👍👍 Went on a Sunday with some out of town friends and we decided to try the member's area with a day pass. The price was $100 for the pass plus a mandatory $25 tip for the staff. Cutting fee for outside cigars is $25 so buy your cigars there. The cigar selection was mostly all the big manufacturers... People often mention cigar, selection, cigars, members, lounge,

Went on a Sunday with some out of town friends and we decided to try the member's area with a day pass. The price was $100 for the pass plus a mandatory $25 tip for the staff. Cutting fee for outside cigars is $25 so buy your cigars there. The cigar selection was mostly all the big manufacturers and very few boutique brands. Prices were typical of Chicago. There is a dress code. It is BYOB. The physical plant is very impressive with period furniture. We sat on the second floor near the bar and the bartender was very attentive cleaning ashtrays and bringing ice. They serve coffee and soft drinks. All are ala carte. The background music was Frank Sinatra and 1960s hits. Very few people were there and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. I enjoyed it, but the $125 entry fee tempered my enthusiasm somewhat. If you are a history buff or a cigar nerd, go at least once.

Good selection including LFD, MF, and Davidoff cigars. Free smoking lounge for non members downstairs. Smoky. Friendly service.

I like this place very much, I really enjoy the taste of cigars, the clerk is also very enthusiastic about sharing cigars, and I also know good friends.

Biggs Cigar Mansion is amazing. The pinnacle of luxury lounge in an even more beautiful historic house. The cigar selection has everything you could want in the humidor and there's a room full of high end accessories and ashtrays to peruse as well. Ulysses is the best go to for cigar recommendations. If you're looking for an experience while smoking a cigar in Chicago this is the place to be.

Another reviewer mentioned you can smoke outside without being a member, but this is not what I was told by store staff. If you want the pleasure of sitting on their patio, it will run you $100 and they will also let you use the private club for the day. The cigar selection was not unique, diverse, or priced well. I did see a few surprises like patoro and they have a Zino made house blend (which isn’t exclusive to this location) for less than $20. It was a beautiful day today and I didn’t feel like smoking by myself in the enclosed room they give you access to if you buy a cigar. It was only a 10 minute walk to a great cigar store in the Old Town Neighborhood

The person greeted us when we walked in but didn’t offer to help or ask us if we had any questions. I was bummed that the outside seating was for members only and if we wanted to sit there to enjoy our smoke, we’d have to pay $100 each! The sitting area inside was nice though.

I was visiting from out of town and recommended to visit the lounge. However, the store clerk would not allow me the opportunity to tour the establishment. Awesome cigar selection with poor customer service. I am a member of a members only lounge, and you can have tours.

Have been here before and love the building and atmosphere. I was very disappointed that they changed the rules about smoking outside, its members only know. It used to be one side was reserved for members and the other for guests. However, the inside lounge is great and I always meet nice people. The staff was helpful. I do recommend, but expect to smoke indoors.

Brittany's professionalism, knowledge base, and kindness is truly an asset. I never felt more safe in my life. I fell in Love with Chicago at Biggs Mansion.

The only reason I didn't give Bigg's 5 stars is because I am not a member and did not get that experience. However, everything else, service and selection, was spectacular. Here is a cigar I'd never heard of and it was divine.

I went here last night, This was my 1st time traveling to Chicago, it was a very relaxing experience. I go to a lot of cigar bars and this one had a great selection, the young lady behind the desk was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. The experience was a 10 out of 10!

Stinks up the whole neighborhood and doesn’t take any man look cooler. Makes them look like guys with a big brown c—k in their hands. Pretentious F’s.

A place where gentlemen come to decompress and discuss the finer things in life. You might get the occasional Viagra triangle typical who wants to discuss banging girls their daughters age but majority of the fine people who work and go here speak like real men. Love this place

Good upscale selection of cigars. Public smoking section is indoors with fairly limited seating. Private, member's only space was attractive. Would earn one more star if outdoor space was opened to public, but respect that it was primarily a members club.

The entrance is quite small and somewhat hidden away, maybe to create some privacy for other club members. When I was there, they was lacking a lot of specific types of cigars, that making me went back and forth to finally get all what I wanted.
