Man this place sucks. I usually don’t care enough to review a place, especially a DD, but this spot consistently gets my drink orders wrong- hot instead of iced, sweetened when asking for no sugar, etc. So this isn’t the first time. Today, not only was my coffee made wrong (hot instead of iced, worker rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out the mistake but was happy to fix once she realized it was on the receipt), but the cashier overcharged me. I only realized because I had to wait for the drink to be fixed. Once I went back to him waving the receipt he told me, “sorry, I did notice earlier that I charged you for an extra donut.” Then why didn’t you care enough to fix it the first time?! Jeez.

Have never received the right drink here. They either say they are out of something needed or just refuse to make it. Giving me a free doughnut when that’s not what I wanted in the first place. Definitely don’t get an iced chai. All the mix is at the bottom and the rest of just milk. First sip and you are coughing on spiced syrup.

Service was fast. Facility lacking. Asked for bathroom to wash my hands and told it was "broken". Aren't restaurants supposed to have rest rooms and wheel chair accessible bathrooms by law. Especially downtown. I plan to address this with department of health.

Isabel, Stephan, and Sylvester is amazing and have great customer service. I was please with my refresher drink and they remember what I get all the time. They already have everything prepared for me. I order the same thing all the time. Awesome place!! Love it 💖 Excellent customer service 👏 for hiring these three employees.! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Had to walkout because no one acknowledged me or took my order. When the place was dead. Please go anywhere else for coffee.

Every time I go in there they refuse to make frozen drinks. At first I thought the machine must be broken but after a while now it just seems they're too lazy to make them.

Worst Dunkin ever, staff is rude, place is filthy, and they never have anything in stock. Also, can’t forget they can’t make a simple coffee.

I did not like the Caramel Iced Latte at all! I paid $4 for it and it was nasty. I'm never coming here again. What a waste of money. It is unbelievable how bad the taste was. I wish I would have seen the reviews before hand. Most employees were on their phones.Dont go to this Dunkin Donuts!!

This dunkin is garbage . I placed an order 20 minutes before a class , went to go pick it up and it hadn’t been made . I tried to ask the worker about it and he just stayed silent . Had to get a refund .

Forgot why I avoid this branch until I just came from there again. Don’t think I have gotten the right order for years. Just ordered bacon sandwich and latte. Open to start eating at my desk. Clearly just a coffee with cream (not even oatmilk I asked and paid for) and sausage instead of bacon.

Ordered ahead and paid on the mobile app and when I got there the drink was never even made. Had to get a refund.

I strongly advise against visiting this location due to my personal experience of discrimination based on assumptions about my background. When I approached the order pick-up area, a woman started speaking to me in Spanish (though she spoke to other customers in English). Since I don't speak Spanish, I informed her about this, but she replied, “No Maria or Isabella mobile order here.” I responded “Thats not my name. I'm here for this order” I showed her my app to verify the name and order, but she responded, “No Maria or Isabella order here.” I thought there was a language barrier so I asked her if the staff handling mobile orders was unavailable, however she kept telling me there were no Maria or Isabella orders there. She pointed to another staff member, and I explained to the staff “She said Isabella and Maria orders aren’t here. Is she referring to a staff that is on break?” Even the other staff member questioned her “Who are Maria and Isabella?” The second staff apologized and made my drink order while the first woman threw my doughnut on the counter and giving the ugliest glare to both her coworker and me. Use strong caution against entering this establishment if you appear to speak Spanish but don’t, regardless of your ethnicity. Why make the assumption about my mane based on appearance? Why provide different service to me because I am different? it's disheartening that this kind of behavior still occurs with assumptions about one’s background and treating them differently.

I work at a dunkin and know the basic builds for drinks. Every time I order I'm always told that I'm wrong when they give me the wrong drink. Today I came in and paid ahead for an iced cappuccino and came to a macchiato and when I told them it wasn't what I asked for, she told me I was wrong and all she did was mix it and pretended she gave me another drink. I'd go anywhere else but I go to school here and it's the only dunkin I can go to without being late for class. It's aggravating to know they're wrong and make it seem like it's me.

06/15/21 A young female employee closes the store at 4:20 p.m on Tuesday while the store hours indicate the store closes at 5 p.m. Not sure if she is a new hire or just mis-trained. Most employees at this location are nice except this one incident that goes way below any expectations.

Service is slow. Could use new staff members.

Best coffee in Indiana. Better than Starbucks

Adrian and Reggie are both awesome. It can be a quiet jewel in downtown Chicago. Good place to study, work, or just meet with friends for a chat over coco and donuts.

Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. The service was very welcoming and observant. Prices that won't shock you. I can see why they have so many great reviews.

The male cashier was quite rude and acted as if I did not exist. I said, “Hello, good afternoon” to him and he rolled his eyes and did not respond. If he had a bad day, then I offer my sympathy, but there is no excuse for nasty behavior.

Walked in this morning to get a coffee and this Asian cashier was very rude, unprofessional and impolite. which wasn’t the first time. I’ve always notice his attitude and the way he was treats other customers. I never cared because I just want to get my coffee and get out of there. But this time I felt like I had to address the issue because if this man doesn’t want to be what he’s doing then maybe he should consider doing something else for a living instead of making my mornings hard for me. Never going back to that DD! Sadly

Very rude manager and employee is sitting on the counter. They choose to not serve food and when I order online, they don’t complete the order and when I ask for the rest of it, they give a lot of attitude

She told me she was out of pretty much everything I asked for and then coughed directly into her hand a few times before she proceeded to make my drink with something she said she was out of. The drink tasted horrible and I threw it away.

This is the second time in a row they were unable to make the avocado toast properly. It's as if they are completely untrained in making it. They didn't even have the sesame seeds.

I was asked twice to confirm if I wanted something other than regular milk (I'm lactose intolerant so yes) but I got regular instead and they forgot to give me my donut. I had to go back and ask for it. It was empty and no one else was ordering so I don't understand why.

The older Indian lady seemed preoccupied with a personal phone call she was having, she forgot an item of mine and seemed to rush the customers out of the store.

Don't have half the things on the menu. No discounts the rest of the franchises do.

Please do not go to this location. The women do not wear hair nets and hair was in my breakfast this morning. I'm truly disgusted.
