Great place with even better staff - the best of which is Oscar who works at the front desk staff. He is attentive, professional, and an absolutely great guy. Everyone in the building likes him and appreciates his work. He has excellent managerial skills and is extremely organized. Very thankful he works here - he has become one of the family. Also great with animals!! My dog loves him.

I came here with a bunch of friends. It's been a long time since we're hanging out with each other. We decided to watch movies first. Some of my friends are buying drinks and popcorn , some are buying our tickets and some will be waiting for them. We spend 2 hours watching movies. We love the story of the movie that we watch. After that we eat at the restaurant since there are no vacant tables in the food court. We waited for about 30 minutes to wait for our order since we ordered a lot. All of the food that we ordered was delicious. We also ordered some beer and wine for drinks. We're having fun at this restaurant. After we ate we went to stores and bought some clothes. We bought everything we needed. We enjoy our day in this mall.

I’ve lived in the building for just over a year now, and since day one Oscar has gone above and beyond in his position as front desk security. Oscar made it a point to know us by name from the very beginning and made this building feel like home very quickly. Even with the number of people in the building, he has taken it upon himself to remember everyone by name and memorize our units for easy package retrieval. Having Oscar at the front desk has made us feel extremely safe and has always been a welcoming and friendly face to come home to.

I renewed my lease this year for the second term because it is marvelous residential with 360 spectacular view, The management and staff from front desk to maintenance are very helpful, and they have beautiful hospitality. The front desk treat you like family. I would also give a thorough review to the concirge ( Akef ). He is five stars concierge. He is very friendly with the residents and super helpful. He does above and beyond, he knows everything in the building, and he welcomes you in high-quality hospitality. You can rely on him in so many things. Thanks to everyone

I was a bit late for our meeting. My friend and I planned to meet and come here to eat outside. It's our semestral break and we want to celebrate and enjoy our break with each other. The resto that we ate was good. They have a lot of dishes to choose from on their menu. They have a decent and pretty plating. Although it's expensive, the food was worth the price. We really enjoyed our food. After that we just shop and buy clothes. They have a good and high quality fabric. The staff was nice and friendly. You can ask questions related to their products. We highly recommend this mall.

I spent my whole day in this mall to shop, watch movies and eat. I went to the cinema to buy a ticket. It's 9 am when I buy tickets and the movie will start at 10. So I went first to the arcade to have some fun. I bought 5 $ token to play a game. After an hour I went to the cinema to watch some movies. I spent 2 hours watching an amazing movie. After that I went to the food court to eat some food since it's already noon and I'm starving already. I ordered a chicken that had spaghetti and some fries. I also ordered a burger and some soda for my drinks. I enjoyed a lot my food it's delicious and yummy. After I ate I went shopping and I had an amazing time shopping since I bought good quality clothes. I will definitely be back here again.

Nice place for a coffee. Pretty flowers during summer and decorations in the winter. Generally really windy around.

Hi Everyone- I have lived in Lincoln Commons since Feb 2021. The building offered COVID deals at the time, so we were able to rent a one bedroom for less than typical listed price (keep this in mind). However, living here has been the most incredible and comfortable experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex in Chicago. At first, my fiance and I were nervous to transition to a high rise because they can be noisy and it can be hard to use amenity space. With that being said, we have not encountered these issues at Lincoln Commons. Our Concord unit is in the corner and designed with a hallway (a lot of units are this way), which is great because it situates your apartment away from the hallway aka out of the range of noise. Additionally, we never hear neighbors above us, aside from a random noise, which I assume is from cleaning or something of the sorts. I have been beyond thrilled by this given we lived in a new and modern apartment previously and had issues with hallway neighbors and noise from above. I will list more pros of our experience below: -Most accommodating building management and front desk management ever. Oscar, who runs many duties at the front desk and around the building, is the most friendly, understanding, accommodating, and best problem solver. It is always a pleasure interacting with him and other building staff individuals -Building has set great COVID safety measures for residents and has been flexible with amenities (sent out a survey asking residents about extending gym hours and creating work at home stations, which they did end up taking considerations from residents on; aka gym was extended to 24 hrs and work spaces were created) -Amenity spaces (deck, gym, and rooftop workspace) have been open and available every time I have went upstairs to use them; again, building requires masks in these areas to align with COVID safety measures -Building takes great safety measures to ensure only authorized guests and residents are keyed into elevator area -When you move in, building has you use the loading zone in underground garage, supplies carts, and has an industrial elevator. These are AMAZING features, as it allows you to pull up your moving truck, unload to a large cart, and wheel it to the industrial elevator (mattress, bedframe, etc. fits). I kid you not it took us under an hour to move in -Maintenance is prompt; we have put in 1 maintenance request for our shower and they came the same day -We've called about 1 noise complaint regarding a dog barking excessively and the front desk contacted the resident promptly to ensure everything was good -The owners of the building host events in the round about every month from charity events, partnering with local businesses (flower shops, restaurants, etc), and kids events to offer fun and easy activities to attend -The building offers 10%-20% discounts for businesses near by and partnered with Verve Wine during COVID for an exclusive dinner and wine package -The building now offers residents free Art Institute passes to reserve as an additional amenity All in all, I feel the building has incredible pro's that will outweigh the con's, if you happen to experience any. Again, the unit I am in and my rent price may affect or provide bias to my experiences. However, with that being said, I feel even the market price of the apartments have rationale given you are treated with respect, made a priority at all times, and have access to so many incredible amenities and services. I can tell you that the owners and employees of the building put immense work into making sure it remains top notch and that its residents are happy. This is very hard to find, in my opinion!! So, I would implore you to take advantage of renting here if it suits your price range and you are looking for an oasis here in a busy city. Best of luck on your search!

Lived at LC for 2 years of my 5 years at Lincoln Park. And this is by far the most beautiful place we have lived in. There is just so much light coming into the apartment. The place is only surpassed by the people. The leasing and management staff here are observant, responsive and friendly, the front desk personnel are some of the most warm and helpful people I've met. Maintenance is near-immediate, efficient and maintenance staff are helpful and well-informed. The apartments are top notch, the amenities out of this world, and for prices that are comparable to other apartment communities at Lincoln Park. AND it's a walking distance from Lincoln Elementary, target (cvs), chase bank, the red line, whole foods, and only a hundred restaurants. We made friends here - be it neighbors or people we met at the pool or barbecue on the terrace or apartment personnel. I had to move because of the kiddo's high school but if I ever to live in the area again, I know exactly where I'll go!

I have lived at Lincoln Common for six months and I love it. The front desk, maintenance and management staff are great! The staff really makes this place feel like home. The units and amenities are very nice, there are great views of the lake and Chicago skyline, and it is a very dog-friendly community.

Oscar is the nicest, most helpful employee at the front desk, always going out of his way to help all of the residents in the building at all times. Karen in the leasing office was great to work with as well, making the process of moving in and out very smooth.

I just moved in several weeks ago, and I had a wonderful experience touring, applying, and moving. The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. Karen was a terrific leasing agent - she went above and beyond to help accommodate my quick timeline for moving and to answer all of my questions throughout the process. The building is also beautiful and very well maintained. I can't recommend it enough!
