point?!
Such
good
vibes
in
this
place.
You
can
tell
the
trainers
want
to
see
you
through
your
goals,
big
or
small.
They
offer
a
groupon,
which
is
a
phenomenal
deal,
but
I'd
encourage
you
to
stay
on
and
be
a
full
time
member!
I
just
moved
to
the
West
coast
and
I'm
search
for
a
gym
exactly
like
it!
They
were
kind
enough
to
let
me
take
my
workout
sheets
with
me!
