I love this place. Pretty much every friend who visits I suggest meeting here for drinks or dinner. Beautiful city views and excellent food. One of the best burgers in the city

Really great place, breakfast is to die for especially avocado toast. Great drinks! We also visited their bar in the evening hours their signature cocktails are must try, “London Lover” is #1 choice. Exceptional service, exceptional cocktails.

Nice view of the River. Solid bar service and excellent wine choices. Loved the salty crunchy free bar snax. Cozy place when it’s not crowded.

The food is good in overall. We tried Bruschetta Eggs and Avocado and Heirloom Tomato Toast! I would recommend the former more than the latter specially for the good pesto! But the star on the table was the Latte with almond milk! It was really good! The regular dark coffee however was very disappointing! I expected a more crafted coffee from a place like this! The staff are very friendly and respectful and take a good care of the customer!

You'd be crazy not to stop in here for food and drinks, especially if you're staying at the hotel. I got breakfast here twice and stopped in at the bar for drinks one afternoon - really enjoyed all three occasions. The interior decor and atmosphere is great - upscale but not pretentious. Really would like to try dinner here next time I'm in town, based on how well prepared and plated everything was at breakfast. The bar makes some *great* cocktails, really good with some unique presentation and glassware. Fairly respectable whiskey list too. Overall a really good experience.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff amazing and we wanted for nothing. We had a family wedding which was beautiful.

This is hands down one of the best bars in the country at one of the best hotels in the country. Unbeatable atmosphere and service from an extremely impressive bar team. It's a home run for date night, a night cap after an evening out, or an afternoon overlooking America's greatest city! Very highly recommended 🍸

We were 2 people and ordered 3 dishes, the sunchoke which was very nice. the wagyu tartar which was a disappointment first from the idea of coating what's suppose to be an amazing meat with so many ingredients instead of have a minimalistic dish to celebrate the meat. But also, all this sauce tasted a bit strange to me, and when tasting the meat itself under the sauce it was blend to my surprise. I tasted Japanese wagyu and this didn't seem to be it. I still give 4 stars because the staff were very responsive and because of the 3rd dish, the venison which I would come back for. The venison was a great piece of meat. Also the beets that accompanied it. We had to return it because it was extremally salty and when we got it back the chef decided to give us end cuts instead of middle, and this time zero salt, but the meat was so good that ok. Just next time, I'd ask them to please not have any blood sausage (which was a surprise gift) on the plate, and don't give me the end cuts please.

Lovely cheery ambiance. Certainly on the expensive side but excellent food. The lobster sandwich for lunch was nicely stuffed with lobster. It was soft and sweet and the sauce went very well with it as did the truffles French fries. (Note to the chef … ease up on the salt … ruined the fries and had to get a fresh order with less salt.) The veggie bean burger was on point with a thick patty and a nice layer of mashed avocado and topped with creamed corn served with French fries. The service was good but a more cheerful server would have made it excellent. About $100 for two.

Absolutely spectacular experience at Travelle! The night before we had been to a steakhouse and wanted something a little more relaxed for the evening we went. While it is a stunning establishment, the menu is more balanced with high quality casual options which was exactly what we were after. We ordered the charcuterie that was a large portion! We had been walking around the city all day and were elated to see the large platter of meats and bread. Very tasty options. We both settled on the lobster roll which was to absolutely die for. I’ve had lobster tail a few times but the quality here far surpassed all the rest. The flavor was exquisite and more than enough.. we really could have shared one. Fries came along with it. For drinks my partner ordered a dirty martini with blue cheese olives. The olives were smaller, more green than others we had in the past and were a perfect choice for the drink. I ordered a spicy margarita type cocktail on their menu and it was very good! Would 10/10 return and look forward to eating the food again. Elegant atmosphere and wonderful service!

Fresh food and good service. I had the Butter Chicken, a curry dish, an alcohol free drink and ice cream for dessert. Don't miss the dessert as they are always good.

Food is very tasty, and the waiters are extremely attentive. Pleasant ambiance. I’ll just say the portions are absolutely massive especially for a high-end restaurant so take than into account when ordering. 2-3 people could easily share an appetizer and an entree.

During our Easter holiday, my wife, son, and I visited Travelle in Chicago to enjoy their exquisite breakfast. The restaurant's elegant ambiance and excellent food quality left us with a lasting impression. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast menu had a wide selection of options, each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the poached eggs with avocado toast and the perfectly brewed coffee. Overall, our experience at Travelle was wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

The place is amazing! I had the gazpacho soup, and it’s served in such a beautiful way there, and with some nuts in the soup, which seems to be a good combo! The coffee dessert is a masterpiece, and tastes so good, too! And, on top of this, the view! Just check it out on my pictures.

