I've
been
a
member
at
CFP
since
2016.
I
am
also
a
fitness
instructor
who
is
very
selective
on
where
I
spend
my
time/money
working
out.
Why
I
LOVE
CFP:
1.
Coaches
-
they
are
extremely
knowledgeable
in
fitness/wellness
-
nutrition,
pregnancy,
weight
loss,
strength
building,
etc.
They
are
always
in
continuing
education
and
implementing
new
exercises
and
equipment.
You
feel
they
are
the
experts
and
you
learn
so
much
from
them.
They
are
also
super
nice
and
welcoming!
2.
Workouts
-
You
are
on
a
fitness
program
targeting
specific
muscle
groups
in
a
sequential
way.
This
is
not
like
going
to
workout
classes
where
you
do
similar
exercises
every
time.
CFP
workouts
are
intentionally
programmed
to
strengthen
and
burn
calories.
the
coaches
are
very
dedicated
to
their
clients
and
customizing
a
plan
that
works
best
for
individual's
situations/goals/physical
capabilities.
No
2
workouts
are
the
same
so
you
never
get
bored.
3.
Cleanliness
-
I've
never
seen
a
gym
as
clean
and
organized.
There
is
an
indoor
shoes
only
policy
(no
outdoor
shoes
in
the
workout
area);
I
wish
all
gyms
followed
that
model!
4.
Community
-
the
coaches
become
your
friends
and
you
get
to
know
all
the
members.
You
see
the
same
people
regularly
and
everyone
is
so
nice
and
friendly!
5.
Results
-
I
truly
feel
my
strongest
and
leanest
and
believe
CFP
is
the
reason
I
stay
fit.
I
still
enjoy
my
other
workout
classes
(yoga,
pilates)
and
other
activities
(rollerblading,
tennis).
But,
CFP
is
the
best
way
to
stay
on
a
program
and
get
fit
for
the
long
term.
