Had
a
very
disappointing
experience
when
I
tried
to
order
some
cigars
online
from
this
business.
I
placed
an
initial
order
for
some
particular
cigars
and
was
charged
for
them
in
full.
Given
the
fact
that
there
are
no
disclaimer
or
buying
thresholds
on
the
site,
I
was
under
the
impression
that
there
was
no
limit
to
the
number
I
ordered
two
boxes
and
phoned
in
another
5
single
cigars
to
my
order
since
I
was
not
beyond
any
amount
mentioned
online
or
verbally.
When
a
family
member
tried
to
order
a
box
of
the
same
cigars,
I
received
a
call
from
the
manager/
owner
yelling
at
me
about
the
additional
request
even
though
I
was
not
aware
of
the
order
placed.
He
stated
we
are
out
and
there
are
no
more
available.
I
would
not
be
able
to
place
another
order
or
another
family
member
regardless
of
the
circumstances.
In
the
meantime
he
cancelled
the
order
from
the
family
member
after
she
was
also
verbally
reprimanded
on
the
phone
when
reaching
out
inquiring
about
the
order.
All
along,
the
first
order
had
been
shipped
and
I
was
expecting
delivery.
When
I
checked
on
its
progress,
I
discovered
it
had
been
intercepted(cancelled)
by
the
owner
and
redirected
back
to
its
original
point.
I
was
never
notified
that
this
was
going
to
happen
even
though
I
had
paid
in
full
and
the
charge
was
in
my
credit
card
statement.
I
sent
an
email
sharing
my
displeasure
and
offered
an
opportunity
to
discuss
the
situation
with
him.
I
received
no
follow
up
communication,
just
an
automatic
notice
that
my
sale
was
cancelled
and
refunded.
All
this
could
of
been
avoided
with
simple
website
clarification
on
purchasing
restrictions
and
better
customer
service
oriented
communication.