I came here for breakfast on new years day and i'm so glad that I did! The wagyu short rib hash was exactly what I was looking for, the soup and carpaccio were perfect appetizers, and the desserts were so delectable! You can tell that they use quality ingredients. The location is also great as I could walk here easily from my hotel downtown. The langham is such a beautiful property so truly it fits in perfectly!

Well made cocktails. Sat at the bar and had a good service. There is a fantastic view. Overall nothing out of the ordinary.

Great walk-in dining experience. The cream of cauliflower soup had a rich taste with mixture of nutty flavor. The Gem salad had toasted walnut that blended well with the fresh mix of ingredients. The short rib meat was so tender and flavorful. The Atlantic cod was tender and delicious but just a bit salty. I had an Old Fashioned cocktail which was on par, if not better than most bars in Chicago. For the desert, we had the citrus tart which was just amazing. The Blackberry Smash mocktail was refreshing. Also ordered a pot green tea which came with two mini jar of honey from France. The staff were attentive and also kind enough to charge my iPhone dead battery while we enjoyed our delicious dinner.

Pork chops and steak was delicious. For dessert I had the 24k chocolate flourless brownie

Service was a little inconsistent. The menu is very confusing, hard to tell what is an appetizer portion and what is an entree portion. The food was all beautiful and tasted good, except the charcuterie board was very disappointing.

We tend to dine out for two days in a row every other weekend and have tried approx. 150 restaurants in Chicago over the last 10 years. This was our 8th time dining at Travelle over the past 4 to 5 years, usually for dinner. We were a little surprised to find the restaurant quiet on a Friday evening (they are usually crowded on a weekend). Moreover, their menu was limited. However, the food and drink did not disappoint. We had the beet salad--beets prepared 7 ways, the wayghru beef tartare--chilled but each bite was excellent, the miso cod, and one the best long island duck that I have had. We finished off with their "Expresso" dessert--which was heavenly. Note: the portions are on the smaller side but filling none the less. This restaurant is an example of quality over quantity, gourmet over gourmand, excellence over mediocrity. The ambiance was great and the servers took time to explain the dishes and were very attentive. Will return again (sooner the next time).

Phenomenal dining experience with great drinks. The service was first class. For an app we got the scallops and for the meal we got the short rib and venison. The tenderness of the rib was great, but the presentation of the version was incredible. For dessert, the home spun ice cream hit the spot. Overall, this is a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

What a fantastic restaurant with an amazing view! The food and drinks were absolutely delish! Loved the experience!! And the place was especially decked up for the festive season. So lovely!

Excellent! Well-run establishment deserving of a 5-star rating at a 5-star hotel. Good food, nice environment, and great service. Works wonderfully with the Langham in Chicago.

Very nice and fancy bar! Viewing from the window during happy hours is wonderful! The drinks are quite expensive, but it is worth trying to taste them. 😉

The place is beautiful inside, but don’t let the window seat pictures fool you, you’re low to the ground facing a garage in the restaurant. Also, we had to go to a second place after and bring food back to our room from elsewhere because the quantity was so little. It was also crazy pricey and didn’t taste good at all. My there were 3 tiny pieces of chicken, with two tiny potato halves, making you think you had more chicken since it was under all the decorations of the dish. It was barely seasoned, and it was slimy. If you want good food, food quantity, and a view, eat at signature or basically anywhere else. If you’re just going to the bar side, then you’re probably fine. It was supposed to be a birthday dinner and I feel so extremely guilty on the money spent there. We spent the whole dinner talking about how many McDonald’s burgers we could’ve had for the same price and taste way better!

Amazing food, experience, and ambiance! The best gluten free and diary free burger in Chicago and that I have ever had in my lifetime. They have beef and veggie burgers options; both are divine. The gluten free bread is exceptional! I have life threatening allergies and feel completely safe eating at Travelle. They take allergies very seriously and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and enjoy the experience. One time they made me a mango, honey, vanilla bean, almond milk smoothie… it was so delicious they should put it on the menu! I can’t duplicate it. It would be a nice sweet treat for the gluten and diary clients. Travelle is located at the Langham hotel. I recommend a spa day there at Chuan spa then going to the restaurant. It creates a perfect day. As a gluten and diary free person; it’s very hard to go to a restaurant and feel satisfied. It’s so special to me that Travelle cares about allergies and being inclusive for all types of people. Thank you Travelle team and Mr. Zamora for everything you do!
